Perfect location, very well appointed. Easy walk to Hampton Court. Spotlessly clean, decor fresh and very well appointed. Excellent location for visiting Hampton Court and surrounding areas. Lovely walks direct from the accommodation and on site parking. Very comfortable, well-equipped. Great to have free off-road parking. Very good communication in advance about how to get there, check-in arrangements, etc, and the team on-site were very attentive. Good attention to detail, eg. flowers and plants around the courtyard added to the experience. Well designed studio apartment with just about everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great quality bed and good sound insulation from the main road outside the mews. Great to have the parking right outside too. Location and cleanliness. The location for Hampton court was excellent. small room, like literally small. No full length mirror. Not all the hob rings worked with the pans available yet no instruction book to explain this which meant I had to leave without breakfast my first morning. Also, privacy is an issue - the window into the apartment was where anyone needing to get to the reception area or the laundry room had to walk past - would be good to have some frosting on the lower window for privacy. Poor sound insulation from bathroom of flat above. And why not provide some salt, pepper and oil to go with the otherwise well-equipped kitchen? Lastly, no phone signal! On my first night - no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom- so no shower to wash my hair etc for meetings next day- and didn’t have time to deal with the property issues- as I had a full schedule. The room was next to reception so you could hear staff in the morning and also made you uncomfortable opening the blinds as staff and other guests could easily see in. Not enough milk and toiletries to last the whole stay. There is. Thing not to love about this property. nothing. Although was very hot inside. Slav gave me a cuppla fans. AC needed in the hot summer. Nothing at all. Had issues with room, could not be resolved during stay. Refund provided ultimately but was not a great experience. Feels like requires more staff to support guests. WiFi was occasionally slow in the main of the day. Anne Boleyn room quite small, tucked in the corner so a little dark and next to reception/laundry/cleaners room. It didn't really bother us too much. The bed could do with been a super king(personal pref.) or at least a king but comfy enough for a couple of nights, maybe due a new mattress soon. Some leaflets of local places to see and visit plus some timetable for trains and other transport. Smoke alarm in the kitchen is very sensitive. Could have had TV in one of the bedrooms. My room was the one closest to a major road (A307) and it was quite noisy (~50db) whenever vehicles passed by even in midnight. This greatly affected our sleeping quality. The guests above our room were noisy and we heard them walking in their flat. The bed was a little bit small. There was no room for baggage to store temporarily on the day of departure.
