The facility, property, and amenities were nice. On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!
Due to proximity to airport, jet noise was prevalent. Otherwise, this place was absolutely wonderful.

I liked the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to anyone. I did not like that there was an extra cost for Valet parking, nor did I like the room size for the price. The menu was also a bit pricey.
Being by the airport I thought that it would be noisy w/lots of traffic. Nothing, quiet as they come, and very beautiful location! Our room was a King Reg room.. nothing special by any means.. until we opened the door. Very clean and welcoming. It makes people spend the little extra to step up that high on the totem pole of hotels. A+++ Breakfast was all inclusive, but the time frame of AFTER 6:30am.. hello?? it was a Monday morning, and there are people that need to go back to work. Traffic in Seatac on Mon morning 6:30am was not going to allow anyone to enjoy that beautiful breakfast.

Everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The resident lounges throughout the hotel with 24/hr snack access was great. The restaraunt served excellent food. While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.
Atmosphere....landscaping Needs nicer hot tub and hot tub area to enjoy the beautiful grounds

People at front desk were nice The hotel looks very old, smells and needs updating. The bathroom was gross, don't look down the sink drain it looks like something will jump out at you. Reminds me of those hotels you see on Hotel Impossible show that's gross and dirty.

Welcome from Timothy. I disliked 90% of my stay. The room was nasty!! Sheet, pillow cases and comforter was stained and dirty. I took pictures to prove this. The carpet apparently wasn't vacuumed there was dirty areas on the floor in the restroom as if it wasn't moped, desk wasn't clean. Look I travel frequently and this has been the worst ever. Management needs to pay more attention to her hotel. This was the second room I was given room 309 and 338 both were nasty. Will never stay at another Comfort Inn ever!!

The staff were very nice, and the airport shuttle is handy. The wifi worked. There is no restaurant, nor one nearby. (Though staff did offer to take me by shuttle.) The facility is in sad shape and in need of repairs and refreshing. It is older. The room was clean but worn and very, very small. I went down for breakfast at 8:20 but there wasn't any food left or coffee, so they don't refresh it often though it was open until 9:00 am. It was disappointing but not a disastrous stay.

Place is run down and seedy. Have stayed there for years. Felt super unsafe and rooms a total dump! Carpet was wer about three feet around the ac unit. No plugs in sink and tib. Coffee maker broke and missing parts. Part of a metal plug stuck in bathroom outlet. Room had a terrible odor probably due to wet carpet. Felt unsafe on room and walking down the halls. Water ending machine empty and no bottled water for sale in hotel.
My family have had Alaska vacation during Thanksgiving, and stayed in Hampton overnight before returned to Nashville. The experience in your hotel is excellent! We recommend the hotel immediately to other family members and our close friends at the night we stay! We are sure will come back again if we have the chance to visit Seattle in the future!

Clean, efficient and convenient for those traveling via SEA-TAC and in need of an overnight stay. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Pickup from the airport was a simple phone call away and I was picked up right away. In the morning hours, the shuttle runs every half hour to take folks to the airport. Absolutely efficient and convenient. Hotel was clean and everything in working order. All the staff I interacted with here very pleasant and polite. I didn't try out their free wifi since I got in pretty late and went straight to bed. Free hot and continental breakfast in the morning was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Due to stormy weather in Seattle, the Hampton inn was unable to accommodate our reservation. They made arrangements for us to stay at an alternative hotel. The following day, they picked us promptly and shuttled to our parked car at their facility. Excellent service!
The staff was incredibly nice and FAST. Fastest check-in at a hotel ever. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice decor and touches. The free breakfast was better than most. My partner was thrilled that there was biscuits and gravy, and I made a sausage sandwich. Check out and the shuttle to and from the airport were just as fast, clean and convenient as the rest of the stay.
We use this Hampton Inn when ever we have an early flight out of SEA-TAC. It is fairly new and well kept. Prices are reasonable. I can't speak to the breakfast as we generally are gone before service starts. They will put up a snack bag for you. A short walk to Dave's Diner is a good option as well as other places to eat in the area. Nothing negative about it since the road construction is done.

