3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nice place. Breakfast was good

Pros: Love the clean, sleek look. Very comfortable bed
Cons: Hallways are a bit dark
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very nice looking and very modern. The staff was very professional.
Cons: I didn't like that on top of paying nearly $200/ night it was an additional $16/day to park on premise. The price to park should be included in the hotel rate rather than being a hidden charge that you find out when you get there. Additionally the rooms were very dark even with all the lights turned on. I would like to see the rooms be a little better lit.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked absolutely everything about my stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotel stays I have had. The staff is lovely (and attractive!) breakfast is excellent, room was huge and even though it’s right in the middle of Worcester couldn’t hear a thing outside
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the suite. It was immaculate, quiet and nicely appointed. The bed was super comfortable. This hotel was out oasis during a busy weekend.
Cons: The remote to the television in the sleep area did not work. Breakfast was cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about the facility and the employees that I met with were exceptional and went above and beyond.
Cons: If I had to say something, it would be that it's in a busy spot, near a highway, and where the train goes by. So, depending where your room is, it could be a bit noisy at night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Place is beautiful and always super clean. The breakfast is delicious. Eggs and waffles are good. The kids love the pool. Walking distance from the DCU center. We have stayed twice now and will be back next year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are very nice, good size, have everything you need. the shower is awesome, beds are super cozy!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Room All Together. The Style Of The Room
1.0 Poor
Pros: Any positive attributes were over taken by the poor experience I had with the front desk.
Cons: I decided to extend my stay by one additional night. When I woke up, I called the front desk to ask if they had availability that evening and inquired about keeping my same room. I was told she could not book my stay in-house (she conveyed her manager doesn’t allow her to book reservations while she’s working the desk anymore, absurd) so I had to book online. I booked an additional night and called back down to the front desk to notify her. She said my reservation hadn’t come through and said to give it 15 minutes. 4 hours later, 5 trips down to the front desk and numerous phone calls later I’m still dealing with booking an additional night. I received every excuse, our computers aren’t loading, something is wrong with our internet, the only email address authorized for our third party vendors to send proof of your booking is to the GM who no longer works here, etc. At no time was the manger on the phone or the woman at the desk accommodating. Its very unlikely ill ever consider one of these hotels again. There’s just too many other options.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and parking
Cons: The elevator was t working and we were on the 4th floor
7.0 Good
Pros: a. basically fine but the parking fee was a bit unexpected and very ridiculous; I would not stay there again; b. I feel marriott should be green; I think the administrators can read all the science papers to see that all the plastic in the room is not warranted; the coffee cups can be real cups; as in..the kind we have at home; c. I did not have a blanket in my room.......extra so when I called the front desk, they said "you have to get it down here" well, I was in my pajamas; I didnt have a bathrobe. I feel that the houekeeping supervisor should spot check some of the rooms to see that the "extra" stuff you put there for making up the hideaway bed is there; there was nothing in the room to make up the hideaway bed d. I thought the tiny bottles would be taken away due to Green and environmental issues; They were still utilized. julie

The Publick House Historic Inn in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, where good food comes out of our Yankee ovens and warm hospitality greets every guest.Ebenezer Crafts opened the Inn in 1771 as a gathering place for citizens of Sturbridge and weary travelers along the Boston Post Road. In 1923, the property was purchased as a boarding house for women and renamed The Elms. During the 1940's, then owner, Richard Paige, leased the property to the US Army as a post for soldiers en route for training. The Publick House, during this time, moved across the common to a large white house. Not one day has been missed in providing good hospitality in over 230 years.Since 1771, Publick House Inn has been the lodging and dining hub for esteemed visitors, from George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and General Lafayette to present day travelers, such as actors Bill Murray, Susan St. James and John Travolta. Today, the old world spirit continues welcoming guests with open hearths and Yankee hospitality. The dining room features an indulging array of duck, lamb, lobster, and other specialty meat and seafood dishes, including a traditional Thanksgiving fare available all year long.

Pros: It was a good area that’s about it
Cons: Was super small no microwave or fridge when we were here for two days. And rude people next door and no one took care of it.

