You have been very successful in chosing and training the staff. In my mind it is the most important factor in the hotel business. All of them show a very good balance between being well informed, interested to help, but not imposing their knowledge and "selling" at every moment. The best way to sell is to provide a service that the customer appreciates and want to have more of and that is what Soraia in the Spa managed to do for me and my wife. She should be commended for her professionalism and pleasant appearance.
It would facilitate to have a place where you can hang robes and towels in connection with the saunas. It is now very important to maintain properly all the nice installations. The shower outside the sauna was not working when we were there.
Located in a beautiful natural mountain setting. Very nice modern decoration. Family friendly. The SPA treatments and pools are superb. Recommend the meals. Loved the Junior Suite I stayed in.
The excellent dinner and breakfast buffets for a very reasonable price.
The showers pre-swimming-pool are not post-signed and are not compulsory which is rather shocking.The heated swimming-pool is more for soaking than for swimming - there are hidden walls and tubes a little bit everywhere, again with no signs.There isn't enough light for reading in the room !!
Hardly anything bad to point out. Was all great. Location is beautiful.
Having to wear swim caps in the swimming pool. With about 20 kids in there doing what kids do in pools I think it's a bit ridiculous, specially in the outside pool. If want to enjoy a bit of sun and then take a dive to cool off, it's stupid having to put a swim cap.
