Cons: No lounge area for guests Window did not open in bedroom Bath and sink plugs broken Poor early breakfast House smelt of stale cooking which got in your clothes Staff seemed unhappy

Pros: Helpful girl on reception

Cons: Room very small and not clean. Breakfast was cold and no one to refill coffee filter , and likewise when there was no more butter

Pros: nice place to stay easy to get to good to get into Edinburgh we did the 45 min walk but you could easily get a bus. lots of places to eat nearby. and a Tesco so you could get a paper or anything else...

Cons: we were on the bottom floor so you could hear people coming and going
