Pros (+) Location very good. Food very good. Veiw was good
Cons (-) Showers could be a lot hotter. And somethings seamed more expensive then other. Like the buffet was very expensive and laudray service seemed a bit expensive.
Pros (+) The room was very clean, the bed was perfect, and the wifi was flawless.
Cons (-) The noise from weddings was over the top and intrusive. The restaurants were about double the price of eating off property. The shower was a bit run down and the sink took too long to get hot.
Pros (+) Hotel is I think oldest in Davao... no elevators and most of the AC units in room do not work. They changed our room even then they said hotel infrastructure is old and cannot take the load. We had 5 rooms... all of the AC units in deluxe rooms were horrible and rooms were hot. One of the room was executive suite and AC unit was working good., so book only suites here.