After reading some of the reviews on other sights, I was hesitant to book. However, I am VERY satisfied that I did. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. It appeared to have been recently renovated. I did not have any negative experiences or concerns.
Sleep Inn is a very good location to the Sea-Tac airport. The shuttle drivers are really good at getting you to the airport on time. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not available for early flights. We paid for breakfast but weren't able to eat. Some type of accommodation should be made for very early travelers.
Friendly staff, good location near airport and Southcebter, and 24 hr shuttle service to get traveler to airport. Food was available in breakfast area for traveler catching airport shuttle at 3:30 AM! Had some difficulty getting room heat adjusted (probably my fault), but fan somewhat noisy. Bed and pillows could have been a bit softer!

My room was extremely clean, the bed comfortable and the bed linens new. The morning airport shuttle was extremely well-organized. The driver organized luggage according to departure stops. The check-in desk and the morning shuttle driver were both very competent. The room was very small. Street noise could be heard. Evidently the windows do not block street noise.

Location is good for close proximity to airport.The room interior looks good. It's a decent hotel for a Sleep Inn and spending $50-$75/night. I wouldn't pay anymore than that. Hotel was full and we had to park in an unlit gravel area. The hotel had a terrible dingy old smell. The room was sprayed with fragrance disinfectant so bad it was hard to breath.

The shuttle was supeb....a great choice of hotel in view of catching an early a.m. flight out of Sea/Tac airport. The breakfast was very average, but not a deterrant. The hotel was very good and they accomodated us when they could not find my "bookings.com" reservation. I had booked a king room for June 28th (of which they had no record) .....they did find a booking for me for July 7th which made no sennse to me. This was the first time I used Booking.com and it makes me a little nervous....and yet I just stayed at Kempinski in Frankfurt and the reservation was flawless....

It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service. It was quite old and not the 'normal' Best Western standard I've seen. Secondly, the floors and walls were paper thin, so we heard every step of the person above us.
There was a minor snow storm when we arrived and the staff worked hard to get everyone to and from the hotel in a timely manner. They were very courteous especially Cathy on the front desk. When we got stranded at the shopping mall, ELizabeth ( think that was her name) organized the van to pick us up as all taxis were not running or unavailable.

Hamptons are good because you know what you're going to get in advance. This was no different. Lived up to previous expectations of other Hamptons I've stayed in. Even the maintenance in the lobby was totally not a huge deal. I mean, it's nice to see a place care enough to renovate things over time.

If you plan on taking the light rail into the city every day, this is a perfect location. You can take the shuttle to the airport, where the station is located then take the 40 minute trip into downtown Seattle. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. At the time of our stay, the lobby was under construction. Depending on the time of day (or night), you will hear planes taking off.

The shuttle driver from airport to hotel was very helpful and polite. The room, was quite, bed, very comfortable. Liked the full size shower and no tub to step into. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety of fruit, carbs and protein. I would stay there again when in Seattle.
The hotel is really close to the Link train in SeaTac, you can hop off the train and walk to it. The beds are normal, just one pillow though. This hotel is perfect if you are just planning to get a bed to sleep after exploring the city, nothing more. There's no elevator so you have yo carry your luggage upstairs, also the hotel is very outdated; we didn't get the breakfast but it was just a corner with coffee and there was no information about it from the front desk. Also it's kind of sad that there's no bathroom around so you have to go to the back where all the laundry is being washed.
This place is a little dodgy. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was spic and span if a little outdated. It's in a bad location so get tje courtesy van to pick you up. Definitely not a place to take your children. Would I use them again? Yes because I'm a cheapskate and the price is right.

Hookers, people writing notes about the hookers being bad in bed and setting it on the stairs for everyone to see. No elevator only stairs. They don't clean under anything and I mean anything found used condoms under bed and used food wrappers under sink. The smell of mold is terrible.

Defintely worthwhile for a budget park and fly experience. My room was clean and quiet. If you are looking for something cheap and close to SeaTac airport this is it. The hotel itself is rundown and outdated but that is what I expected for the price. The vending machine was out of water bottles and only had soda. I just walked to the hotel next door and bought from their vending machine. I didn't bother with the free breakfast as nothing looked very appetizing but again this is what I expected for the price.

