The lovely situation, the charm of the old building....
the room was lovely and big, lovely view ov the sea, the bathroom was a decent size
Thew food was excellent both breakfast and evening meal. The toilet did not flush the toiloet paper away.
friendly staff and helpfull room very small ( in roof ). bed very uncomfortable.
Staff all fine - good service in Restaurant. Room 204 - Bathroom completely out of date - shower useless - difficult to flush toilet Towel rail loose - needs a complete overhaul and a good clean
Ease of booking in. The receptionist was very pleasant. the hotel was ideally situated for our needs. The room was very hot despite the radiator not being on.
Large family room with a seven foot king size bed and a single divan. Freeview tv and free car parking. Hot drink facilities. Great view across the Severn estuary to Wales. Selef service hot breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Carpet well worn and badly fitted around bathroom door. Lack of double glazing means not eco-friendly on a very cold night, but room heated ok.
Staff were very helpful and prompt delivery of room service. The location and view. Small double bed which was not comfortable and clearly the mattress needs replacing
The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms very spacious and service in the dining room good. Food varied and mostly very good The bar was not as comfortable as the lounge. .
it had a nice veiw over looking wales
The staff was courteous and the rooms were very clean. The access to the spa facilities was easy. Breakfast was a good value and the food was delicious. Parking was limited and I had to pay to park, even after booking a full weekend in the hotel.
The Spa was a lovely treat with excellent resources. The reception staff were very poorly trained. The person who dealt with my group on arrival was very abrupt and quite rude.
Free champagne bought to us, as it was our wedding night. Prices of food meant that we waited until home to eat breakfast.
Everything! Wine at £8 a glass was expensive.
The cooked breakfast was not very special. Rather sparce, bacon hard.
Able to relax after a long journey made to feel very welcome at all times from the staff.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was excellent, the cheese board was outstanding. Nothing
I can't fault this hotel in any way, i will definitely stay there again when i'm in Cardiff.
All staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was excellent. Arrival and departure were achieved most efficiently. No
I liked our view of the bay and the hotel was lovely. It's the kind of hotel that takes itself too seriously. It was billed as a five star resort, but the only difference I could see between it and any other hotel in the states was the bidet in the bathroom.
Location, comfort A swimming pool would have been a real benefit
car parking facility was too small. On the first night the hotel carpark was full and we drove for 1 and a half hours to find another overnight one. We had to get a taxi back to the hotel.Simply ridicuolous! We are frequent travellers and have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and in all that time I have never stayed 4 * and not had some kind of biscuits with the tea &coffee facilities which only had a enough milk for 1 cup each in the morning. Long queue of people as we checked in with only 1 desk open even though there was staff present.See trip advisor for comments.
Location Thick dust on closet. Poor bathroon/tub design. Mediocre staff. Unwelcoming lobby. Well below other RadissonBlu properties
Room fab, breakfast / eating area fab, hotel generally nicely laid out and very modern. Queuing at reception to check in. Hotel should have a few more desks / staff ready for when lots of people arrive at once to check in. Probably waited 10 to 15 minutes. The price of the room!!! Very high and had no choice but to pay as attending u2 concert at Millennium Stadium. I think that the hotel would know they would be full and could have perhaps not charged the premium rate to ensure we all returned again. Now we will book up early to avoid having to spend so much money for just one night.
Close to city centre Lack of parking, all nearby car parks full, including Joihn Lewis. Overheard other guests bitterly complaining about this situation. The hotel is not cheap to stay at, one would asume that an there would be an arrangement in place.
Location and rooms were outstanding. Breakfast well worth the extra cost and very helpful staff. WIFI good. Parking access
Room had great view, really clean and well kept. Lack of beverages available in room.
The room was lovely, plenty of room and the breakfast was excellent.
The location was good for our needs.
Rooms were lovely with great views over the city.
Very good but slightly expensive.
The hotel was very well situated and very clean and comfortable The service in the bar and the resturant was very poor and very slow due to a severe shortage of staff, we also found the bar very expensive and were being charged different prices every time for the same drinks.
