10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the bar upstairs were excellent. Rooms were really cool and located perfectly near the square. Loved staying here.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Fresh, clean with a unique and creative theme
Cons: They did not have a business center to print documents.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The bedding was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The toilet hardly flushed, and for almost $300 per night, I expected a luxury hotel. Wrong! Save your money and stay somewhere else!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Cabin 82 is the perfect spot to start your day and the Coop is the perfect spot for a nightcap overlooking Oxford. The hotel is centrally located to everything and feels more like home than a hotel.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location and the facility is first rate.
Cons: I think the staff could work on being more friendly. We're in the South, after all. With one exception, we were never greeted upon entry. There's really no excuse for that lack of communication.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and great customer service

5.1 Okay
Pros: Newness
Cons: We reserved a room months in advance and found out we were re-booked to a lower quality hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. We found out they were over-booked and sold our room for a higher rate than we paid. That is completely unsat!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms was spacious. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The walls was thin and you could hear everything. The light switch in the rooms where confusing.
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Some of the staff made very rude comments about children and "hating" to clean up the room behind them, as they were disgusting. This was said to another staff members in front of me and my children on the elevator. Check out took almost an hour because I used Kayak. The hotel tried to bill me for 2 nights instead of the house rooms for 1 night I purchased. Staff not very competent as it took the clerk and manager to figure out the problem.

7.7 Good
Pros: Locatiin
Cons: Dated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstanding, so friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only complaint I have is that the breakfast could have been a little better. Maybe a little more variety in the hot items offered.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful and the room was very nice! If housekeeping spent just a little more time cleaning out the shower area, I would have rated it excellent across the board!
Cons: The shower area showed signs of mold in the corners and around the shower handle (You wouldn't see it unless you got into the shower) and there was a lot of mildew in the shower door tracks.

7.7 Good
Pros: I liked the location. The room was clean and beds comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom shower was set up backwards and the water wasn't hot. The room was stuffy and smelly when we walked in. Not horrible smell, just odd. Once we turned air on it was fine.

Pros: the rooms were clean and the area was quiet. I would highly recommend this place to others to stay

3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Location.
Cons: Worst room I have ever had. Rat traps behind the beds. Strange white powder in piles on the footboards. Drainage pipe in sink leaked on our feet. Black mold all along the vents of the air conditioner (about 50% covered). Pillows were slightly larger than 1/2 the size of a standard pillow and were filled with some large chunks of cut up foam. All the metal fixtures had more rust on them than the faux brass finish. I once spent most of a summer traveling on $10 a day in Southeast Asia and I never stayed in a hotel that made me feel as uncomfortable and unhealthy as this Super 8 and since it was a home game weekend that dump cost almost $180 a night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff that takes care of business, and is very personable and helpful.
Cons: Need a little more substantial breakfast.
5.1 Okay
Cons: The housekeeping staff would come prior to check-out time (2 hrs) and knock on the door to wake you up. Then, they would come into the room prior to check-out time when I was nude to make sure I was up. This violates privacy and breaks the customary practice of calling to check if the customer is extending their stay.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Comfortable beds.
Cons: Dirty. Management didn't honor the rate I had paid through hotels.com and charged me double. I am working with hotels.com, who promised to send a check for the difference; but I feel if the manager doesn't want to honor the rates third party sites offer he shouldn't allow booking through their sites.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient walk in from parking lot to room.
Cons: Bed linens were clean but had cigarette burns
