The Staff is the only thing I liked about this Budget Hotel. They were Friendly and eager to Assist you with anything. What I did not like were the following, Small rooms, TV did not work, very basic toiletries provided, not much food to choose from with paid breakfast, neighborhood not the best to walk around, Wifi is better in the Lobby than in your room. There are a lot of things that could be better, When I cancelled a Room Reserved one night, Agent at the counter desk said Hotel cannot refund Money because I needed to present the WRITTEN RECEIPT to which I had misplaced. Really? It's a Digital world now, records are stored in Computer Data Base, the Proof of Payment is on record in your computer. Still the Hotel insisted I needed to give them the Written Receipt. Even if I had given the Written Receipt I was told it would be 2 - 4 weeks before I would get refund on Credit Card. No I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to others.