Comfortable and all of the rooms we booked were near each other. Cost of breakfast is high considering the room prices are also high due to the rugby game.
the staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovley we found the room cold.the price of breakfast was very expensive for people who just wanted some toast and tea
convenience for cardiff bay, parking facilities included in room rate suite was extravagantly large - could have been better utilised as a single and a double room
Nice light rooms with good facilities.
Comfortable and helpful staff
Everything ... it was wonderful!
The room and view was excellent I think it would have been nice for breakfast to be included in the price
freindly staff, helpful, the halls and corridors were clean and luvlly and warm. the temperature was -6 at night and 0 day time, so the room was freezin, the heating system does not work well, did ask reception, but the temp 28 did not seem to blow out hot air. we had to put the bath towels on top of the duvet and slept with extra clothes on. i think with better heating yr hotel would be very good. cannot recomend this hotel at moment until yr heating system is improved upon.
Large rooms, comfortable beds, good shower, air conditioning, very clean. No
No room service available
Brand new hotel so overall facilities were impressive. Room was large with excellent views. Good sized bathroom. Lifts not all working so long delays going up to 11th floor. Some of fittings in bedroom badly designed E.G. flexible light next to bed had already worked loose, wardrobe door wouldn't open fully due to hitting room door closer.
Central situation in Bristol, proximity with the airport in Stansed Stupid customer occasioned fire alarm at 4 am!!!!
Good sized rooms - clean and well cared for None
Very central, excellent location for shopping! The hotel andcommunal areas are clean and stylish. Check in staff were very pleasant. the room was clean and stylish, the bed extremely comfortable. the view from the floor to ceiling windows give a great view over the city (15th floor) and make for a very light and bright room. None.
The location near the river. Perhaps a little difficult to locate by car! Unfortunately the heating wasn't working on the 1st floor where my room was allocated. No-one offered a heater of any kind and it was extremely cold weather. I had to request milk as there was non available in the room to make a drink when I arrived after a long journey.
Large bed, nice view, new room.
I asked for a quiet room... I got it. Reception staff extremely efficient and friendly and professional. I liked the colours in the bedroom, appreciated having a bath .. useful in a city to relax.. and beds were comfy. car park was a bit tight with pillars, but I was glad to have it!!
Public areas spacious, breakfast good. Lifts not working, poor lighting in room, food left in corridor - not worthy of a hotel in this category.
Well located on Broad Quay, close to Bristol waterfront, good restaurants within walking distance, walkable to main shpppoing district of Bristol. We booked two rooms, one for 3 people, the other for 2. The hotel placed the extra bed in by far the smaller of the two rooms and the rooms were six floors apart. The larger room, although very comfortable, absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. We were oiffered a small discount on checkout, but this should have been picked up by housekeeping and the room not allocated.
Great location for city. Room on sixteenth floor with floor to ceiling window and amazing view. Pleasant room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reasonably good breakfast buffet. Gym poorly equipped.
Good comfortable hotel in a very conveinient location for visiting local family, eateriers and city centre.
Central hotel. Club rooms very comfortable. Staff very pleasant.
We have stayed here before and wanted to come back. Unfortunately this time the room was a bit shabby.
An excellent well proportioned room that offered comfort and space. It was also within walking distance of the shopping area.
Great bathrooms! Flexible on check in time which was useful for us as we were attending a wedding later that afternoon. Extensive selection for breakfast. Rooms could be slightly larger and not so cramped with furniture.
Nice, relaxed and contemporary feel Hotel bar shut at 11pm, even for guests. This should be improved
The pool was an added bonus and the size of the room was excellent, much nicer in comparison to other Bristol hotels.
the beds where really comfortable the only thing i had against it which I dont think you can do anything about, is that the room smelled like stale spit, which my husband thinks is the glue that holds the wood panels on the headboards etc.
Nice quiet location very close to everything. The rooms were spacious and clean. Nice size bathroom too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the bar was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. After a night out on the town, i returned to find i had no electricity in my room. But the next morning i informed the staff who were very apologetic and they sorted the problem out quickly.
Rooms were smallish but immaculate and the trains were not intrusive for us., and the views good -- we could see the Bay! Location excellent for shopping, rugby at the Millenium Stadium and cultural events at the Millenium Hall and loads of cafes and restaurants within easy walk. Breakfast buffet good value and several Hen parties didnt cause any problems /noise. A great weekend, and Wales won!!!!
