Great breakfasts in the morning, most staff we ran into was friendly, good location to freeways, cleaning staff was very friendly and came to see us right away in the morning to see what we needed. Lemon water in lobby was always refreshing Pool is not heated so couldn't go swimming Ran into one gentleman who was cleaning who never smiled or said hello. He just always looked mad at you.
Problem at check in, the hotel didn't know I was coming. There was no record of my stay. If the hotel would have been full, I would had a problem. See above

Unfortunately we didn't know that the week we wanted to go to New Orleans was one of the busiest in the year. Many places were booked out. We chose this hotel based on a price, not realising that it is miles out of town and cost us at least $25.00 each way for taxis to get to town. The hotel is a nice place with swimming pool etc and would be great for a family with a car. It puts on a great breakfast each morning. Noisy air conditioner.
Hotel seems to be more on the lines of for business trip only. The room was okay for the money; however, I would not stay again. I was charged twice for my stay, but the staff did help as best they could to correct that wrong. The cleanliness was not all great. The pictures online really don't match what you see on arrival. The carpet should be cleaned or changed and the room smelled sort of old. The location is good. I was able to get to everything within minutes.
The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was very large. The bed was very comfortable. The walls are paper thin. We could hear normal talking in the next room. The TV remote worked very poorly.
Convenient location of the hotel, near the airport (we arrived from a long trip) we have appreciated the quietness of the room. Silence is too often overlooked. Beds were good. Furniture and general ambience of the room not very "fresh" and "gay"
I enjoyed the quietness, spaceousness and cleanliness of our room. It was a real treat for my daughter and myself to have two kingsized beds and two vanity areas. Also we were less than ten minutes to our destination, the Beth Moore Conference.
Everything was actually wonderful. We got in really late and check in was very quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would go back there without thinking twice.
We booked our reservations months in advance and when we got there we were told they were over booked. They made us go to another hotel 45 mins away. I was very upset and not a good way to stay a vacation.

The hotel decor was awesome. You got a luxury feel, for non luxury price!! The hotel was out of King rooms. And since our room was either king or double, we were stuck with a double. My wife and I just pushed the beds together. We made the best out of the situation!!
The maid came barging into the room at 845am and told me where to leave her tip. I will not ever be back.
Location. No sound insulation whatsoever. Noisiest room I have ever stayed in. No amenities, not a bottle of water or a cup of coffee in the lobby at these prices? Ridiculous. We were put in a handicapped accessible room without being told. So we had the tub with hand held shower and a single sink etc. just an overall cheap experience. Not up to Marriott hotel standards.
The facility is fine. Reasonably new and at one time would have been considered upscale. The staff was by far the worst. Dishes remained in the hall from other rooms. They never serviced the room for overnight and when I went to talk to the cleaning staff they did not speak English. People in general were grumpy. It was a weekend and I do not generally travel on weekends. So maybe they just don't like working weekends.
The room was clean and comfortable. We checked in at 4pm and 1 of our room was not ready. The staff informed she can get us another room but it will not have a double bed. We did not want to wait 1-2 hours so we agreed. Not once through that whole conversation did we get an apology for the inconvinience. The staff informed us the room was paid through booking.com and requested a credit card for incidentals. However, the card was charged at the end of the stay and a different staff informed us booking.com did not charged us initially. We had to get the payment switched to the card we initially thought was charged on booking.com Also, we had to get a pass every single day to use the fitness and pool.

