Its a must hotel for families, great to spend a couple of nights and enjoy the pool.

The kids club. They have a staff of two but put the kids to watch a movie for 2 hours. The kids want to play and the staff didnt t just care and even replied on a way that wasn’t appropriate. I belive that the massages and kids club are the improvement opportunities for this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and cosy. Breakfast had many options and quality. The surroundings are amazing. An absolute closeness to nature, although if you want to stay entirely at the hotel, it also has all the necessary comfort.

The temperature of the heated pools should be higher, not very hot comparing to the outside temperature. The room was too hot, and the air-conditioning would give off an unpleasant smell when turned on.

We chose H2otel as the destination to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we could have made! The architecture and the location, in Serra da Estrela, give the hotel a special charm. Aquadome is unique ... There is a wide range of activities and treatments. The staff is very kind and the facilities very comfortable. We totally recommend H2otel!

Everything was perfect!

The staff was always extremely kind, the Aquadome remains gorgeous and well kept. This is the only hotel we've come back to for the 4th time now, first as a couple and now with a year old. The entire lobby is also beautiful.

I still think the restaurant could offer some cheaper options or buffet - the food is extraordinary but I didn't want to spend 20e/person per meal everyday.