The building was a comercial building refurbished. The rooms are very small.Dont have privte parking. The access to the hotel is very difficult by car.Dont have a parking in front of the reception to leave the luggages.
Front desk staff very helpful. N/a
Excellent standard of hotel Price!!!!!!!!
All of it! Perfect accomodation.
Lovely hotel with spectacular views and very comfy beds. Service was excellent apart from one barman and would recommend thoroughly although not cheap.
The quality of thr room and friendliness of staff The escalators leading to the exhibition hall were not in operation on Tuesday morning.
space, heating archaic very noisy
We thought we were royalty
The hotel is huge. Wonderful lounge areas with great service. Only used the pool(not Spa) but our kids loved it. Highly reccomend for families. Great location for Millenium Stadium (20 min drive).Thank you Celtic Manor for a great weekend. Up Munster!!!!!! Loved everything
Very large comfy bed, nice buffet breakfast, very friendly staff
The food at the Olive Tree restaurant
Room design, friendly staff, good breakfast, service on arrival was excellent.
Helpful and pleasant staff, good parking facilities, great outdoor area for al fresco dining and a Pims or three! No mini bar - and the mini bar/fridge was actually switched off so we couldn't even chill what room service provided.
Friendly and helpful staff
some confsion ober resevation as booked via booking.com, but staff were pleasant, confident and very efficient went out for breakfast as £15 seemed expensive.
Location, cleanliness and very helpful staff. None.
Well appointed room with all of the amenities we needed. None noted.
prompt polite service, nicely decorated room Lights in the bar were too low and made you want to sleep!
Staff, ambience, quality and value. Ideally located for city-centre attractions Didn't find any, except a room-mate who snored heavily!
Excellent check in allowed us to have linked for the family. Good breakfast but a bit pricey for a familyAcces Finding the hotel entrance by car is rather complicated
Excellent location, excellent service, excellent hotel
very friendly and help full staff, great location will stay there again.
Very welcoming and close to shops
The room was spacious, very clean and modern as was the bathroom and separate toilet which was great! everything was good
helpfulness of staff
Everything was fine at Future Inn.
very clean, new nice beds, good location for the station, friendly receptionist pillows too thick
The free parking was a big bonus as well as being in the centre of town When we googled the hotel postcode, we were sent to the precinct
very comfortable, very friendly staff. Clean.
Very impressed, nice new facilities, very spaceous room and bathroom, very clean, towels smelt nice, free parking was excellent. Very slight confusion of parking arrangements / how to get to car park.
Big bed and big breakfast.....even if the breakfast was over priced. No
The standard of room quality and nearness the Cabot's Circus Shopping Centre. would be great if it had a Spa or small swimming pool (somewhere to relax).
The evening meal was delicious and our waitress was very pleasant.
The staff were extremely friendly and the suite was a perfect size for two adults and one baby. None
The second room we were given was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was well located. Checkout was efficient and fast. We were initially given a room with no heating. The thermostat was going to be replaced but this had not yet happened. The weather was very cold and it was not satisfactory to be put in a room with no heating. After speaking with check in staff they confirmed room had no heating but moved us to another room which was warm and very comfortable. We were surprised that at the end of autumn in the uk there were rooms that were being booked out with no suitable heating.
breakfast was good but slow on the poached eggs On arrival the bathroom floor appeared not to have been cleaned.
Staff in the main were friendly. Once needs were made known they were promptly acted on. Room check should insure that essentials such as toilet rolls are in place after each room service. Desk staff need to finalise business with you before moving to the next customer. At check out the person just walked away before I signed the bill form and I had to ask another desk staff person if the hotel needed the signed form.
The staff were attentive, polite and very pleasant and the meal that we had in the palm court restaurant was of exellent quality and value. A shame that there was a charge for parking.
The location was excellent and the htel looked very plush. The overpriced breakfast and overpriced guest car parking.
The hotel was really lovely, as was our room. Great location. Will certainly go back again.
Dinner in Palm Court, food and service was excellent
Courteous staff. Clean Meals in restaurant over priced
The staff was very courteous kind friendly they met my needs the facility was well kept (clean) I can't find anything to complain about except not enough tv stations that we could view without paying
Staff were excellent as was the food. Hotel lovely and we used the Spa. There is no car park on site but we parked in the ncp car park next to the hotel. You have to pay £11 a night.
