It was goog but could be better.
The food was excellent. Everything was very clean.
The room was very hot specially in the afrernoon. I tried to take a nap a few times but it was imposible because the sun was hitting my bed. I went to the front desk to ask about the Air Conditioner and the guy there told me “the hotel does not have air conditioning”. I think they do that to save electricity because there was an air conditioner control on the wall. If they don’t have air conditioning they should say it before people book.
The room was tiny, very poor lighting made the dank and dreary
The bed was soft and comfy
Room lighting was VERY dim. Our room had not been updated and thebath belonged on a train.
The location of this hotel was great. Two blocks from train station and Tivoli Gardens. Yes there was a strip club across the street but neighborhood was fine and safe. Excellent helpful staff and nice breakfast.
Can be a little noisy on the street. Get a room facing back. Expensive, but so is everything in Copenhagen. Paid more for a fancy high-rise hotel 20 minutes away but the location made this one much better.
Not luxurious but more than ok- great location , easy access to sites.
Across the street from a strip club, towels well worn.
The location was fantastic, easy walking to Copenhagen attractions. It was clean, friendly, quiet, and a good value.
Good lokation. Exellent breakfest and evening buffet.
I had requested a room with twin beds when I booked on line, when my niece and I arrived from the UK we were told the rooms only had double beds, my niece was quite dismayed. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a room with a larger bed. I found her very professional and helpful. I also enjoyed the food, the buffet in the evening and also the breakfast. The main complaint was that the fire alarm went off at 6am and we weren't informed in anyway if it was a false alarm or not (as it turned out to be)

Location - 5 mins walk to central train station - 10 mins to Tivoli Gardens
Best value for money hotel. The light menu was also perfect
Very close to the train station and all sorts of attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Martin at the front desk). Excellent value. Evening buffet was a bit light, but I think that's a Danish custom. It was nice to exposed to that. I would gladly return there.
Good location, the hotel extremely comfortable, fresh and modern. Breakfast excellent as was early evening supper. Also appreciated free tea and coffee that was available 24/7.
Although the location was good there is a bit of a seedy area getting from the station to the hotel, just need to be a little cautious when you first arrive until you get your bearings. Saying that we were not hassled in any way.
The free evening snack buffet
Too little room and staff in the restaurant when it got crowded during the breakfast
Good hotel, great staff, good breakfast, non smoking...
free internet free coffee toast & cereal plus light snack in the evening well located. It exceeded reviews that I read. Not fancy, not a 5 star, but clean room and beds comfortable and great value for the money.
