The general cleanliness in the room was very average as plenty of dust on the lamps and the window edges. The initial room had a musty smell, but the subsequent room didn't have that smell. The washroom size is good, but it was smelling bad.

Practically none. They have a dirty, old pool table and a basketball hoop outside, but it is missing the basket and the area is not paved or cemented. The lawns are not well-kept, and the rope climbing thing looked dirty and rotten.

Food was amazing, and it was a nice place to sit in the balcony. The staff was friendly, and there is a food shop and a few other shops nearby.

The room does not really have a valley view as you can just see some distant hills through the big window. The luxury rooms should ideally have been on the edge of the property for a better view.

The staff was pleasant and would assist you in what you needed. However, when called to eliminate spiders in the bathroom, they came with a broom and a pan instead of an insecticide spray.

Consider choosing a room with a balcony facing the raised area for a better valley view, as some guests found the view from standard rooms to be limited.
