Cons. This particular hotel is one of the most expensive in the area, and there are zero addons. The WiFi is an additional fee, parking is an additional fee (and an outrageous 14 per day for hotel guests), there is no continental breakfast or complimentary items. I am not trying to sound cheap or trashy, but for the price of just parking I could have taken a cab from a less expensive hotel with free breakfast and Internet that was equally as comfortable and well-staffed.
Pros. Great stay from beginning to end. Once the car was parked. It stayed parked. Everything was within walking distance. Friendly staff. JOY was the wonderful front counter assistant who was not only a friendly face but helpful in suggestions on food and night life. We will definitely be back.
Pros. Proximity to the Civic Center & Towne Center Mall, restaurants, etc.is perfect.
Cons. For the price, a small (free) Continental breakfast would have been nice. The pay-for breakfast prices were a bit high. Just some pastries, fruit and/or yogurt along w/ unlimited coffee and juice would have been a great extra. However, it was the perfect place to stay when attending event (Winter Jam Tour) @ the civic center.