Quiet, away from all the craziness of the French Quarter. Rooms were clean and the view of the lake was amazing. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The pool was also very nice as was the restaurant.
Good price and convenient to Metairie and the North Shore...I'd recommend for a business stay. Cool hotel bar. For leisure there are better places, closer to New Orleans. It's the small things that make or break this hotel. The room was nice and comfy enough but our room service breakfast menu had clearly been written in by the previous guest. The carpets in the halls are coming up--we tripped a few times. My 'favorite' part of the stay was when I checked in and the Front Desk Agent asked if we were familiar with the area. When I told her that we were from Metairie and were just 'hanging out' for the weekend she made a face and said, "Hm. Well some of us just aren't able." Not my fault she's bitter about working at a front desk.
The people who work there were so rude to the customers. Cleaning service was so bad. I asked them to clean our room when i was out for touring, but when i came back, they PRETENDED like they cleaned the room but saw dirty stuff everywhere and, very rude to the customers. I would not recommend the hotel for whoever wants to go to New Orleans.
Comfortable bed, clean room, decent concierge lounge, restaurant service was quick and pleasant. Front desk was busy so even though I mobile checked-in, I had to wait . I also asked about UPS shipping and the early morning group couldn't help me. I had to wait for the day time crew. The room seemed worn and like it needs updating. The coffee shop on the main floor (part of the hotel) was out of soy milk all three days I stayed at the hotel. Very disappointing.
Location My room was not clean properly...a pair of dirty women underwear were hanging on my bathroom door. The bed had stains on the sheets and the room smelled. I will not stay at this hotel again!!!

The crown plaza is a nice hotel. Older but nice You cannot go outside without someone on the sidewalk wanting money, cigs, food.....something. I had one person start cursing me because I wouldn't give him anything.
Loved the location for access to some basic stores (CVS, Walgreens), street car, Bourbon street. The AC didn't work in my room. Temperature started it was 75,thermostat was set to 65...but it was warm and muggy .called front desk to get it fixed, but no one came. Other that that, the stay was great.

I like the staff and the location and restaurant. The rooms are a good size with no real frills. I have stayed here 3 times and I think it is a good value for the price you pay. The concierge was not very helpful and in fact he was unhelpful as he gave me bad information about dress code for a restaurant and he really doesn't seem to enjoy his job like he should. It is a busy hotel so it can take a while to get a response from the front desk.

The location is great for events downtown. I like to walk, and the central location is nice. Staff was really friendly. We were there for a show at the Saenger which was just a couple blocks away. I would stay there again I didn't like the parking setup. I don't know where the garage was, and you have to stop right on the very busy Canal street and valet. It was pretty much a zoo in front of the hotel the whole time~ But again, the staff was helpful and friendly
Check in was a breeze, valet and bellboy were SUPER helpful. We even got some great recommendations for that night and for future visits from staff. The lobby was stunning! After check out, we left our baggage with concierge at the front of the lobby to continue our morning exploring without being weighed down. Overall, great visit! Comfortable beds, clean, nice accomodations. We didn't like being surprised by the $50 valet charge at check out!

We were unable to reach our hotel. No one told us when we made our reservations that Mardi Gras parades (at least two) would be passing by our hotel after 4:00 p.m. (which is check in) making it impossible to get to our hotel. We waited in traffic for over 3 hours trying to reach our hotel, then the New Orleans police started diverting all the traffic and set up barriers making it impossible to be anywhere near Canal Street. The front desk at the Marriott told us they couldn't guarantee we could reach the hotel by midnight. We had to drive to Baton Rouge to get a hotel and missed out being with family the next day for our grandchild's 1st birthday.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made us feel special. The rooms were nice and the new beds were the most comfortable I have experience in any hotel. The only complaint is they need to put more outlets in the room. I would stay at the Hotel Marriott again.
Room was nice and comfortable, looked to be recently remodeled. Nothing is included. I had to pay extra to park, extra for the wifi and extra for the breakfast. If I had known this I definitely would have not stayed here. Staff seemed very busy and did not have time to answer any questions that you might have.

