Cons: - No a/c - really warm. They cannot add a/c ducting or holes to the outside because the site is a Class 1 Heritage site, i.e. historic site. However, why can't they add portable units?
- Tired rooms. The tiling is old, the shower is old and water gets all over the floor, the upstairs tv didn't work right, and the layout of the bathroom is so small.
- Based on the tired rooms, this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. More like 3.

Cons: We were given a room on the 11th floor with a big pillar right in the middle of it which obstructed the view of the TV (room 1103 I believe). When we arrived at 2pm the room wasn't ready - we were told to come back at 3pm even though the room should have been ready at 2pm based on their website information. The breakfast was fairly limited for a hotel of this standard and was in a cramped room - I saw a few people were told to wait for a while when they arrived for breakfast as there wasn't enough room.

Cons: Even though the total booking was already paid, the hotel charged me again. Now I'm trying to get my money back, what wouldn't be necessary if the staff were well informed. I got an offer at the moment of the booking but when I checked out I had to pay again, and for the current price, which was higher. I still don't know whose is the fault, the hotel or website. I hope this comment is useful to advice other people or at least to improve the services of both.

Cons: Room was clean but basic. One heater in the room which didn't seem to generate much heat and would be somewhat inadequate in the winter. No exhaust or heater in the bathroom so lots of condensation, damp towels in the morning and fogged up mirror. On site parking is woeful - no allocated parking space for individual rooms and insufficient on site parking for all visitors - first come first served basis, otherwise on street parking.
