Room,cleaning,at the enterance they have liquid machine ,ı asked to buy from machine but the water is finished.they said we have no water.ı dont want to drink from general water the taste very different and a t the residence no water unbelivable!! And also about the parking area ı need help but they didnt help ı dont know who blondy woman with the glasses at the reception exactly doesnt know english and not friendly.she is so rude and not kind

We where not welcome at all... the problems of the hotels has been transferred to the customer, like no parking space available whiteout reservation, this hotel owns lot of space still no parking? Breakfast no space available for a Sunday breakfast starting at 7h and ends 8h30, called first service... unbelievable!!! Room very cold, heating no reacting to the settings I made! A large bathroom was available but it stank because of the bad airflow and missing ventilation. Personal was trained giving you this question that a customer would felt be cared but no substance behind. In all over really poor quality and this was a four star hotel... this is not believable. We stood only one knight, luckily. By the way the bed was to hard for me and in combination with then not heated room I had a badly back next morning.