Rodeway Inn at SeaTac is a functional motel, very close to the International Airport, with no luxuries but very adequate. Staff is helpful, and the motel is clean.

We had an early morning flight to catch and we had drove down late in the night. This place was less than 3 miles to airport. They have shuttle every half hour, but we took Ubr. Smelled of weed even in non-smoking room.
Cheap price No parking spots. They told me to double park but when morning came the tow truck tried to get me. Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Thin walls and people leaving in and out of rooms like a fast food service. No microwave in room, hair in bed. ice machine and soda vending machine out of order. Heavy set lady behind counter in the morning is extremely rude .
Bed, bathroom, room in general was clean, no problems We asked for a non-smoking room, but were still placed in a smoking room/room that had smokers at some point. It's hard to get the smell out, but we could tell the room was cleaned to cover some of the smell up. We hope future guests here will be able to get a smoking/non-smoking room as requested. If no non-smoking rooms left, it should be told to the customers.

First the guy didn't even wanted to open the door it was locked y told him I had a reservation and he said it was to late it was 1:30 am I was flying from Chicago I told him it doesn't matter I have a reservation and I all ready paid for the room he still gave me a attitude and told me your late I'm out of rooms I didn't belived him I told him again that my room was all ready paid and it was very late and a very long fly . I like that is was close to the airport. Wow, this place is really scummy. If I would have known ahead of time I would not have stayed here. But the staff was nice and even though it didn't seem safe at first it proved to be ok by morning.

The only redeeming quality of this place was the man at the front desk he was very nice and up beat! My husband and I were recently stuck for a night in Seattle and needed to find a cheap hotel quickly. This was the closest to the airport (a plus). However the room was disgusting. The furniture and sheets all had stains as well as holes in the blankets. The heater was smashed in and the dead bolt was broken. It honestly felt like a motel room that is rented by the hour. Definitely not worth the $70.
We feel cheated. Were sold a deluxe room with coffee facilities and breakfast. We got a room with torn armchair and dirty floors. No coffee and no breakfast and in a depressing location.

The room's furnishings were good, no worn out rugs or stains. The bathroom was very functional and clean. My wife is somewhat picky and felt comfortable in the room. Thought parking would be a problem but there was plenty of parking spaces near the three story building. All employees were friendly including at 4 AM when we left. The building is dated.
We survived the night despite the loud gunshots, which really gave us a new zest for life. This hotel was a total nightmare. We waited over an hour at the airport repeatedly dialing the number for their shuttle but getting no answer, and eventually we had to get a shuttle to another hotel and walk ten minutes up the highway to get there. The receptionist did not apologize but just said "oh, that's funny". She "upgraded" us to a king room, but when we got there, the bed was unmade and there was dirty takeout food on the floor. We returned to reception and were moved to a "jacuzzi room", but were surprised to discover that not only was the jacuzzi built into the main room right next to our (threadbare) bed, but also there was no shower or bath -- the jacuzzi was the only way to wash. My friend and I took turns going out for a walk while the other waited for the jacuzzi to slowly fill to the point where we could clean ourselves. The whole thing was a total farce.
Free shuttle to the light rail. Only 3 minutes away. Rooms were quite small, shady parking. Run down appearnce as there is an old and new building. Picture on web has been photshopped. Lack of service, breakfast was stale cereal,ants crawling all over by waffles and some tables. Pillows were Flat, 2 per bed asked for one more we are out we only have 5.
When I booked the hotel, I accidentally selected a day earlier. ... Then I sent out a email asking them to change it to the next day. When I went for check in they could not find my reservation, they said we'll take care of it. ..but when I looked at my bank statement I saw that they charged me for 2 days, double the amount.

The price is reasonable for $68 in the Seattle The facilities are very old. The room looks like it was built 2 centuries ago. The bed looks old and not clean. A bit scaries when slept on it. I booked the room via third party website with breakfast included but when I got in the staff told me it was not included anymore

The hotel rooms were not clean enough for my standards. In fact, it appeared that there was an accumulation of pet hair in one of the corners. Also, the first room that we were put in did not have working electricity. Lastly, the continental breakfast consisted of one cold cereal, half sliced bananas, and packaged pastries.The whole experience was a disaster. I would expect more out of a hotel that was $140 dollars a night.
The only thing we liked was the staff , front desk worker who was also shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful, we arrived very late and left first thing in the morning. It was very run down , room was very outdated , we couldn't wait to get out, did not feel clean.

