Staff were great. Room was in need of updating. Busy with children around the pool. Room needed updating
Beautiful lobby on the 8th floor, friendly and helpful staff. Good location Certain things in the room like the desk chair and the headboard were clearly beat/worn, should have been replaced, not something you'd expect to see in a 4/5 star hotel.
Everything is highly appreciated. From the satff, toom ambiance and entertainment( casino) Lucky day for us!
Brand new hotel
I was able to do early check in and late check out with no hassle. Also, left my baggage for a couple of days with no problem as well. Hotel amenities were great. Great location if your want to be near the airport and MOA.
really nice breakfast small pool than in the picture
Spacious and rooms are nice and clean Staff is terrible, they don't care for your time and are an unfriendly as it gets. Avoid!
The price was not too bad, but can also get similar price of similar hotels nearby with better service. The staff in the Restaurant is not up to the task. They prefer to chat and joke among themselves instead of taking care of the customers. The fare to the airport is a rip-off, as you cannot get a taxi easily (anywhere). Pool and elevator out of service.
For the price and quality it is good value. The service and staff are Ritz Carleton level. Room was a tad on the small side. It is a little bit out of the way which entails high taxi and airport shuttle costs which should be factored in the room cost.
Charming staff and full five star services. Location location location. We ordered and punched in on the internet for an AIRPORT hotel..........This was over 45 minutes drive without traffic far far away. Taxi cost is expensive.......at times. 3 and a half hours is not long enough to get to y
I like their shower room. The water pressure is excellent. The breakfast buffet is good. Staff are friendly. The location is not convenient to the shopping center although it's not that far.
Value is excellent for 5 star hotel internet could be little better
Kayak site displayed error page when booking did not complete. No confirmation or notification. When booking resulted in completion, confirmation page and email notification was received almost instantaneously. Customer found out at the hotel during check-in that there were two/duplicate reservations. Hotel staff insist no-show as reason to charge the other unoccupied room unless getaroom.com validate the reason for duplicate reservations was not customer's fault. Hotel will not refund, getaroom washes hands and point to Kayak. Maybe Kayak will genuinely care for its customer to help resolve issue.
Courteous staff and always willing to lend a hand. Valet parking was available at no extra cost plus it was handed to us clean after a night's rain. Our wifi was down during our stay but since my other family members were staying at a diff room, we did not bother to complaint and instead used their wifi. Fireworks during the nye was scheduled at 12:10 so we waited until 12:30 but there was none. I had a good night sleep as the bed and covers were really soft and comfy. Will stay here again for their relaxing ambience and good service.
The view Shower room gets flooded when you use them. The hotel is not handicap friendly. They only have one elevator for the whole hotel guest and staffs use the same elevator.
Most of the staff were great, many of them remembering our name by the second week which added a personal touch. The location is great, with public transport easily accessible as were nearby restaurant and shops. Room was dirty when we first got there (dust on shelves and floor), had to keep asking for a hand towel almost every day, which was taken away for cleaning despite leaving it on the towel rack. Food a little bit on the expensive side, but plenty of good restaurants close by.
Internet. Close to the airport. poor English communication with staff.
The cafe made some brewed coffee for me shortly before closing which on Manila is hard to come by. Every one uses instnat wioth powdered cream. These guys had real milk in the lobby coffee shop. I had reserved for $32US and had a cooy of my booking sheet with the amount written on it. The insisted on charging me 1,700 pesos which is almost $40.00US even when I showed my reservation printout, The desk clerk eventually called upon the evening manager and after a lenghty discussion/argument we were able to settle on 1400 pesos about $33.USD. The blamed the price difference on currency fluctuations which was totally false. USD to PNP had varried by less than 2% in the previous 2 months.
Close to Manila Airports, service was very good, everything was very clean and tidy. Stayed there twice and on both ocassions had to ring the motel to pick me up from airport even though I had organised this when making my booking.
The staff were friendly The administration didn't seem to know what we had booked. They told us that they upgrade us but we had booked a deluxe double anyway.
Airport pick up, location, helpful staff, and food was good. Shower water was lukewarm at best
Internet. Close to the airport. Poor communication in English.
The hotel is basically ok, and it is obvious there was investment in the facitlities. However, it is far from town and anything going on. No taxis, only tricycles, but s usual the hotel have little or no idea how to run a hotel for foreigners. The service was appauling for this quite highly priced hotel. The restaurant closed early in the evening so we could not eat on arrival, despite reception saying it was open. Breakfast finished earlier than stated, and we had miserable cold plate of dried fish & rice (even though staff members were eating toast and marmalade). The sports room closed at 10 pm, and then demanded id, even though we were gustes in the hotel. To finish off, we were told 2 bottles of free water daily by the staff, but they demanded payment for each day after the first day. The hotel could be nice, but it is badly run and the last thing you think off is to stay there and use the facitlities. Very disapponting
Very near the airport got free breakfast every morning. Had hot water and a tolite seat (not common in the Philippines) Had working AC Remember, this is the Philippines, not the US or Canada, this country is poor relative to the US or Canada and they do nto follow our standards. But I stayed there for maybe 4 nights and was going to go back there to stay, but decided to stay in another part of the Manila Metro. I would stay there again, just have to look over the fact that this is not the US, but then again, I would say this is a 3-4 star hotel for the Philippines, but only a 1-2 star for the US, but again it was less then $30.00 per night, including breakfast. I have stayed in way worse for way more per night.. I will stay here again next time I fly into Manila Well not comparing it to hotels in the USA or Canada I do not have anything really to complain about. the room I was in had a stove top, but it did not work, but that did not matter to me and I never told them. Now if you want to be picky and compare it to hotels in the USA and Canada then there would be some things, none that mattered to me, but some might just have a heart attack over. As with all the different hotels i stayed at in the Philippines, this one does not have made service each day, so you have to clean up after your self or just not make a mess. The room and building has ants in it, but then again everything has ants in it, they are everywhere and in every thing and every building I had ever been in, even in the 10th floor. The halls have no AC, lucky the rooms do since AC is not as popular as it is here with us spoiled Americans, yes I spent a long time whit out it when i was there also... As with almost everywhere in the Philippines I have been, the coffee is boiled (tap water) and instant coffee. But really this is not a bad place to stay near the airport and it is safe (24/7 armed guard at the door) (just like most all business in the Philippines) and you can book online, unlike a lot of the cheaper price hotels in the places I have been. but for less then $30 US per night, why complain at all? It's clean and safe..
