Good value, great location, great staff. Rooms was great, clean and comfortable. Renovated rooms, friendly staffs. Waterfront room was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we needed help with our room and the location is lovely. Beautiful location right on the beach, room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. The best in location and service! The hotel is right on the beach and the sunset room faces the beach. No hot water, no cleaning service. No generator whatsoever in this hotel. The quality of breakfast was poor. Highly priced for the small size of the rooms, always group gatherings in the morning directly in front of our beach balcony. Bad value for money. Balcony lights no switch. Bad value for money. Cleanliness could be better (you are right on the beach though), WiFi was intermittent. The hotel is very pricey for the value you get. The WiFi is not really working for guests. For Employees there is a separate one which seems to work properly. The bed linen, towels and the bathroom was not really clean. Also when we got new towels and bed linen after a few days they were full of stains which is a NoGo for such a "Premium Hotel". The communication with the reception was from time to time difficult because of their english skills. Our room was for this money not equipped really good: no fridge, no hairdryer, no water boiler, no seat possibilities, no lounge egg like the other rooms, ... No working wifi for the most of stay No Electricity every day (1h minimum up to 2h - is for town but still something i never experienced before) Old lcd tv with no hdmi and just phi channels and with bad picture quality so basically useless tv me as foreigner No place to put clothes (u leave it in suitcase) - should be added some closets / cabinets for this purpose They removed table with chairs outside for like 3 days coz some event, so was not possible to seat outside at evenings.
