Pros. I liked the color scheme. Staff was also polite. They've GOT to have better access to it if they want repeat customers.
Cons. The bed was entirely too hard. I would say firm, but it was just that uncomfortable. Access to the hotel is a disaster.
Pros. We went to Mississippi for a funeral for a very close family member. We drove from Miami, 12 hour trip, and when we got there Logan and Takara were very welcoming. It was popcorn time so my kids (who love popcorn) were able to have a treat. The rooms are spacious. We had the king with the pullout. The next morning we met Megan from housekeeping. Great personality!! We usually do not get housekeeping to visit the room, but she switched towels and got some clean pillowcases. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. One of the women who work the breakfast area made my daughter chocolate milk, because she was asking for some. Dinner time that night we spoke with Logan and found out that Fox's pizza was good and delivered. (Great place btw). There are a myriad of choices surrounding the hotel (Smoothie King, Five Guys, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday, Subway, and many more) Overall visit was great. This was truly our bright spot in a very sad trip.
Cons. The shower in our room was small (usually a little bigger, but could just have been THAT room). The pillows for the pullout had hair on them (Megan apologized profusely and switched them immediately)
