Pros: Location, my room had a private balcony, very clean and very good service provided by the staff. Of course I will back.
Cons: Maybe the area of the breakfast is very small but is adequate and comfortable.

Pros: Room is well appointed and very comedienne. Staff is friendly and helpful. A beautiful well decorated old hotel with modern conveniences.
Cons: Service in restaurants was a little sporatic. Water pressure in shower a little weak. No check out on TV, and in person checkout was slow.
Pros: Very pleasant and knowledgeable concierge
Cons: We didn't like the room first provided but after complaining received smaller but with much better view. Why not to provide the better room initially?
Pros: Loved the elegance of the hotel, service and roof top dining.
Cons: Nothing, just perfect!

Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the stylish modern lobby to the sleek, well-appointed rooms. We were on our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way to make it special. They upgraded us to a suite with a view of the Acropolis and sent us welcome drinks and snacks. They also recommended a fabulous restaurant (Dionysus) and made us a reservation for a beautiful table. There was a lovely breakfast buffet included in the price of the room and we enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant and having drinks at the intimate on-site bar. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we would absolutely stay there again. We didn't want to leave!

Pros: Service was impeccable, food was delicious, especially upstairs on the rooftop. Killer view. Oh, and the mattress and bedsheets are of high quality - you'll sleep very well.
Cons: The wifi is kinda slow, shower design will leave your floor soaked
Pros: Very nice hotel, great location. The room was quite big and the bed was sooo comfortable. I was impressed by the design.
Cons: They could improve breakfast. It's ok to have the same breakfast everyday but food that should be warm was cold constantly.
Set in the district of Plaka on a quiet side street, this Athens hotel is near the new Acropolis Museum, Zappeion Exhibition Hall, The Roman Agora, and 500 metres from Syntagma Square's metro station to the Athens Airport. The tram to the Athens coastline is nearby.
Pros: The lobby was beautiful with artistic wire statues and a bar/restaurant with trees growing through it. The staff is very professional and tries to be very helpful (though both times I stayed at the hotel there was not a doorman to greet me and carry my luggage up the steps). Gorgeous rooftop bar and a nice jacuzzi area on the floor below it.
Cons: We stayed at the hotel 2 nights--one at the beginning of our trip and one at the end. The first room we had at the beginning of our trip literally reminded me of a hostel I'd once stayed at--the bed was a hard board looking thing with a gross looking red coverlet (not even a comforter). We also did not get one bed but instead, two twins pushed together. When I returned on the last leg of my trip I mentioned this but they only had one room left and put me in an equally bad room (only after accidentally giving me the key to an occupied room). This room at least had better beds and bedding but because it was on the first floor, it had no natural sunlight (blocked by the building) and made me feel as if I was staying in someone's basement. It was also a smaller room than the first and we struggled to find a place out of the way to put both of our suitcases. The air conditioner also leaked water. It's a shame--beautiful hotel but sadly the rooms are not up to par. Perhaps at $200 US dollars/night I didn't spend enough to get a nice room?
Pros: Great value for money, well located close to the Acropolis, nice common areas and pleasant breakfast room. Rooms are well equipped and very clean.
Cons: Bathroom a bit dated, but very clean. No issues. Room had no view, but for the money, more than acceptable.
Pros: The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis Metro. Make sure to ask for an outside facing room as some rooms can be small and cramped.
The downstairs lobby area is very nice with a good atmosphere to sit and talk or to read/write.
Cons: Sometimes the rooms can be cramped and dark. Sometimes cab drivers can't locate it, but just tell them to drop you off by the Acropolis Museum and you can navigate it easily.
Pros: This is the perfect location for exploring Athens. Safe Street, restaurants and shopping nearby, immediately adjacent to the modern and magnificent Acropolis museum. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very quiet and the rooftop view of the Acropolis is spectacular.

Cons: This hotel is located in a very bad part of Athens. When we were checking out and going to a different hotel, Fresh Hotel refused to provide a refund for the day that we did not stay.
Pros: I thought the hotel was great, nice modern interior, fantastic location, 5 minute walk to Monastiraki Square, room was pretty spacious and the rooftop pool was small but still refreshing after a long day of touring. The breakfast was fantastic, a great spread!
Cons: The pool was a bit small and the rooftop bar was pretty overpriced, but otherwise no complaints!
Pros: Rooftop bar/ restaurant with views of the Acropolis.
Room was clean with the 3 beds we requested.
Location was convenient to all tourist destinations.
Cons: Bed was not super comfortable.
Pros: Location and price for the main advantages of this hotel.
Cons: The immediate neighborhood is a little bit seedy, but this did not bother me.
Pros: Roof deck, attentive service, location
Pros: They have a very nice breakfast.
Cons: The difference between a standard room and a luxury standard room is virtually zero. The rooms generally are extremely small. The hotel is situated in a dirty, rough part of the central city with prostitutes and thugs on the street. Management seems to believe that their guests are lucky to stay there.
I gave this hotel a second chance about a week ago. Never again.