What i liked was the fact that I was able to take my to girls swimming in a very nice, clean environment, have a nice meal and then spend time shopping/sightseeing in Bristol with a hotel in such a great and central location.
Location was absolutely great and spa facility was ideal just to relax in the middle of the hussle and bustle of it all
Freindly staff, hotel very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for Cabots Circus and centre of town for bars and shops. Great atmopshere. I liked everything. Only small comment maybe is to have 2 robes in the room not just 1!
The bed was very comfortable. No hot chocolate or earl grey tea in the room.
Swimming pool and spa area was perfect for relaxing. Also, hotel location is perfect for Broadmead Shopping area
The bed was very comfortable. It was very expensive for what you got.
Good location and very clean modern room that was very comfortable.
Good value for money Really nothing
The location. The room had obviously not been checked to ensure adequate heating, lighting, adequate curtains and working telephone apparatus.
Suprised when able to check into my room at 9.30am when only asking if I could leave my luggage Suprised when apple juice in both machines was empty at 8am sunday morning, but it was filled immediately and a glass brought to me.
Straightforwards hotel, good restaurant and service friendly and efficient. We have used Ibis many times before and you know what you are getting.Very reliable. The bed was uncomfortable and hard.
being near cathedral and harbourside for the money paid breakfast should be included and very tight on tea and coffee and no biscuits
The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room. I would have liked to be guided to my room but instead left to wander around corridors.
Functional. Your know what you get The noise isolation between the rooms is poor. I had a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms and hammway
It was very easy to walk to any part of the main shopping centre close to some very good restraunts Hotel had no parking and a very strange relationship with the ncp car park
Central location. Convenient for car parks. Breakfast had good selection and was hot. Coffee especially good. Not enough towels provided
Very good location with easy access to shops and eateries Too basic and noisy
The hotel was clean and tidy. Everything in the room worked. The hotel is effectively screened to block mobile phone reception. The machine coffee and limited breakfast options were disappointing.
very comfy beds nice size room. shelving was very dusty above the tea and coffee , dust on window sill and tops of draws . noise pollution from club till past 3am we were at the back of the hotel
Good breakfast It would appear we paid above the normal rate due to a Rugby International, which we were not there for
A modern hotel close to everything. Well maintained and a friendly staff
Staff very friendly. Good bar. Walking distance from all attractions. Close to shops. Room was spacious and well appointed. Very quiet
Very nice hotel, great location, great service Tv awkward to work!
The hotel is situated in the heart of Cardiff with easy access to the shopping centre. The hotel rooms are of a high standard and the staff are friendly.
Excellent location for shopping and very good breakfast On Friday there was a party and it was a bit noisy
Good location at fairly competitive rates. Staff were efficient helpful and pleasant.Comfortable and warm room. the price of bar drinks especially the higher quality ones was excessive.
The location of the hotel is very good and in the city centre, Near the shops and studuim. Hotel was very expensive and room was not an executive room as we paid for. Its a lot of money for a small double room with a view of a brick-wall and air-coniditioning pipework, No Bathand tiolet was rubbish aswell
Room ready on arrival, early at 11.30am. Cleanliness and freshness of the room on arrival. Location is great, in the city centre, 50 metres from shopping precinct. Staff we're very attentive, pleasant and helpful throughout our short stay. Nothing.
Everything. It is a beautifully refurbished hotel offering facilities of a very high standard. It is conveniently situated in Cardiff city centre with staff who are extremely professional and most helpful.
lounge trashed by wedding party, bad language used by wedding party, behaviour of wedding party. left to run riot.
Well managed hotel and, for my part, in a good location for access to the Millennium Stadium. Facilities within the hotel were excellent. The availability for parking was a bonus as this wasn't available with other hotels in the same area.
Comfortable room The main bar/lounge was closed, only the small bar with limited seating in the reception was open. Ranked against other similar hotel chains breakfast was not as good.
relaxing in the bar during the evenings. the staff were warm and welcoming and it had a great atmosphere there was a fire drill just after we checked in and we were left standing outside in the cold for over half an hour, leaving our coffees and lunch in the lobby bar. :-(
The friendly staff and clean room all in a very central location.