My child walked up the stairs to scratched doors and walls to walk in and have my 10 year old son open a drawer and find utensils that had crusted food on them. If you can avoid this hostel type setting I would. Seemed more like after prison housing than a hotel. Then to find out that orbitz and the hotel won't refund my money. orbitz and sutton suites. Never plan on seeing my business back at either of your businesses.
Big room with lots of space. Located within 5 min walk to car rental facility. Room has fridge, microwave, tables with chairs. Free shuttle to the airport. The hotel seemed a bit run down, holes in walls, old fixtures, needs to be updated. The area is a little sketchy after dark. There is a subway and an awesome indian food hole in the wall down the street within walking distance, I wouldn't walk there after dark.
Nothing about this place was positive. False advertisement - the ad shows a beautiful place to stay. It's a dump! Had I known where and what it REALLY looked like BEFORE I had booked, I never would have even given this place a THOUGHT, let alone, stay there. It was dirty, dirty, dirty! No elevator, so had to trek up to the 3rd floor w/my luggage when there stood 3 men that appeared to work there -- but offered no help. The room/suite I stayed in was filthy -- the carpet was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been vaccumed in months; you could feel the dirt and gunk on the floor, crunch under your feet in the kitchen, the utensils, dishes, etc. were old and beat up, as was the furniture (looked like 2-hand used and abused furnishings). It was a pitiful experience. Very uncomfortable to walk into a setting like that, and all one hears is a foreign language (East Indian?) from those working there - rather than use ENGLISH! I would highly recommend that people stay away from this place. I would give it a negative 0!

They have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. When using their computer to print out your complimentary boarding pass they were out of paper and there was no staff to put paper in, so we couldn't print our boarding passes. When we entered our room the bed sheets were disarrayed, there was a fast food bag full of garbage and garbage laying on the ground. Very uncomfortable night, but it was 11pm and we were just staying the night so we dealt with it.

The convenience to SeaTac Airport was excellent. The hotel is about 5 minutes away. If you're just looking for a place to crash the night then this is not too bad of a place. The staff isn't the friendliest and the airport shuttle service varies. Please call head 2 or 3 times just to make sure they'll come get you.
I liked the location. Absolute worst hotel I've stayed in in a long time. It took the van 45 minutes to come pick me up from the airport. 35 minutes to check in and the staff was beyond rude. The hotel was dirty, dingy and stinky. If Seatac wasn't sold out, I would have walked out and just sucked up losing my money. It was THAT bad. Only stay at this hotel if every hotel is sold out within a 100 mile radius and taken over by zombies.

Flexible staff (we were given breakfast after it was finished). Some people might like view to a part of runway at sea. Lots. Smelling staircase, broken lift (always goes to the basement level first - button cannot be depressed). And the most important: you can go into any room without key because of space between door and frame. Just put anything in that space, push and you're in. Staff explains, that six years ago they had to break into every room when they had a blackout in Seattle and they never fixed the door again. Very low value for that money. Plus you have to pay a few $ more for parking your car - quite unusual in motels. Breakfast is coffee and muffin buffet, no place to sit down. Summarizing, the worst hotel I ever visited - and I visited quite a lot.

