Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Easton Area

We stayed on a Saturday and it was rather busy, but very quiet. I think they could use more parking spaces to accommodate the business. Check in was easy, and rather fast, there were a few in front of me. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The thermostat was on the wall and easy to use. The bed was extremely lush and relaxing. The breakfast was very good, hot and cold foods available, and they had staff consistently restocking and checking on all guests as they ate. The only thing I was disappointed in was the pool. It was smaller than expected and in a good need of a drain and scrub. It had deposits of film and grime all the way around the top. Also the pool/hot tub area was in the front and had very little privacy from incoming guest who passed the window. There needed to be privacy glass on the lower windows. Over all a nice stay, but the taxes on the bill were a killer!

Cleanliness, friendly staff, great breakfast and close to Easton shopping complex. Also liked the way the shower supplies were set up. Very convenient.

The water was only lukewarm not hot enough to take a nice shower.

I really like this hotel. We stay here every time we come to Columbus. It's location is close to Easton where we usually go for dinner and for entertainment. I love the big king size beds.

The location of our room. We were in room 333. It's too close to the road. We could hear road noise throughout the night. Next time, I will request a room on the opposite end of the building.