Cons: Location is terrible and room was not very clean. Several bags of trash in the hallway and one of the towels was definitely not clean.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Very inexpensive.
Cons: It was very confusing for me to find, especially at night. The staff was saying there are 10 rooms that need to be repaired when I was checking in. Very unprofessional. The room is very compact. You cannot use the desk since it is packed with appliances.
1.0 Poor
Cons: There were drug bags in the bathroom under the tissue box. the bathtub was dirty (the tub changed color when I turned the water on). The couch\daybed thing had a burns from an iron. The heater\ac was broken. The king room was not a king bed. If I didn't bring my own bedding and cleaning supplies we would not have stayed the night. Breakfast was also questionable as the milk was left out for hours and everything was gross to touch when we went in the kitchen area for breakfast. The ice machine was broken. And there were kids running all over the place (they must live there). When telling the girl at the desk about my stay she reported she found other drug utensils in her room like it was supposed to make me feel better.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing

I wouldn’t let my dog stay here!

Pros: Not a damn thing

Took hours to heat up. Huge stains on the window seat cushion. Shower was stained badly. Tioket paper roll haf ruat throughout. Pillows were these mini half pillows and the conforter was a colored sheet. Breakfast was a few cereals and smal thing of milk. Vending machines empty. Employees fighting in the lobby with each other. The whole place was a nightmare!

7.0 Good
Pros: overall it was clean
Cons: just need my deposit of 25 to go back on my card ASAP its been 4 days
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The double queen suite has two double bed and a small sofa bed. Three of us slept very comfortably. The breakfast buffet was great. During the coronavirus pandemic we simply brought the food back to our room and heated with the microwave to kill the virus. We did wipe everything down with disinfecting wipes which we got from the front desk. The only thing that I will criticize is that the suite is actually a big room without cooking range. If you have to travel during this special time, this could be a solution. This hotel let you cancel without penalty. We booked a Marriott Hotel, Expedia would not allow us to cancel. WE ended up wasting 200 dollars. We usually do not cancel hotels. But we had to because of the uncertainty of logistics to get our college son home within a few days due to college closing for the pandemic situation. Interestingly, Expedia rejected my negative reviews. They would not publish the real reviews. Go figure.
Cons: More detailed info about the room should be provided
5.0 Okay
Cons: The evening desk staff was unkempt, and a bit rude.
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast with several options daily. The breakfast area and seating were always neat and clean. They have coffee available all day as well as hot water and a selection of teas.
Cons: On check in our room key would not function. A trip back to the front desk was required to fix. We stayed for 5 nights. We require clean towels daily. We did not hang any tags on our door yet twice I had to go to the front desk for clean towels as nobody had gone into the room during the day. No trash emptied and obviously no clean towels. For each interaction with the font desk I was given profuse apologies and assurance that the house keeping staff would be notified. On our final night we met another guest who had been at the facility for a week and every other day his room key would not function. We visit the Auburn area at least three times per year and have stayed at this facility at least 5 other times and have never had an experience like this one. Oh, and I almost forgot, the shower water pressure was awful and two mornings there was only tepid hot water. When I called the front desk to inquire about hot water I was told nobody else had called but they'd check with maintenance "when they came in." Also when there was hot water the temperature would randomly change without touching the faucet. During my call to the font desk regarding the water they even mentioned that that was a common ocurrence.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cinnamon buns at breakfast
Cons: charged me an extra $9.83

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked absolutely everything about my stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: The pullout bed area was perfect for my small family. We had space but still able to be together. Kitchen was very convenient as well. Kids loved pool!

Pros: Location was great. Staff was great. Fire place room was soooo cozy. Fitness room was sufficient with cardio machines and free weights. The Restaurant had great food and a super friendly bartender.

Pros: Having a couch in the room was nice to watch tv. Bathroom was a really nice size, and it was a nice quiet room.
Cons: Well the Bathroom had no wash/ face clothes. Had to take a shower with a hand towel. And the waste baskets are really too small. You should have Regular pillows, instead of feather ones for people who have allergies like me. And the food downstairs is priced a bit high.
