Cons (-) Reserved double queen with pullout couch. GOT single king with pullout couch right next to the elevator. 3rd party website said cots were available but this hotel does not have them. Staff ensured that fold out couch would make a queen bed...not even close; super single at best. Although very polite the staff made no effort to help me out. Blamed the booking site.
