Pros (+) Staff very friendly, helpful using shuttle to take us to local restaurant where parking didn't exist. Beds comfortable, clean, and shower was great!
Cons (-) Pool very small and was overrun by small very loud children with a teen sitting with them. Missed the breakfast found at other hotels we stayed in during our 5 day road trip, charged for parking behind hotel, only location we have been charged for parking. New batch of keys didn't all work, given 2 keys but only one would work, several other customers in line to get keys replaced.

Pros (+) Comfy bed, very clean, everything is new and fresh. Rooms are quiet, you can't hear people in the halls or above you. Room service good, food is decent. Location is cool right on the river. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Cons (-) $10 parking surcharge which they tell you about after you check in and you don't have a choice you have to pay it. No free breakfast (at this price should be included), front desk staff grumpy & gives slight attitude. Both nights different people were rude to me. Parking garage is creepy.