The shuttle driver was very pleasant. They charged me more than the quoted price & layer the blame on Kayak. The check-out lady was not professional enough to handle the situation. I will never stay there again. If it is Kayak's fault, I will never use them again .
I stayed here for 1 night i got to cheek in and they didint even have my info it took 30 min to get my room then we got to the room and the bathroom had mold!!!!! I told the manager and the moved me to a new room as i walked away i herd him say "we need to paint over the mold with paint this is the 3erd room today" i got my new room and i cheek the rest room and i found mold agen but it had paint this is not a good place to stay never agen !!!!! Every thing it had mold in the bathroom!!!
near SEATAC Really poor, even among budget places near SEATAC. Front desk disorganized, distant - main business seems to be parking. Room (N end, 2nd fl) awkward to reach. Everything worn/damaged - carpets, elevator floor, corners of walls, furniture. Room had mold-like deposits (white not black.) TV w/ cable channels, but very hard to operate, no instructions. "Full breakfast" total joke - coffee pot and muffin fragments. Embarrassed I cheaped out, will ante up next trip.
The information given to me didn,t tell me where to go in the airport to find the free bus service. As a result it passed us by and we had to pay for a taxi.
the wake up call and the transportation to the airportbeyond that the vacinity to the airport. i made areservation for two double rooms for July 14 for $45 each..on my arrival that the reservation was cancelled due to the fact that the price is $49.30 per room.after discussion they found the reservation on july 15.at last I paid $49.30 plus tax per room although I had the confirmation for $45 which upset me very much.for your information.
Free shuttle to and from airport, once they actually found our booking the woman on the desk hung up on me when she couldn't be bothered searching for my booking. Our bathroom was not cleaned, the floor was covered in hair and there was rubbish from the previous guest in the shower. The fridge still had food in it, fruit that was well past it's time. After check in we had to go to reception to get toilet paper and we found the Manager behind the desk cutting his toenails!
Location, beds and very clean
The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. Complementary laundry machines were a great benefit since we had been traveling several days. We had stayed at the Larkspur before and we will again! We have no complaints
The suite had a nice layout and a large bathroom. The breakfast was pathetic, seating was terrible, and they began cleaning up early. The shower rod was falling off the wall and the door casing in the bathroom had swelled from moisture and was peeling apart. The couch had stains on it in the room.
Good sized, clean rooms with full size fridge and stove. Clean. I repeatedly had the experience of calling the front desk and waiting eight or ten rings for an answer. This is both before and during my stay. I also cooled my heels at the front counter until someone showed up. They were quite nice when they got around to answering the phone or getting to the front counter, but the front desk simply had no one there, almost always. I don't know if this was a management fault of having too few staff, or worker bees, but my feeling is the latter. They seemed to spend a lot of time in the room behind the front desk. There was no bell on the front counter to summon anyone. Although, given my phone experience I'm not sure it would've made any difference. Entirely different subject. I went to the hot tub and it six inches of foam on it.
Of COURSE I love everything about Larkspur and they deserve 5 stars. :) The bed and pillows. I feel bad for saying it but the bed was rock solid and the pillows were lumpy. Definitely not a good night sleep. Annnddd Mohammed doesn't work there anymore. :(

Stayed on The 2nd floor . we Could hear everything upstairs and above us . We could hear the guests upstairs party till 2.00 am and the maid vacuum the floors above in the morning . It was like they were going to come through the ceiling . Very little sound proofing between floors . The bathroom door was on an angle when we closed it . Everything else was ok . WE have stayed at this location 3 times now , and never experience the extreme noise above . Not sure if we would stay again .
Room with kitchen, dishwasher and full-size fridge. Bed was horrible.
The layout of the room kitchen, comfortable bed. Dvd player in room and internet hookup plus free wifi. entry was nice, ok breakfast, coffe and tea at the ready. the shower was not completely clean there were short hairs on the walls left, men stubble around the sink. The hair dryer almost caught my hair on fire it was shooting electrical sparks. They did remove it from the wall after I complained it was done the same day and replaced it with a new one.

