Cons: Some of the staff made very rude comments about children and "hating" to clean up the room behind them, as they were disgusting. This was said to another staff members in front of me and my children on the elevator. Check out took almost an hour because I used Kayak. The hotel tried to bill me for 2 nights instead of the house rooms for 1 night I purchased. Staff not very competent as it took the clerk and manager to figure out the problem.
Pros: The rooms was spacious. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The walls was thin and you could hear everything. The light switch in the rooms where confusing.
Pros: I liked the location. The room was clean and beds comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom shower was set up backwards and the
water wasn't hot. The room was stuffy and smelly when we walked in. Not horrible smell, just odd. Once we turned air on it was fine.
Pros: the rooms were clean and the area was quiet. I would highly recommend this place to others to stay
Pros: Our room was quiet, comfortable and newly redecorated. Good value for the price on a non ballgame summer weekend. Faintly smelled of smoke.
Cons: Creepy lobby and check-in.
Pros: Mattresses were fabulous! Housekeepers nice.
Cons: Did not have a breakfast out on Monday. Ashtray full of cigarette butts right at front door. Smoking desk clerks outside front door. Dirty parking lot and walkways. Toilet seat not suitable for adults.
Cons: Dirty. Management didn't honor the rate I had paid through hotels.com and charged me double. I am working with hotels.com, who promised to send a check for the difference; but I feel if the manager doesn't want to honor the rates third party sites offer he shouldn't allow booking through their sites.
Pros: Great staff that takes care of business, and is very personable and helpful.
Cons: Need a little more substantial breakfast.
Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient walk in from parking lot to room.
Cons: Bed linens were clean but had cigarette burns
Cons: The housekeeping staff would come prior to check-out time (2 hrs) and knock on the door to wake you up. Then, they would come into the room prior to check-out time when I was nude to make sure I was up. This violates privacy and breaks the customary practice of calling to check if the customer is extending their stay.
Cons: Construction on the building
