Nice staff, rural, real Thai experience

When I shopped around on the web I was looking for a place close to Donsak Pier and their website made it look as it would be only a block away. Wrong, it's about a 20 minute drive in a car. We wanted to catch the first Ferry to Koh Samui but the owner just refused to call either a van, taxi or Tuk-Tuk to pick us up before 8 AM. Which was another scam as she just waited for one of her employees to show up at 8 and then offered to give us a trip for 500 Baht for the ride. Now, keep in mind that the ride from Surat Thani to this place was about 60km and we were charged only 650 Baht for that trip.