The room was giant The place was shabby, even the uniforms were cheap. The hotel bar closed at 12:30, the room service was from like 4-10 and was provided by a third party, in the morning I called for a sprit and it took FOREVER for it come. I paid 450 for that room. I should have been at the Four Seasons level.
- Location, location, location. Traveled with a friend and this was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in NOLA. I'd absolutely bring bikes if you have the means, makes the city a lot more accessible and reduces transportation issues. - Pool - Staff was awesome, very accommodating even at the last minute - it's clear that they all like their jobs - Stored our bikes in the room downstairs so they didn't take up space in the smaller room and the doormen were always available to open it up for us. Before we found this out they kept our car in a gated lot close by to make sure our bikes were safe on the car. - Free drinks at bar are slightly misleading... Not a total scam but just make sure you want well liquor and add up the cost prior to making it a double with "premium" liquor. - Valet can be slow but they did give a heads up that it would take 40 minutes at some times. - Depending on where you are in the hotel you may have a way to walk down the halls to your room but this isn't really a big deal. - Truly not that bad - if I HAD to pick bad things this is what I remember but I would absolutely stay there again.

I can't even put into words just how amazing the staff were. Every single person I met was so friendly and accommodating. Even going as far as making me a make shift shower chair due to my ankle being broken and needing assistance. Every need was met and then some! The ONLY issue we had was the sensitivity of the room keys. We had to have them remagnetized every day sometimes numerous times in a day.

i stayed here with a group of 9 women. This hotel was in the very best location to walk everywhere that we wanted to go in the French Quarter. It was a really great price and i would definitely stay there again, group or individually. Having traveled to NOLA many times and stayed at many similar hotels, this was the easiest, cleanest, and best value by far.

I loved the location of the hotel the staff was courteous and friendly. The in hotel restaurant had good food but was a bit pricey. Our room was clean, I am a picky person so it met my standards. I thought some areas could have had better house keeping. Large dust bunnies were all over the floor near the stairs. The main area that was traveled by the guests were kept cleaner. But most importantly I didn't like that they permitted a drunken homeless person to sleep outside of the hotel doors, not a good first impression for many guests.
My friends and I were very satisfied with our entire stay. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were very comfortable. The coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator are three amenities that I think are often taken for granted! The PB&J bar is not only charming, but a useful and welcome snack when coming in late and not wanting to spend time or money stopping somewhere else for a snack. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views. Though I didn't get to use it, the fitness center on the top floor also looked well equipped and taken care of. The staff was very professional, enthusiastic, and talented. From our hotel, we were able to walk to the French quarter in 10 minutes or less, had instant access to Canal St and the St Charles streetcar, and we were also able to easily walk to the two stadiums. Would definitely look to book here first upon returning to New Orleans. While the free wifi worked fast and was very much appreciated, on mobile devices you needed to continuously log back into it any time you turned your screen off.
Great location. Had a great stay in 2015. No notice upon arrival or in lobby about renovations. Ongoing construction in suite next door until 6:30PM one night, and non- stop another night - we finally requested to change rooms/floor at 9:30 pm because they would not stop. Intermittent hot water. Fresh paint peeling off the door. Shower rod came down. Our room was not cleaned either day until we requested it upon our return to the room late in the day. Construction workers taking bins of rubbish down the guest elevators; hallways never vacuumed from debris at the end of the day. Staff were indifferent about our circumstances and at times denied what was going on. Wrote a letter to the manager and still have not received any response 5 days later. Very disappointing. Recommend not staying here until construction is complete.
Location & staff Housekeeper didn't do a good job 1. She forgot to leave a bath mat in the bathroom for the first day cleaning 2. She didn't take away the used towels and leave enough clean towels in the room for the second day. 3. The minibar was not on and the hotel did not want to turn on,either.

