Pool/Relax Area was wonderful and relaxing exactly what I needed after a sightseeing day in Verona. Stafd especially Maria was friendly and very helpful - thank you so much
A complimentary bottle of water would be nice otherwise it was a vety pleasant stay

clean and spacious room. excellent free shuttle to the airport that I used at 5 am.
No wifi in the rooms due to a technical incident during my stay. A nightmare for any business traveller

We appreciate fantastic free transfer from and to airport. The girl from reception New I had no roaming and imediately answered me through booking. Com assistant on line. The hotel is good located near supermarket, pizeria. I am a Light sleeper, but had no problem with any sounds either from street or from corridors. Had fantastic sleep. Would definitely stay again when arrive to airport Verona.

Breakfast is excellent, cakes are delicious and there are many products milk-free and gluten free. Staff is really nice and helpfull, the rooms are clean and confortable We forgot my son's teddy, they send us promtly an email with the info regarding the carrier for the delivery, 24H later... the teddy was safely home!
