Room was clean, comfortable and the service was good. It was perhaps a bit far from Jasna Gora.
Clean, modern and comfortable rooms make spending the nights in Ibis, as usual, a pleasant experience. Hotel is not so close to the railway station or to Jasna Gora as it may appear from the map: be prepared for half an hour / one hour walking in alleys that may be run-down. Also, in the event of rain, the alleys form pools of water that can be lethal for your dry clothes, should a car pass by! There's a computer in the lobby for internet access, but you need to pay for it.
Cleaned, staff is very helpful telephone in the room not working, internet wireless too slow and on payment
The hotel was clean and quiet, despite its location in a busy junction of the city. They could not provide an extra bed for the child as requested in our reservation. (The hotel seemed to be very full because of some religious festival that weekend). The receptionist was very nice, however, and brought us extra pillow and blanket at no additional cost. Breakfast was relatively expensive compared to the price of the room and was not included in the original rate. We decided to skip it and leave early.
It's an Ibis Hotel. Has good commodities, cleaned, simple, works and people like. The hotel is completely far, far away from the city center and from Jasna Gora monastery. There's no bus, so if you don't want to walk, you need to take a taxi. One thing that I hated: for 45 min. of internet I paid 5€. A robbery...
Close to the main road, free internet.
Very clean and large room for that price, good location near big shopping malls, territory around to walk a dog. Breakfast is very poor for that price - that was the only thing, which spoiled the total impression. Otherwise, would recommend this hotel to nayone, going to Czestochowa.
The staff was nice and willing to help;in any question asked.Except this I was born nearby on warszawska str. 91. The house was cleared lately;.what a pitty. NO
It's an Ibis: clean and efficient. Expect no luxury, but a decent room and breakfast - which was exactly what was required to spend a night on a long drive. Friendly and efficient.
Clean rooms, clean environment, close to highway, flexible working hours (we did late arrival), reasonable breakfast, well maintained rooms
Excellent service from the moment I sat down in the reception area to do some work. I had a room on teh 6th floor, which was a no smoking floor - however, there was a very strong smell of smoke. Also, there was damp smell in the corridor.
Just across the street from Jasna Gora, the site I was visiting. Helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Location - air con - no traffic noise Nothing
Great location, nice clean room. Rather high price
Room on the road side, are too noisy from 5 am. I couldnt sleep
Convenient price; at walking distance from Jasna Gora the main target of my trip; clean, nice, friendly
Room was very good for money - in good condition and nicely decorated (luckily we got an apartment, which was a bonus). Good view and very close to the monastery and local cafes/restaurants. Receptionist was flustered when we arrived - but was polite. Chambermaid still cleaning our room when we turned up and had to wait 10mins. But only very minor grumbles. Didn't try the restaurant.
Good position, clean room and good breakfast
This was the second time I have been to this hotel and hopefully it will be my last. I arrived after having rang up for early check in to have them tell me i did not have a reservation, I did have they just did not think of the checking if my christian name came first on the list. The room was expensive for what it was and really I am too angry about my stay there to write anymore.
Good food and a relaxed atmosphere
Location of hotel is almost perfect for traveling through Poland - right beside main road, very near to shop. During last 1 year hotel improve quality of wireless internet Staff is only limited english speaking, shower had some technical problems.
nothing The hotel location is bad and hav a vary ugly look , far from the city, The public area and inside the rooms was dirty, the bads were vary uncomfortable. Even so we payd mor then any hotel in our trip in all Poland
The place was wonderful, and the staff was perfect. Nothing at all
The location The fact that we did not have a shower curtain or a glass devider. The tiles were broken under the tub. Wish a double roopm could offer queen size bed.
Not very much. The electrics (sockets were hanging out) There was no shower curtain or extractor in bathroom. Building re[paires were going on & the scaffold was left in place next to my 3rd floor room causing concern for break ins. It was very noisy (from the road) and people in a rear car park (up to 3 am) in the building behind.
The rooms were inexpensive, the staff was helpful (if not warm - though this is a cultural thing not specific to this hotel), and we managed fine with broken Polish and the staff's broken English. The location is OK, though not nearly as close to the Jasna Gora as the Mercure. Beds were quite soft, not firm, but it was still comfortable enough. TV options limited for English-speakers, though BBC was included among the few channels available. Overall, a decent budget hotel.
It was difficult to appreciate something ! Staff not speaking english, photos not like in the web site, the hotel is not absolutely nice
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was good with a lovely bath. I really liked everything except the location for walking to. There were some very busy roads to cross.
Great location. Close to a large department stire..Tesco. Can pick up just about anything you need there. Also close to the church and tourist spots.
Good Price Very Noisy. There was event going on in upper floor until early in the morning. It was not able to sleep at all.
The food was excellent and staff were very friendly including the owner and w returned next day for an excellent lunch. very old fashined hotel in style of Napoleonic period - the owners had spent many years in France.Whilst the en-suite bathroom had been renovated the bedroom and furniture needed bringing up to date.
food and room were very good, staff helpful and the parking lot securise.Good rest to tack back the road.
Frandly staff.Free car parking.Nice hotel garden and room.
Old world charm Romm had smoke smell
beautiful decor and good food. room smelled like cigarettes and no access to elevator
