Pros. Rooms were lovely and beds very comfy. Bathroom very modern and shower was amazing.
Cons. Requested an iron in the room prior to arrival but it wasn't there. The heating came on at 6am and was very noisy. This woke my partner and I up and we couldn't get back to sleep with the noise. The tea/coffee machine in the room did not work. Left my straighteners behind in the room but when I contacted the hotel to enquire about this they said they checked and they were not there. That is a mystery to me.
