There were dog feces on the lawn, no hot water to shower on day 2, when I got to the breakfast hall at 9am the staff had already packed away the food, the receptionist and her boyfriend was loud, the “bacon” was fatty and cold, the mince was cold and this after people praised the breakfast served at this place. I realized that the people who wrote these reviews does not have high standards. I was given a little back room which was not the room I booked on booking.com since i choose the room based on its picture - this is false advertising- the room was dirty with cobwebs in the corner, the floor mat had disgusting stains on it, the lampshades were filthy, the side dressers and table surfaces hadn’t seen a wet cloth in years, the table outside was in a state of collapse and at night they didn't even switch the outside light on for one to see where to walk when coming back from dinner. Check out the photos in this review! I cancelled my third night there - this was just too much to handle and this is not what i expected based on the pictures of the “guest” house. This place will never see me again. I told this to the person working there and she said they will reimburse me - three weeks down the line and I have yet to receive the invoice, bar the re-imbursement. They know that one can only write a review within one month of stay and are purposefully postponing the re-imbursement as the person said that I must please not write the review until I have been reimbursed. Whether I do get reimbursed or not - this place is really bad. the worst I have seen.