it was a nice place and location the electricity went out, someone was hollering down the hall from us, the toilet would not fill up with water after being flushed I would remove the tank lid to jiggle some parts to make it work we didnt want to call maintenance not to be embarrassed to call maintenance after using the rest room
The front desk staff headed by Shronette Davis is first rate. Their responsiveness to request was quick and the attitude was friendly and nice. We had a problem with our room upon check-in but the staff went out of their way to help remedy the situation. I like the way the shower door opens at the opposite site of the spray head so you don't get the floor wet when getting in The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast room is lovely and the wait staff extremely efficient. The hotel issued a comp night for the first night mix-up but I had to process it through the booking service through Kiyack. But they haven't returned my calls. The rooms are too small, really for two people, not to mention 3 or 4. The bathroom is very small, with really no place to put the toiletries bags. There are no bath mats so you have to stand on a cold tile floor in your bare feet. The room only has one tiny waste basket in the bathroom. Need more. No way to call housekeeping directly

Amazing classic decor. Great location just far enough away from the noise of Bourbon street. Lacking some of the amenities necessary for a longer stay. No mini-fridge, etc. Parking is overpriced.
To be honest I was very disappointed in this stay. I was a returning guest and had high expectations which were not met. However, upon check out I met Peter and he did everything right to rectify the situation. His level of customer service won me as a returning guest.

I had an overall great experience. I was there for two nights beginning Ash Wednesday expecting the place to be trashed after Mardi Gras but it was very clean. The Staff were very friendly and the service was superb. The location was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I go to New Orleans. I did not like the required valet parking, which was $18/day plus taxes. Every time I needed to get something out of my car I had to go through the Valet Service. It was just something I wasn't interested in doing, but the Valet Staff were really sweet though and remembered me by name.

Location is great, only 1 block from bourbon and 3-5 blocks to Jackson square, decatur street, etc. The hotel staff makes you feel secure, safe, and they are very nice. The hotel is clean and big. The value for the cost of the hotel is great! I'm nitpicking, but little things like the sink drain would not drain properly, and the in room TV has a very limited selection of channels to choose from.
I loved how comfy and clean the bed and pillows were. The view from my room was also nice and I really enjoyed the heated pool. My girl and I had a great overnight stay in New Orleans as always thanks to the Wyndam Hotel. Only bad thing was the tv remote was broke and I didn't have a TV guide in my room. & I would of liked a mini fridge for the price too.
2 queen beds provided for 4 people, beds were small but very comfortable. Pool is small but warm, great for kids. No mini-fridge in room. Tea and coffee in room not adequate. Parking is valet only at 38 dollars per day. Park at airport instead for 11 dollars a day. Hotel wants to pay for your tour in exchange for participating in a time-share scam. We declined.
Location was perfect for the parades. Food at the hotel bar Ole Saints was good. Security was really on point. I felt very safe there. We did not have hot water for the 1st 2 days stay. We were double charged on our credit card after we already paid in full. I checked my statement on the plane & I was charged the (same) fees twice + extra fees.
Booked one night and paid in advance, after my stay they charged me over $200 and would not assist in helping me. Just seemed like I was dealing with a bunch of morons. Would choose another hotel with a smarter staff next time.

The location was super convenient for spending time in the French Quarter. Since it's right near Bourbon St, the elevators had keycard access, which made me feel a bit more safe. No issue getting shuttles to and from the hotel from other services. They were able to hold my bag after check out when I had a really late flight home. We found old, empty beer cans and a few other things hidden under our beds. The staff was pretty gruff, even when I popped in to the front desk at 8AM, before all the drunk tourists started causing problems. The A/C was either a freezing blast or a furnace, no in-between.

When we travel to New Orleans, we stay at the Westin. It is a great location. We can walk to whatever we want to do or take the trolley. That we couldn't stay longer this time.

The Westin is located on the riverfront, about a four or five block walk from the heart of the French Quarter. We loved the extra walk back and forth to meet friends given all the food indulges in NOLA. Staff was fabulous.

Wifi should be free for all. Its 2016 after all. Some english speaking house keepers would be nice as to have communcation instead of a yes from the staff when they clearly dont understand. maybe offer engllish classes to staff that wants to learn.
Great stay with a great staff. The hotel is located on the riverside which allows for easy access to the river walk, the auditorium, Harrah's Casino and Drago (which is in the hotel).

