Lovely hotel, large rooms almost like a suite, nice pool. Was a bit annoyed that the fitness room was out of commission during my visit but after expressing my unhappiness at that, the hotel arranged for a treadmill to be installed in one of the vacant bedrooms for me to use! Great service. Pool nice and good for lap swimming. Price was less than half the nearby Mount Lavinia and to my mind this is just as good.
Slight grumble that the buffet breakfast was purely western style and didn't have any srilankan specialities. There is no bar which would have been nice especially to meet other people, although you can get drinks to your bedroom on room service.

Location was good. Did not have breakfast.
The room smelt of cigarettes. Bathroom was dirty so we changed rooms. the new bathroom was even worse. smelt of mould. Tiles were filthy. Room service was very poor. Room was cleaned only when asked. White towels were smelly and almost grey in colour. bed linen were the same and smelt funny, as if not washed well. Very disappointed. Did not stay for long, changed hotels.

Staff at the reception was unfriendly he informed they have only one room left if you are not like for this room you can go. Room was dirty and smelling Bath room shower cubicle door was broken Phone in the room not working

The food was good :)
On booking.com the hotel sent me a message saying at first we need to check-out by 12.00 after that i got a massage at 7.30 in the morning saying we can check out at 14.00 but we had to give the room before as the front desk called the room by 12.00