Room service meal was good Too many extras, especially breakfast.
Staff friendly manner Only one roast on a Sunday lunch!!!
We found the staff to be courteous, efficient, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally placed, within easy walking distance shopping centers, attractions & the Millenium stadium. Would recommend to others as a base to explore Cardiff from. There were only 2 things that I didn't like about the stay, firstly the price of a drink in the bar was excessive at £7.45 for a G&T. Secondly the breakfast was excellent apart from my husband complaining that his baked beans were "like bullets, they were that hard", but that was the only criticism.
The leasure facilities were very good. and the location was excellent. The menu for the resturant was not very good and expensive when compared to the room service menu.
Great quality and brilliant friendliness. Gave us late checkout no problem, which was a big help. Awesome massage Showers and some other things int he gym were not same quality as the hotel. Got a Double room instead of twin as booked.
The reception staff were rude, discourteous and looked like we were intruding by staying there and asking them to rectify an issue with the room (i.e no hot water and no water pressure in the room). After chasing this issue up, we were finally moved to another (lower standard room) at 1.30am in the morning, which clearly didn't add to a relaxing stay at the hotel!!!
It is a very comfortable hotel, located conveniently downtown Cardiff. A room was large and comfortable, nice bed. Hotel has good restaurant; breakfast which was included was delicious. We once also had dinner at the hotel , it also was very good. Staff was polite and helpful.
The large clean bedrooms and friendly staff. The snack food also seemed good value. Car Park was a bit tight
nothing in particular, it was ok the showers in pool changing room & the fact there were no cubicles to change in
The size of the room was amazingly big and the beds were very comfortable, I would highly recommend staying on the twelve floor as the views are amazing The fire alarm sounded early Sunday morning, not a good wake up!!
Good location, nicely laid out - spacious bar and restaurant. We were given a disabled room, with a seat in the very small shower that wouldn't fold. Britains Got Talent auditions were being held there in the morning, the hotel should have made me aware of that - I booked six months in advance. Very expensive considering quality and facilities. Poor car parking facilities.
The room was very good apart from the huge crack running through the outer glazing of the picture window! Fantastic views across the city. Very busy because of the Autumn rugby international Wales v New Zealand. Long delay during check out with only two staff on duty one of whom had to answer the phone and take a booking! She then proceeded to chat to a member of staff going off duty. A small niggle but becoming more prevalent among some hotel gropus is that on weekends they don't supply mushrooms with the breakfast menu. Still charge the same price though - £15.95! A con.
large bedroom air conditioning did not work and no way of opening windows therefore extremely hot! 2 false fire alarms during the night meant we got little sleep
Perfect location for city centre.
Closeness to city centre Only able to check in 2 minutes before stated time
The guy who answered the phone to the restaurant was very cheery and helpful. Found it hard to find, when we put the postcode in the satnav it showed 'no route found'. This could be an effect of not updating satnav. When we found it eventually, I walked through the entrance near the restaurant, not knowing where the reception was I tried to ask the 2 two doormen who had their bodies facing me but heads turned to each other. I had to wait whilst they finished their conversation before they greeted and directed me. Didn't give good first impression. The reception was frustrating. We had booked a smoking room and were told that there were no more smoking rooms. The receptionist found this funny as he kept laughing and mumbling to himself. When we got in the room there was a 2" thick line of dust and dirt around the edge
Nothing stands out Incredibly over priced. Facilities no better than a travelodge but at double the price. The bed moved all over the place. The shower was a slow trickle. Rubbish.
Good parking in central Bristol. The late breakfast buffet up to midday on Sunday. Comfortable rooms. The swimming pool area and changing rooms are quiet small. Not quiet as nice as expected based on other hotels we have visited with leisure facilities..
Everything was fine.
Location Lounge was very cold at times, no saucers with tea cups felt cheap. Beds/pillows were bit uncomfortable. Customers staying at the hotel should not have to pay £5 per day for Parking,
very comfortable bed!! good menu selection in the restaurant bathroom too small, lack of drawers in bedroom
The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaner than i expected for such a large hotel.