The hotel was in a great location and very walkable to various New Orleans attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to change my room to a double queen and check-in early as well as do a late check out until 3 which I appreciated. The room was a nice size for two people. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like. There was hair left over from the previous occupant. The blanket was also dirty when I separated it from the sheet.

Close to casino, Bourbon Street and restaurants. Air conditioner didn't work. We had to call several times for it to get fixed. After it improved it didn't last long. We had to call again. It never was fixed.

Great location. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Fabulous Staff. Try Restaurant R'evolution, it was a fabulous experience. Currently the hotel is renovating. Our room was near the construction area, so it made the visit less than optimal and not our normal Sonesta experience. I look forward to a future visit once the renovations are completed.

Great location! Down in the heart of French Quarter. Kayak didn't inform me we needed to pay for Valet parking, but a great stay.
Have stayed at this location numerous times but have never had such a small cramped room. AC could not keep up wife was hot and uncomfortable both nights. Called maintenance first day of stay and he said it was working ok. Could not enter the hotel without being accosted by losers trying to get you to come into their strip clubs which surround the hotel.
Parking $45 too high. Noise and construction would have pick other hotel if known.

Very poor insulation between rooms. We had to move from our first room, as it sounded like our neighbors were inside our room. In our second room we backed into the elevators and heard that constantly, but it was better than loud voices.
Initially we had a problem with our reservation and had to spend the night at a neighboring hotel. The hotel staff more than accommodated us in the end. We had to call the corporate office to get our situation resolved

They gave us a King rm instead of a double that we booked , we had 3kids with us. No double rms available so they upgraded us to a suite and gave us roll aways for the kids. Room was gorgeous,49th floor with wall of windows (amazing view of city and river) plus gave us a $100 in house credit. Totally made up for their mistake. Hotel and location was great. The hotel is in a great location and the lobby is nice The hotel was overbooked the first night. They told us upon check in that our room would be ready in about 20 mins as it was being cleaned. It wasn't ready until midnight. The room we had reserved was a double room, they ended up giving us a king room that had been smoked in by the prior guests (there were still ashes in the bathtub). We asked if they could send up a cot - which never arrived. Luckily the second night they switched our rooms. Overall we were pretty disappointed.
Overall the hotel is clean and the service is what you would expect. Food offering was very mediocre or non-existent. I have never seen a 50-story hotel that did not have a dinner restaurant. At the end Of the day there is only the food in the bar....no menu except the bar menu which is very limited. The 2d floor dining for lunch and breakfast was only mediocre.
Room was excellent and very comfortable view was spectacular I was ticked right off at the $48 parking charge. I likely won't be back. I would rather this information be included right up front when booking.
The pool was a welcoming retreat after a day of touring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would have liked to be a part of the carousel bar, never any seating available. The view was not to my liking, and the bathrooms were small.
The historic hotel is a perfect image of New Orleans. The staff was so friendly and went out their way just to see if you needed anything at all. It was the perfect first anniversary get away. Very romantic. Awesome convenient location for walking to nearby places as well. Clean. Carousel is really amazing and unique as well! Nice rooftop pool as well. That's a rare thing in New Orleans hotels! Rooms are a little smaller than I imagined but really not an issue. Again, love the texture and old school authentic New Orleans style. Also, the elevators took a minute to get to you sometimes. Not really an issue just the only tiny flaw I noticed.
Great location in heart of French quarter! Friendly staff, super clean and awesome rooftop pool with bar! Hotel restless awesome and we received voucher for complimentary bottle of wine! Sent my clothes out for laundry and was told it would be a one day turn around. After 3 days still no laundry and I had to call twice to finally get it back. Also our last night we needed to actually get some sleep as we had a 630am flight home. Unfortunately the guests next to us were so loud we didn't get more than an hour of sleep. I called front desk twice and finally after security made their second attempt to get these rude guests to quite down the lowered their voices slightly.
The location is right in the heart of the French Quarter just a block off Bourbon Street and on the classier Royal Street. The décor is beautiful. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. The drapes were incredible. The cafe are the hotel was very good for breakfast with beignets as good, if not better than Cafe du Monde without the crowds. The walls were fairly thin so you could hear your neighbors. Also, nearly got high from the marijuana fumes seeing through the air system.
Monteleone is marvelous and I will come again. My only criticisms are 1. It is not fully handicap accessible 2. The bathrooms are nice but small and dated, no walk in showers 3. Bedrooms are small by modern standards (limited to 2 to a room comfortably. Restaurant, entertainment, bars, service par excellence, cleanliness, doormen extraordinarily helpful( (we needed extra assistance and always received what we needed and more)

