Breakfast and all the meals were excellent, we enjoyed the possibility to have vegetarian choice. Landscape is wonderful, so is the spa, gym,etc. We had very good massages too. May I suggest that more information about the hotel, architect, construction and concept and the surrounding region could be available in the hotel

Facilities, friendliness of the staff. We actually go every year to H2O. There is a sense of familiarity in the hotel. Staff knows you and makes an effort for everyone to feel well. Love the after dinner quizzes , music and kids place. Amazing pool and great food !

Amazing facilities, with a fantastic pool. Nice restaurant with good food.
Booked a room with double bed and balcony. A two bed room with no balcony was given. After an unpleasant argument with front desk staff a swap was made to a double bed room but still no balcony.
