Cons. I did not realize it was so far from Miami Airport! Waited for shuttle for 55 minutes, and then it took 40 minutes to get to property. Their shuttle did not run early in the morning (5:00am), so they hired a "taxi" for us, which turned out to be a big van - not a taxi. The cost was $40 plus tip to get to airport! Unbelievable. If I had known that, I would have paid more for a nicer property close to airport. Shame on me for not checking the price. A regular taxi would have probably charged $20-25. The hotel really dinged us bad!!!
Pros. The room was large and clean.
Cons. This hotel is 20-25 minutes away from the airport. Their shuttle only runs until 9:30pm. If you're flight comes in after that, you need to find your own way to the hotel. We took a taxi, thinking the hotel was close to the airport, and ended up with a $40 ride (we should have used Uber).
Pros. It's was cheap, nice bed, and kinda close to the airport

Cons. Found roaches in the room, at night, the front desk did not care to assist, move me and my children. Its been 3 days since I've been trying to return the managers phone call, she is never available. Let alone, very frustrating with 90% of staff who does not speak English very well.
Pros. Rooms were nice
Cons. A long way from the airport even though it is called an airport hotel. I waited over an hour for the schuddle at the airport and then it only runs every two hours to the airport from the hotel. I was told the shuddle runs to the airport once an hour which can be a very long time if you call after the shuddle has left the airport for the hotel. I had to leave the hotel an hour early becuase the shuddle only leaves every two hours starting a 4am. Even thoufg the hotel was nice I would not stay there again.

The cleaning staff did not speak any English at all and we're Rude when I told them to wait on cleaning my room apparently they wanted to clean on their own time so they kept knocking my door trying to get me out the room so they can clean even though countless times I told them to hold on , and then because of her lack of English she spoke spanglish and yelled at me , awful when ur there but as long as you leave before they cone around to clean apparently you'll. Be fine