Location was great, room was nice and hotel was beautiful. They didn't tell us in advance we wouldn't have a window in our room. Also the bathroom was pretty small. There is just not much room to set anything down.
Excellent service. Doormen were friendly and engaging; they greeted my two young children with our every entrance/exit and asked them about the activities in between, made some fun suggestions for meals and places of interest to visit- really added to the experience for each of the kids. Small rooms, but comfortable, good noise control - was not disturbed despite business of lobby and hallways. Beautiful foyer and delicious menu at Criollo, the restaurant downstairs. Will certainly return to this hotel for its service, comfort, attractiveness and convenient location. Spa staff were not at the desk on more than one occasion, were haughty and were generally unfriendly during booking of appointments. Stark contrast to the rest of the hotel. Services provided were acceptable. Would NOT be likely to return to spa based on the unpleasantness of interacting with them.

Overall, the facility was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the pool was beautiful and atmospheric, but the service left too much to be desired. When we called to the front desk for assistance of any kind, we were met with tones of condescension. Almost as if asking for a room service menu, as are room had none, or ordering room service was a bother to them. We waited an hour for a Cobb salad to be delivered, only to find that it was missing bacon, egg, and avocado...practically half the salad! For the price of the salad, I expected so much more. I certainly could have called to notify them of the issue, but after having waited at long we did want to waste more time. Apart from the lack of care for customer satisfaction dealt out by the front desk, we also ran into issues with the bell man. At first, he offered to look out for our scheduled taxi, while we waited inside. But, we soon realized that he wasn't going to follow through on his offer as he was standing inside chatting it up with a co-worker as time came for our taxi to arrive. So, we got up and went to look for it ourselves. This is not to say that all of the customer service personnel were lacking. There were certain individuals who were kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs. But, I would say by and far that customer satisfaction is not apparent by their services rendered. If you're looking to feel like you as a customer and a person matters, then stay far away from Hotel Monteleone. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay, then by all means, book that room! The hotel and staff are beautiful and amazing. But when we got to our room it was fairly warm. We called down to the concierge and asked that someone come look into the issue. We left for the afternoon and when we returned there was a note sarying someone had come to fix the problem. Two additional requests later and it was still around 80 in our room. Staff didn't even call to see if we were satisfied (after 3 requests). Difficult to sleep and not enjoyable. See above.

This was our second stay. The decor, atmosphere and location are awesome. Very thin walls. Expect to hear other guests getting back into their rooms at all times of the night and early morning. You can hear every word they say, every door they open and every step they take.

Staff was very friendly. Booked a Queen Interior room with no windows. At check-in, the clerk took it upon himself to upgrade us to a Premium King room with two large windows overlooking Tchoupitoulas Street on the front of the hotel. The old coffee warehouse provides a great balance of historic charm with very contemporary decor. Location at the warehouse district is great, being very close to Harrah's and easy walking distance to French Market & Bourbon Street. Best value in New Orleans, without the upgrade! As with most of New Orleans, parking is horrible. Expect to pay $30 for 24 hours in the lot across the street if you can't luck up on one of the few free on-street spaces.

Got a hotel 2 blocks down for half price and much nicer for the remainder of our stay. Did not investigate amenities.

