Pros: The hotel is clean and beautiful. Decor is lovely, with so much attention to detail. It's right in the heart of Mystic, with views of the drawbridge and river. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The bed was very pretty, but the mattress could have been a bit more luxurious. I'm not sure if it was just our room, but there was no full-length mirror and nowhere to hang your towel while showering. Overall great stay, though!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that it was close to downtown Mystic as well as some excellent wineries on the CT Wine Trail.
Cons: The hotel was under renovations and we heard hammers pounding while trying to take a nap on a Saturday afternoon. Also, the included breakfast left A LOT to be desired. Egg white sandwiches on hard, stale croissants. Luke-warm French toast. Stale bagels. Not too appetizing.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Loved the clean and spacious room. Bathroom was immaculate! Staff was friendly and very helpful too. Perfect getaway with my daughter. It can be tought to please an 18 year old girl but my daughter loved the Hyatt. The 2 of walki Misquamicut beach every winter and then spend the night at the Hyatt. Already looking forward to next year!
Cons: Nothing. All was great!

Pros: Beautiful room with a couch! Bed was so comfortable that we slept in and missed breakfast. Excellant shower pressure!
Cons: Wish breakfast ran later than 9am. No microwave in the room. Shower room with toilet was a bit tight getting in and out. Not very many TV channels and TV kept shutting off by itself after about an hour and half.

Pros: Nice room layout, pet friendly, convenient to interstate, good breakfast.

Pros: The efficiency of the front desk staff.
Cons: Not even one courtesy bottle of water in the room.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was extensive and the staff was diligent in keeping all of the offerings replenished. The suite was large and very comfortable. We would stay again in the future

5.1 Okay
Pros: It was clean, but smelled pretty musty.
Cons: I reserved a room with a balcony (and therefore, a view), but when I got there, I got a room at the back of the motel (It's not really an inn.) There was no view and the staff was not interested in the fact that I didn't get what I had reserved. For the view I got, I could have stayed at a much cheaper hotel. I feel like I wasted my money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and wonderful room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Thick soft towels...comfy bed...clean room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located right on route1 with a view of the water and walking distance to downtown Mystic. They also offer free bicycles that can be used for the day. There is a restaurant/bar right on the premises with indoor or outdoor seating and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very convenient if you don't want to walk or drive anywhere.
Cons: We had a king room that was on the lower level and opened out to the parking area, so not a great view. The layout of the room was also a little awkward with a fireplace right near the bed and a large jacuzzi that we did not use. They do have nicer second level rooms with better views and a nice balcony that was a little more private. Next time I would look to get one of the second level rooms.
7.7 Good
Pros: Loved the location and the charm of the place
Cons: Rooms were a bit awkwardly laid out and the bed was not comfortable. The heater in our room was either full blast or none - so didn't get the best night sleep.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location in relation to attractions
Cons: Run down No screens on windows Staff was not very attentive but friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet room; good location and friendly staff.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I needed to move the reservation 1 day due to severe weather but Priceline and Hampton Inn were unable to accommodate.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Hotel rooms were clean.
Cons: Had trouble getting into our rooms our keys didn't work so the lady had to give us a new set of keys. We told the lady at the front desk that it was probably the door and if its possible to just switch our rooms. She refused and gave us new card to try and that one didn't work. Our stuff was locked in the room the lady had to come up to our room and try it herself and it wouldn't work so she had to go back downstairs to get this machine thing that opens the doors but she couldn't see what she was doing because she didn't have her glasses so my friend had to help her smh worst experience ever eventually we were able to get into the room and they gave us new room. I map quest the address to see how far foxwoods was it said it was 10 minutes away but it was more like 20 minutes.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice and clean hotel.
Cons: Inconvenient location without a car. Some receptionists don't seem to like their jobs... few were nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how quick and easy check in was! The staff was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. The rooms were nice and clean, had the perfect size television. The bed was extremely comfortable. Delicious hot breakfast was included until 10am. Check out was 11 so after breakfast we still had plenty of time to check out on time. It was just an all around great stay!
Cons: Because of all of the snow parking was limited. We had to circle around for a couple of minutes before finally parking in the last parking spot. But again snow is not something the staff can control.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and Towles fluffy. I felt very welcome with my dog. So many hotels pretend like they cater to dogs and then charge a nightly pet fee that is as much as the room! Having the indoor pool was a special treat.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the fact that it came with everything I needed ... kitchenette area, iron and board, even WiFi
4.5 Okay
Pros: Some of the staff were very friendly. Great location within walking distance to a ton of family activities.
Cons: One night, we got back to our room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The receptionist said that they knew about the issue, but that they were sold out and that they could not give us a different room. After spending fifteen minutes in the lobby, the receptionist came to our room, covered her face, sprayed our room with febreze, and let us borrow a fan, but the smell did not go away. We have a one year old, so we ended up getting a room at another motel down the street. The next day, we returned and our room still reeked of smoke; the fan I had placed in the window to blow the smoke out had been removed from our room. We asked to be moved to a new room, but no rooms were ready for us to be moved into. The receptionist said a new room would be ready in 45 minutes. One hour later, I go to the desk to check on our room; I was told that the room was still being cleaned, but we would be ready in 15 minutes. The room was smaller than our first room, and a panel on the side of the bathroom mirror was broken. I had to ask at reception for the manager to contact us regarding the smoke issues; I would have thought this was a given when we needed to stay in another hotel for the night. Two hours later, no contact from the manager, so I asked the receptionist to email the manager again. An hour later, by which time my family and I had left to spend time with friends, the manager left me a voice mail. I played phone tag with the manager of the hotel for the next two days, but never directly spoke to her. The staff did not charge us for that night, which seemed a given, but I was really surprised that they didn't more proactively address any of the smoke-related issues with us. The orange juice machine, soda machine, and laundry detergent dispenser were all broken. They displayed printed-out signs stating they were out of order. While doing laundry the day before we left, I listened to two cleaners genuinely scream at each other about the length of time it was taking one of them to finish a room. Never, ever, ever, ever again.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The fact that this place is very clean and comfortable all throughout...makes me definitely want to come back. I travel alot and very rarely seen places like this. My room was very clean, we even had a nice sized jacuzzi in it.The fitness center was decent, and the full breakfast in the morning was completely AWESOME! One downside,10 min from the casino. .Nevertheless, its location is still prime. Only 3 min away from Mystic Seaport area. This is my first post about any property,i spoke with their staff, who are so nice, who make you want to come back. just had to say something, it was that good.
Cons: 10 min from casino

As the summer starts all the hotels in Mystic start to jack their prices to unbelievable levels ($300+ a night for a Hampton Inn??). As all we needed was a bed for the night and a warm shower we decided to save our money and try the Quality Inn. That was a good decision as its perfectly OK - clean, convenient location, affordable. Bead was comfortable and bathroom was clean with decent water pressure.
Cons: We were on the ground floor and there was quite a bit of noise on Saturday night - the sound insulation is not great. Sheets are washed in fairly harsh chemicals, so a little rough on the skin. Overall, though, good value for the money and staff are very friendly and helpful
