Pros: It was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioning unit (fan or something?) was so loud that every time it turn on it sounded like a semi coming through the room. My husband said I was jumping in my sleep all through the night. He was awake also because of the noise.
Pros: Such lovely hosts! They were very accommodating and friendly. The other guests were mostly pipeline workers (men) and were very respectful and friendly.
Pros: Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and stylishly updated. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: Road noise.
Pros: Great staff, nice start on boutique hotel.
Cons: Real coffee, and real milk or half half not powders. Rooms need finishing touches.
Pros: MCM, IKEA, industrial vibe and great mattress. Roomy shower.
Cons: Flipup IKEA shelf in bathroom.
Pros: The updated/new kitchenette and bathroom.
Cons: The water pressure wasn't very great, and the bed was slanted one way.
Cons: The little plastic shelf next to the sink.
Pros: Completely redone... tasteful contemporary look. Very clean liked that they so successfully repurposed a 1950’s motel into a up-to-date, cool property that is well priced.
Cons: Continental breakfast pretty slim pickings.
Pros: Lighting was poor.
Cons: More care taken who freshening our room on 2nd day of our 2 night stay
Cons: What eggs breakfast was a joke. The space of the suite was good but I don't know why skylight would be in the bedroom! Woke up bright and early.
Pros: We rented the suite that sleeps up to 7 people because it had 2 bedrooms. The room far exceeded our expectations with a full kitchen, dining area, jacuzzi tub & livingroom. The room was spacious & quiet, the beds were comfortable, the price was very reasonable, & the staff was very friendly. The hotel is an older hotel but had been updated to look fairly new. They are adding to the facility to include a a screened in area for people to gather. I was told they plan on having a creep breakfast bar in the future. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely try to stay at this hotel. Hopefully next time will be more than one night. This room is a must for any family or several couples planning to stay in the area for a few days. Well worth the price.
Pros: They are in the middle of a remodel of all the rooms and lobby. The outside of the hotel (looks like a motel) looks sketchy but once you walk in the room everything is very clean and brand new. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Staff was excellent!!!! Beds were wonderful ! Bathroom was super clean and bright! This truly is a upscale Super 8 Hotel, with staff that take pride in what they do for there guests. I would stay here again, great location.

Pros: Clean and quiet. The wedding was nextdoor so it was convenient. Close to grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater.

Pros: Pool area was nice.
Cons: Shower sprayed everywhere, bed skirt was stained and had hairs everywhere on it. I felt it wasn't clean. Fridge still had someone's soda in it left over in the room.
Pros: Rooms have been updated. Beds were very comfortable. Great hot breakfast!
Pros: Excellent breakfast, decent overall experience and friendly staff.
Cons: Bathroom with a fan. Said it was a silent fan, but probably no fan.
Pros: Breakfast was great. Large eating area, great food selection!
Cons: Hot tub temperature was not hot enough, while the chlorine content was overpowering. The vapor literally stung the eyes (at the same time it was somewhat reassuring that we wouldn't catch anything).
Pros: The facilities were clean and there were lots of food options st the breakfast. Breakfast staff were always friendly.
Cons: There was only one person checking in at 5:00 pm which made for a slower check-in. UThe fitted sheet was too small for the mattress so it kept coming unwrapped around the mattress which made for an uncomfortable night.
Pros: They did take $60 dollars off and the location was great and breakfast was solid
Cons: They changed our room from a king to two queens because of an overstay so we were bumped. The first room they sent us to was not yet cleaned so they had to move us again. The following day they made the beds but didn't empty the garbage cans or supply the bathroom with new items. We had to empty the gabage cans ourselves.
Pros: Breakfast was great and so were the pool and the hot tub
Pros: Breakfast was okay - Location is good for stuff to do in Grand Rapids
Cons: For the price I paid which was outrageous for this hotel...I tried to use my AAA but because I booked with you guys I could not get that discount either.
Pros: The hotel was clean and I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was really good too.
Cons: The air quality in the room is stale and stuffy. Not good for someone with asthma.
Cons: Our rooms were not cleaned for our 2nd night stay. Beds were unmade, floors not vacuumed, coffee pot not cleaned after being used, but yet they put new towels and shampoo in the bathroom.
Pros: Staff was great, rooms were well cared for and the hotel was quiet.
Pros: Very comfortable

Cons: They did not have my reservation on file and wanted to charge me for a 3 bed instead of the 1 bed that I did book. Terrible experience.
Pros: clean sheets good water pressure
Cons: old time motel small room needs updating
Cons: Room was very small and cramped. Out of Date.
Pros: there was none
Cons: Place was a dump!
Cons: Room was not the cleanest beds had stains on it
Pros: Not a damn thing
Cons: Don’t get me started. I didn’t stay long enough to get photos.
Cons: Everything...I spend 50-60 nights a year on the road for work and this is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. I checked out after only one night because I couldn't bare another night. When they refused to refund my second night I didn't even argue because I was so happy to be out of that place...Hopefully they can use the money they refused to refund me to buy some cleaning supplies!!
Pros: It was a older hotel but it looked good and was clean. We were upgraded to a quite. Two bedrooms worked we'll for us.
Cons: Could have had a 2nd TV in the other bedroom.
Cons: We thought the breakfast across the street was included in our room. We would have gone Somewhere else.
Pros: The privacy of the seperate rooms
Cons: The small shower stall
Pros: Close to food and gas.
Cons: This motel is in poor condition. It was very expensive for what you get. Shower ceiling appeared to have mold. When I booked, I chose because they advertised “pet friendly.” When we arrived, clerk wanted an extra $40 for having pets.....I protested, saying “Why wasn’t this mentioned when I booked the room?” Clerk said it’s stated on their website. She waived the fee because we kept the dogs in their kennels.
Pros: The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable. This is a very nice family hotel or for people traveling together and want privacy 2 rooms. No food is provided, but there are several food place to eat at or take out near the hotel.
