Pros (+) The staff was extremely helpful especially after we returned from the airport unannounced because our flight out of Cusco was cancelled. The breakfasts also were delicious and abundant. Top notch service. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) The noise at night from the barking dogs that could be heard in some of the rooms. The location isn't the greatest if you want to walk downtown. However, the hotel offers terrific and inexpensive transportation to and from downtown. Also they provide free pickup and delivery from and to the airport.