I liked my money being refunded secondary to the incredibly poor customer service, being moved to another room due to maintenance issues, and no refrigerator as advertised. The only plus to staying to here is that it is a direct road to the airport. I didn't like paying for an upgraded room so I could see a sliver of the Puget Sound (not worth the extra charges between a traditional versus a deluxe room). I didn't like being treated poorly when we complained about maintenance issues or the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I definitely didn't like the fact that we had to move to another room due to the deadbolt not functioning properly. I didn't appreciate having to call housekeeping and have some gentleman crawl into our shower, twice, as there were no toiletries in the shower (there are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower). It was an inconvenience to have to call for a refrigerator to be brought to our room, then moved to our second room, as they don't furnish refrigerators in their rooms (even though it is advertised as such in deluxe rooms). And what is that smell in the common areas and lobby?
The lobby is the nicest part of the property. When we checked out I asked the nice young lady at the front desk why we had been placed in a substandard room in a nearly empty hotel. She apologized and offered to comp our parking charges. Still disappointing. Four Points Seattle is a “no frills” hotel, the lobby does not reflect that fact, but the restaurant and rooms do. Our room was small and the two places to sit in the room were uncomfortable. The bed was ok to me, my wife hated it. The restaurant was spartan, plastic and metal furniture with one window, and way over priced for a “no frills” hotel. The three staff members we came in contact with were very nice, friendly. During our three day stay, the hotel was mostly empty, we saw one other couple in the elevators in our comings and goings. We were given a room with a horrible view, a section of a roof and the exterior back wall of the hotel… why..? the place was empty. I could have gone down to the front desk and complained, but this is a Starwood Property, I should not be forced to complain to be taken care of in a nearly empty Starwood Property. If I am forced to complain, you have failed.
Room was huge, clean and immaculate. Best airport bargain for sure It took a while to get a hold of front desk from the airport to get the shuttle bus.
Breakfast variety was good and had healthy options, the room was cleaned and spacious, we really liked having 2 separate rooms with 2 bathrooms so we could get ready faster in the morning. I thought the room was reasonably priced at 2 nights for just under $400. split between 3 people. They didn't tell us what the hours were for the breakfast or where to find it at check in so we missed our second morning breakfast. Not enough towels for number of guests, we had 4 guests and had 3 towels in the entire room. We also stayed for 2 nights but they never replaced our towels or shampoo for the next night. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. I would stay again, I would just be sure to ask for double towels and double pillows

Given other circumstances, we thought the room was clean and pretty spacious. The fold-out couch was fine. We just needed the room for one night after flying in from the east coast and heading out to the Olympic peninsula with family. We didn't find the location convenient, and though the staff tried to help there were a lot of unnecessary problems. We had a few problems: (1) They wouldn't let us call the shuttle ahead of time or when we landed, demanding that we tell them at exactly which area we would be standing. By the time we picked up our luggage they told us it would be about 30+ minutes before they could get us due to other demands. After a long trip from the east coast with a 1.5 y/o, that didn't work for us, so we ended up paying for a taxi to the hotel. So we found that very inconvenient for a hotel that bills itself as an "airport" hotel. (2) As one example, we wanted an extra blanket but there were none in the room other than the one on the bed. So I called up and they said both "let me see if we have any" (!) and then "I found one but I'm not allowed to leave the desk, so can you come up to get it". For a $50/night hotel sure, for almost $200, that's just bad service. (3) This may be my idiocy, but when I think suite I think of a hotel with at least one small, extra room. So we were stuck having to be quiet in the room while our son slept.
Handicap bath room - we did not need
Avery is outstanding in his willingness to help and is the kind of employee you want to have on your staff. The breakfast selection was very good. Most of the staff was very friendly. The attitude of the very short staff member at the front desk leaves something to be desired. When problems arose eg., no heat in the room, maid service didn't bring towels, coffee, it was handled as if we were at fault. There was no apology and response to make us feel that this would get taken care of in a timely fashion. P.S. We were told to wait in the room for the heat to come up. Then Avery arrived and lo and behold he discovered the circuit breaker was off and the furnace had 5 wires disconnected. He took it upon himself to find us another room. We greatly appreciated that!
price I arrived very late, so when I got to my room and found it was a smoking room I didn't complain. Beyond the smell, two lamps didn't work, and the TV image was snowy.
Rate was good but location is terrible unless you are visiting the new Amazon Fulfillment Center across the street. Stay in town and just pay the extra rates. Good shuttle service to the airport or light rail. Room was not really clean. Spider webs and dusty. Flys Inn the breakfast area.
The room was very spacious, and had enough space for 4 adults. There was a sofa bed which was an unexpected surprise. The bathroom was large and the.kitchenette was an added plus, as was the hot breakfast. The cabinets and fixtures were old and in need of repair. Everything seemed dated, but still usable. There was not much available in the way of kitchenware, utensils and flatware.
Well it was easy to get to... This is an extended stay place- and pretty rough around the edges. Sheets were too small for bed, stains on rugs, old coffee maker missing lid, & ANTS in the kitchen. Kitchen had only spoons & knives. TV was grainy. We moved to the Hilton the next day!
Huge Rooms Good hot breakfast Shuttle available for location within 5 miles (airport, mall) Quiet Kind of a weird location. Carpet was pretty worn and not vacuumed under beds.
I liked that it was clean. It looked inviting when I opened the door. Bed was comfy. Lack of flowers inside. Not enough shampoo and no conditioner. Coffee pot needed to be cleaned.

