Pros. I loved my room. I had paid extra for a quiet room on the business floor. My room was very quiet and looked at the building next door. I decided I wanted a view from the front and they kindly moved me to the ground floor. Their windows were double paned and even though there are lots of cars on the road, it was quiet as well as bright and even had a bathtub. Not all the rooms do. I didn't know Scotland used different plugs than Switzerland and Germany and they loaned me an adaptor. They also helped me with great directions and suggestions for things to do. The Urban Angel restaurant nearby is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to with artistically flavored local, organic food.
