This is not the first time I stayed at that hotel. However, this time the room was not really up to standard. It was very small, the bed was against the wall and one had to climb over the other, the mattress was much too soft and the bed was not even 1,4 m large. When I complained I was informed that the rate was "only" the internet rate and therefore the smallest and least comfortavle rooms were allocated to those guests. I think that the relation price/comfort was nor uo to earlier experiences at that hoterl. If I will stay there again is at the moment questionable.
What I liked best was that the hotel is really quirky, some beautiful art pieces as fixtures !! I believe you can buy the lights!!! The lift is from another time zone! Only goes to 4th floor but does work! Beds are so comfy and spotless, slept soundly despite traffic outside! Lovely fresh assortment for breakfast until..11am !! Sadly no bar on premises only free coffee dock of sorts. 10 minutes walk to a world of shops bars restaurants and much more. a great "adventure in something different". Will do my best to go back :)
At the end of 'hard' day shopping would have liked a drink in the hotel !
Very good location. Near underground and transport streets. In the centre near with restorans and cafe, markets.
Managers of Hotels have nationalism disposition. After they see our passports they mention as like turkish citizens and reject us in staying forward us to their another partner hotel which was located very discomfortable for us. After unpleasant discussion on reception we after sometime manage to stay there. Still we have rooms which are we not booking (small and not comfortable). For 4 nigts for 3 rooms we pay 3998 Euro. Do not recommend this Hotel
i like the location to the metro and to the shopping areas, restaurants nearbys, the breakfast & the coffe, tea & snack bar at the lobby, the free wifi internet.too bad the elevator got out of service & we hv to bring dwn our luggages with difficulty.the toiletries are not good ones, the pillows and beds not comfortable enough .we found out that the 4 days convention room rates were sky high for this budget hotel classification at400 to 500 euro $ isntead of only 60 euro $ for the non peak season..
poor facilities like very samll elevator & out of service we experiences.the bed & pillows are low quality n not comfy..the electric sockets not enough for use.toiletries incomplete n not of good smell, cleaning of room not good enough..
Good location, friendly staff and good breakfast. small but reasonable rooms, good value for money.
Very slow Wifi
Parking space is small
Very friendly staff, allowed late check out and had breakfast available from early until 11 approx
Reception was very friendly
Hotel was very clean and rooms fitted out in a very modern way. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and good quality and very varied selection.
Pillows were a lot to be desired. Very uncomfortable, but when asked staff for additional ones they were supplied promptly
