Food seats were good Flight was delayed for over an hour, missed connecting flight, lot automatically rescheduled us to a new flight which was good but lost approximately 4 hours. Not a good way to start a vacation.
Stuck on a plane for 6 hours due to a technical or mechanical issue.
Boarding was a madhouse. Airport staff was completely disinterested in communicating about the delays. Never again.
The seats are very narrow. Communication regarding bids for better seating could be better

The crew and flight were amazing . However , my bag’s locker got broken and no refund provided . Everything else was amazing except this bad incident that ruined my experience
The seats are small and the movie selection was disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the cabin crew was attentive and kind.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..
The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious

My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙
Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through
Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Franfurt bus brought us to the airplain and we were sitting in the bus for over half an hour! right by the airplain. No explanation. People were very frustrated. We all misse our connections in Gdansk. That extended our travels beyond 24h. Thanks Lufthansa!
They left a little late, contributing to our missed flight.
Great. Only issue…the cabin was kept as warm as a sauna.
United did a good job of communicating before the flight, but a simple notice about the expected time for the completion of repairs to the broken navigation services (which closed the airport for the day) would’ve helped to clarify our expectations. With so many cancelled flights on the 21st of September, a little certainty about our own departure would’ve helped. Because of the disruption, the plane was quite empty, and at 6‘5“ I was able to steal a little extra legroom from the empty adjacent seat. However, I am still waiting for the day when I can sit in a standard economy seat and simply straighten my legs. Cabin crew were amazing. Great attitude, and moments of fun with passengers.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
TV wasn’t working, flight attendants never came when turning on the light, luggage was delayed and when delivered it was broken. No suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip with no response when claimed filed
Pathetic - boarded us on buses for transport to the plane then had us wait for over half an hour before we could board...because they needed time to clean the plane; something they knew before we got on the bus. Further, by the time we could board, there were 3 buses full of people waiting so boarding was a crowded mess.
Flight was cancelled I was rebooked I dont know if I will fly back home onnLH again Its a very sad story!
This experience was a complete disaster. At first the flight was delayed. No reason given why the flight was delayed. Once transported to the plane (by bus) and waiting on the tarmac, the flight was canceled. The next flight was 6 hours later and that flight was also delayed. Horrible experience and lack of communication from the airline.
The plane was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it was delayed and I had to pay for coffee.
Horrible. The plane didn't land on time. Again left delayed 1 hr. Then landed in different city Poznan. No one there was from Luthansa. We were dropped off like animals. No food, no instructions. After 2 hrs we got a bus! 1 bus for all the people from the plane. 4 hrs back to warsaw. Arrived at 11pm at the airport in Warsaw. Again No one from Luthansa. I had to sit spend a night at the airport to get a bus to my final destination in Poland. Shame on Luthansa!!! Will never fly in my life! Paying $1400 for the ticket with 2 delayed flights, nothing offered for inconvenience!!! Bad bad