Staff was fantastic. Hotel has a great vibe, great art and great vibe. Highly recommend. My only complaint is the condition of the carpet in the hallway on the Lexington side of the hotel. After we turned the corner, we were a little scared as we headed up that our room would be in similar condition. However, room was great.

Bedding is fabulous. Staff is friendly. Rooms are decorated in a very modern and fun way. Good location. Fun bar next door with great burgers. Have not tried the restaurant, but the coffee counter is great. Second stay here and would stay again. Insulation is TERRIBLE! On my first stay I could hear footsteps non-stop so this time I requested a top floor room. Although this alleviated the noise above, this time we could hear every word of the neighbors and people in the hall and unfortunately a baby crying woke us up multiple times one night. Next time I will ask for earphones!
The decor of this place is awesome! It starts with the huge vintage-style lighted sign out front, and everything you see from that point on makes you say, "ooh--look at that!" (in a good way). The gorgeous tile-work on...well, everything, is amazing. And--I wanted to take all of the furniture home with me! The character of this building is something special. You don't complain about the uneven floors because you're staying in an old warehouse! How cool! Exposed brick walls (that aren't fake) are always great--I only wish they had left all of them bare instead of painting some of them. They also had great coffee and blueberry muffins! It was quite warm for this time of year (high 70's in late-November), which of course is nothing new in the south, but the a/c units in the rooms were not so great. Pretty much the same as a window unit-loud, and hard to create an even temp in the room. The ceiling fan was also not great, and that's one thing every bedroom needs in my opinion. The room we had (queen interior deluxe, I think) was pretty small, but we didn't plan to stay inside much anyway. One last thing--watch out for the bed rails! I nailed my shin on the corner of ours three times.

This is my second time staying here and as usual this hotel was very accommodating to my needs. They go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible.... Didn't stay long enough.

Very outdated and worn. I had a two bedroom two bathroom suite and there was no trash cans anywhere! The furniture was broken down. Not someplace that I would recommend or stay at again.

We stayed here for the Rock n Roll Marathon. It was located right near the starting line, which was very convenient. They allowed us to have a late check out time so we did not have I rush after the race. The staff was friendly and the hotel was extremely nice. The room was a little small.

Friendly staff I've paid for an upgrade to a room with a city view. The so called city view was blocked by the adjacent Hyatt House. If you want a city view, move on to the near by Holiday Inn.

Very nice! We came for our anniversary and it was amazing. The staff made our night special. Layout can be a little confusing from the parking garage to the rooms, but once you get use of it it's a little easier.

The room was very comfortable to be in. The bed was comfy and lighting was calming. Very little hallway noise and never heard the neighboring rooms. All the staff I encountered was friendly and courteous. The bathroom was a little dirty, some mold growing in the crevice of the shower door. A soap wrapper was left in the bathroom from the last guest. Nothing too major though. Only other complaint would be how confusing it is to get from the main lobby to the room elevators and the parking garage. The signage isnt all that handy as in some areas the main lobby isn't mentioned at all, either is the parking garage. It's especially frustrating with the arbitrarily named conference halls displayed all over.

Location of hotel on streetcar line, availability of wifi, on-site dining options, interior atrium atmosphere. The front desk was understaffed for a busy Friday check-in time causing huge delays. Staff in gen were not very friendly in the hotel. Bathroom was very small and chrome fixtures were rusting. Not enough washcloths, hand towels in room. Pillows on bed were uncomfortable/too hard.
The customer service at this hotel was great. Whether you are going for business or pleasure this hotel has everything you need. I have have stayed in several hotels in New Orleans and this is by far my favorite,

We are frequent visitors of the Ritz Carltons and this was the worst facility I've ever been to and service was poor. I was paying $600 a night and felt like I was staying at a Sheraton or worst.
Our room 1236 was a great room for us! The facilities were great and the staff was lovely. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the Wednesday jazz players. We would definitely return the next time we are in town!