When we first arrived some of the night staff was not welcoming , but the day staff were excellent, a lot of information was not given to us when we booked in it was the day staff that inform us of what we need to know.
easy check in and check out. food was good bathroom could do with updating.Having to pay for television even regular channels
the bar The staff at the check in desk seemed poorly trained, they didn't acknowledge the person checking in if they werwe waiting, it would have been nice for somebody to sya, I'll be with you in a momment.
Very comfortable bed unqualified staff - there were party in the rooms all the night impossible to sleep.
The hotel was lovely. At arrival the lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. She (same lady) was also very kind and friendly on the day I was leaving. Both nights at the bar downstairs the staff was very friendly and professional. This actually saved my weekend. I have got a premier room which was very good size, however it was very cold! Being there in October i would've thought the heating would be on. So unfortunately it was very uncomfortable and on the other downside, the water wasn't hot in the bathroom! So it was a very cold weekend for me. Also 2 out of the 3 lamps didn't work (the 2 bedside ones -which is a shame as I like to read in bed), in fact their power plugs were different style than the standard UK ones so I wondered how they plug them in anyway?? And the last thing, which is i know not the hotel's fault, but it was quite upsetting as both nights I stayed, my nextdoor guests were constantly drunk and very loud till 4-5am! So all together unfortunately it wasn't a relaxing weekend.
front desk people were very helpful. great location can't think of anything
Good quality, central for Bristol. It was not an easy hotel to stay at. Examples, car park was complexed, door card cleared iteself at 11am (check out 12), gym was across road.
soft wide bed thin walls to corridor, so noisy late revellers disturbed us. Hotel staff did reproach them though, so not their fault.
Lack of internet connection services and small room
very good location for city centre In one room none of the power sockets worked, in another the toilet seat wasn't fixed on. when we complained the staff were very unhelpful. Very few good english speaking staff
Helpful staff, location
Very nice location in the old part of the city centre. The hotel is cosy and well-functioning. There was a minibar in the room but it was both empty and locked. I asked could it be opened in order to put there some juice for the morning but that was not possible, since "the locks don't open very well". I suggest the minibars should be removed if they don't serve any purpose...
it's central Absolutely awful night, sent to very shabby single room right above function rooms. party below so loud the furniture in the room vibrated until 1am. Then at 7am neighbours put tv on clearly audible through paper thin walls. worst night I have ever spent in a hotel.
Clean, nice location
easy to find and close to town
Staff were very helpfull. If returning late to the hotel the car park was often full and I had to park elsewhere.
The imac facility in the rooms is first rate and definately a cut above most Distance from main centre
The rooms were very modern
The friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the facilities in the room (iMac), the quality of the choice at breakfast I find the prices a bit steep at certain times for a single traveller (often nearly £100 a day). There seems to be an assumption that all customers will be couples or friends sharing a twin room and there is no reduction for single occupancy of a double room. I would ask the hotel to consider this.
Liked the rooms also room service prices for wine was not to bad. Would stay at the City Inn Bristol again Charge for parking
The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful The lift was broken - other guests warned us not to use it
Staff were friendly. Hotel room was lovely. Very quiet. It was difficult to find the hotel car park. It could be better signposted. Otherwise everything good.
Clean modern hotel. The rooms were much smaller than expected, as were the breakfasts.
The bedrom was brilliant and had everyone you could need and so comfortable the corridoors, general foyer etc very clinical not 'warm/cosy'
location and friendly staff
It was all excellent, from the reception staff to the room to the restaurant staff and food.
High standards but very laid back and relaxing
This is a good hotel with good facilities and excellent staff.
The room was superb and situated on a high floor as requested with a view over the gardens. Very welcoming staff and we had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Lovely spacious room and lots of interesting contemporary features. Very central for Cardiff shops etc. The breakfast was not very good as it was the buffet style with little choice. It would be a great advantage if breakfast could be cooked to order.
friendly helpful staff
Good staff customer care, a great swimming pool and the restaurant menu was diverse and well priced. No
Very friendly staff. Exceeded our expectations. Good central location. Rooms were of very high standard. Car parking very expensive.
Beautiful hotel with the best staff
it felt like a home from home. Cannot praise enough all staff, from room valets ,waiters/waitress to floor and front of house staff!
the excelent service provided by staff the bedroom was cold.