Pros: The rooms are big and the location is great next to shopping and restaurants.
Pros: Very nice place located in the heart of the city with a good value. The staff was always there to help and made excellent recommendations for our stay.
Cons: Would've loved to have a single queen bed in stead of two twins but this is not that unusual in Greece.

Pros: Staff went above and beyond to address some help that I needed. It was very much appreciated.
Cons: Location. It is is a pretty rough part of the city.
Pros: Very nice clean hotel with nice modern rooms
Cons: Shower tub was too narrow and hard to stand in to take a shower.
Even though we were on a non-smoking floor we could severely smell smoke from adjoining rooms. We complained about the cigarette smell and was only told "sorry".
Pros: The staff were extremely warm, friendly and helpful. There was an issue when we checked in, finding our reservation, and they did not skip a beat to accommodate us while it was resolved. Breakfast was spectacular, the room and bathroom were exactly what we were looking for after a very busy days. The shuttle service closer to town was a huge help.
Cons: The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the areas we wanted to stay in, but the shuttle resolved most of our concerns.
Pros: Everyone was so nice. The person that assisted us when we checked in went above and beyond. Even though we were checking out at 3 am before breakfast, he told us to call room service and they would have breakfast ready for us when we wanted or they would pack a breakfast to go! Pros: The views from the rooftop bar were gorgeous. Breakfast spread was excellent

Pros: I was on a tour. The first night was on me. very good room and this extended to second night. Off i went on the tour and returned for last night. This room was very small and nothing like the first night. There was painting and construction on floor and we had to pass through this to get to the room. The hotel did call to let me know about the length of work and offered a new room. I was too tired to move. They did send up a lovely tray of fruit and bottle water. I think the size of the room was picked by the tour not the hotel. The staff was great.
Cons: The business center. Not personal at all. I walked in asking about the getting a boarding pass. The lady pointed to the computer. I explained that I was not knowledgeable about computers. I was told to key in my airline and follow instructions. No help. She was not busy. I guest I look like a tourist and not a business person.
Pros: Our family enjoyed the rooftop pool as a wonderful break from sightseeing, and the included breakfast far exceeded expectations !!

Our room on the 3rd floor was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable so I got a very good sleep.
The full breakfast had many choices - breads, cereals, eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt+honey, feta+cucumber+tomato, fruit, etc.
Cons: I wish I could stay longer!
Pros: Excellent location. Steps away from the New Acropolis Museum. Steps away from a pedestrian only street with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and street performances. Very close to the Acropolis and the Metro station. The pedestrian only street allows you to go all the way around the Acropolis and see other antiquities such as the Agora and the Thiseum. Cons: The wifi was a bit spotty at times, especially in the bedroom. But I was on the third floor, so maybe it's better on the lower floors!

Pros: Welcoming and helpful staff and tremendous views
Cons: lighting in room could be better and definitely more mirrors so one can get ready while Roomate is showering
Pros: Loved the room and it's close proximity to walkable parts of Athens. Also has a beautiful view of the temple of Zeus and the acropolis, both within walking distance. Hotel was comfortable and the service was good, though there were some issues with the room service. They were also kind enough to upgrade our room for free!
Cons: The room service had some issues, first with ordering then with delivery. We received the wrong dish, after having to call four times to get them to understand what we wanted. However they were quick to bring the correct one to us at no additional charge.
Pros: It was a great hotel for a one night stay in Athens. The staff was very helpful.
The location of the hotel was perfect very close to Acropolis and main city area. I would stay here again & recommend to friends as well.

Room service is too overpriced, luckily there's a lot of places to eat close by.
Pros: Loved the view of the Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis.
The morning breakfast was terrific and good value.
Cons: The walk was very convenient, but the few shops next door made it look seedy to presence of the hotel.
I thought 25.00 for a Margarita and 16 for a beer was a bit over the top. The prices for bar drinks make a traveler like me go elsewhere for a drinks, when I would really rather stay and drink in the relaxing atmosphere of the pool and hotel.
Pros: They were very nice and gave us a free upgrade. The room was beautiful- much larger than typical
Pros: Front desk and restaurants were accommodating.
Cons: Only Internet issues in room; yet connection was fine on main floor.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Very old room, very bad veiw from my room, room can be seen in 2 stars hoteks
Pros: the staff's demeanor was excellent and personable. The Panoramic suite had an incredible view and the rooftop bar had a staggering view of the Temple of Olympian Zeus. If you can afford a night or two of luxury and five minute walk from the Acropolis...stay here.

The staff was helpful with recommendations for travel within and outside of Athens.
