Pros (+) Clean rooms, excellent location—quieter and quainter than the main drag, with no fewer amenities,very helpful desk staff (seemed to be only husband and wife, both spoke pretty good English). Sprang for the $13 balcony room and was blown away by the view. Fast, dependable WiFi.
