Great family suite with done separation space. Convenient to the airport.
Staff did not speak any English but we were able to use our translate app to get by. Free airport shuttle doesn’t start until 9 am so we had to get Didi’s to the airport.

- the staff was friendly and helpful, English was not brilliant, but with help of mobile phone and translator app we found out everything and arranged whatever we needed - very nice and rich breakfast - bathroom was excellent, there was bath with bathing salt, perfect thing after long day - room was very spacious - comfortable beds, very quiet surrounding, very good sleep - air conditioning was excellent, not loud and did not blow cold air on us - there is a fitness room in the hotel - free airport shuttle - walking distance to line 3 metro

Staff were pleasant, it was quiet, my room had a big bath and was clean and well appointed.
The breakfast was strictly average, not nearly to the standard of a normal international hotel. The location is not idea - far from any subway, far from the city centre, not really near the airport either. There are no curtains in the Executive suite - just wooden slats, as there's an indoor 'balcony' area. But that has no curtains either, so the sun streams in through the slats every morning and wakes you up. Really not happy with that. The pillows were just too thick, I got a bad night's sleep both nights I was there, and a neck-ache. The staff don't really speak English. Not a major problem until you have an issue and no -one can fix it for you. I got a room on the Executive floor, and the Executive Lounge was padlocked shut. If I pay for an Executive suite I expect the lounge to be open! The bath on the balcony was great... but the water would not drain out, i.e. the plug was broken somehow, so after having a bath I couldn't top it up with hot water as it was already full, and had to leave it full until I checked out. This is all really shoddy!