Do not book this hotel! Very run down and dirty. Independently owned and not tooken care of. Bath tub was cracked, mattress was stsined , carpet was dirty, the other tenants looked homeless and left their crying toddler in the stroller unattended outside while they stepped in the office.

The ONLY redeeming factor is its close proximity to SEA-TAC Airport and the free airport shuttle. This place is dirty, run down and ramshakle. Surly front desk staff. Carpet in room had many "mystery" stains and the finishing in the room was half-done. It was like they were building it, got about 2/3 of the way through and just decided to start having guests. Carpet strip protector dividing carpet and linoleum had exposed screw heads that you could easily cut your feet on. Ancient t.v. with minimal cable channels - though every channel gave the people a nice rose-colored hue. This is a place you would stay at only as a last resort, which was my case since my other hotel booked off hotels.com cancelled my reservation and did not notify me.

Very nice decor and a very comfortable bed! The room was great and was equipped with many extras like a lap desk, ironing board, and nice, bug TV. Perhaps a better quality breakfast.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous, especially the assistant manager Danielle, who drove us to the airport to catch the light rail to the Seahawks game. Bathroom was also spacious and shower was very powerful and refreshing. The entire hotel is VERY well maintained and I would DEFINITELY recommend for anyone who is looking for value and convenience. Also only 5 minutes from SouthCenter Mall which is a shopper's paradise! I wish the rooms had a built-in safe, but otherwise I really have no complaints.

The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. The beds were very comfortable, with the perfect pillows. The location was perfect, easy access with several amenities very close. I will definitely stay her again!! I didn't like that I only got to stay 1 night!

Very Clean, Excellent customer service, The restaurant server is very kind and very helpful so is the cook that spoke multiple languages. I highly recommend this Hotel. The hotel is under-rated. It should be given a 5 star.

We liked that the hotel was easily accessible from major highways, and close to a major shopping mall. Make sure you hide all of your belongings if you decide to have the maid clean your room. We informed the hotel manager, and she gave us the "Our word against hers" speech. It is unfortunate that they choose to hire staff that will steal their customers property. Be careful if you choose to stay here, or don't let room service into your room.
The staff here are very professional and were quick to respond to our needs! Pool area was clean and inviting after a long day! The rooms are very dated bed and linings not very comfortable.. Stay in the front side as a train runs past the back side regularly.

King sized bed with feather pillows, nice furniture, friendly staff, very good continental breakfast. Off season (february) was a good time to get a room practically on a floor by itself so very very quiet. Had a great stay. One small issue with the shower water temperature fluctuating, but otherwise was perfect!

Very clean and well managed hotel with friendly staff. We have not stayed in the Ramada type hotel often. Our most frequently stayed hotels would be the Embassy Suites, Hilton or Hyatt. This was a surprised clean and comfortable hotel. Maybe the Wyndham takeover of the chain really adds value and quality to Ramada. Hope it is the same across the whole chain.

Location and access to freeways Age of the Hotel is truly showing. Overall cleanliness was less than adequate (LTA). Exercise area was LTA, restaurant was LTA, resturaunt staff was LTA, no jacuzzi to relax, front desk staff not at all helpful, room cleanliness was borderline, hallway floors are uneven and barely wide enough to fit two people across, TV remote never worked, faucet handle broke off when I used it the first time.
I liked that the hotel is right off the freeway. Close to lots of shopping, activities, and restaurants. I was there with a family reunion, I thought the hotel could've been more accommodating. We got a lot of complaints about noise, of course we would be noisy, It's A Family Reunion!!!! Putting all the reunion guests in one section of the hotel would've help with the noise control. The hotel staff did allow us to use an empty banquet room one night to gather in which was greatly appreciated.
