7.7 Good
Pros: Ocean views
Cons: The hotel made me feel they used every opportunity to add costs to my stay like a $ 48/ day activities fee, $ 15/ day self park fee, etc. Quality of the restaurants was average.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked a couple massage and was the best we ever had
Cons: We have no complaints except we didn’t want to leave
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was Incredible!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Ocean views, the pool bar where you can also watch surfers, and Kuilima Cove (decent snorkeling in a protected cove, umbrella and lounge chairs at the beach for hotel guests on a first come basis)
Cons: Pool was crowded, there was a bit of a wait for check-in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, staff, amenities are just added extras, the view and beach are what people think of when wanting to visit Hawaii. Wish we could have stayed longer!
4.2 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly
Cons: They charged you for EVERYTHING. Beach chairs cost $25 to sit on, self parking cost money, they charged you if you took your pool towel up to your room. It was absurd how overpriced everything was. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable
5.7 Okay
Cons: The room was very dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING!!! This was our first but definitely our last trip to Turtle Bay. Many thanks to Dennis, Monica and Neric for taking such good care of us. I believe Ian is the food and beverage director. He went out of his way to get my family a table for the 4th of July dinner. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Turtle Bay for a wonderful vacation!
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is amazing. The proximity to the ocean is incredible. The pool is great. The beaches are good. The activities are really fun.
Cons: The food is poor and expensive. We are at all dining options except the top end restaurant, Pa’alaki, and they were all lousy. The hotel feels old and needs a little TLC. Our room was a bit sad, old paint, old bed, old side chair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent the first 5 days of our HI vacation at Turtle Bay, and it was amazing. Tons to do, amazing views, friendly staff, and good service overall. It definitely made our first trip to HI memorable!
Cons: Nothing that we can think of!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accessibility of everything. The good and drinks were great. The fitness center was located in a nice spot. All the staff were friendly.
Cons: Lack of things to do on a rainy day.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Overall atmosphere was lacking. Staff was not friendly. Seemsed to be undestaffed

7.1 Good
Pros: The place was relatively secluded and quiet with a family friendly atmosphere and ambiance. Liked the pool which seemed really good for the children. The rooms were like a bungalow which was also a forte and loved the multiple exiting doors. The reception was good but the dining options had too much limitations, the included breakfast was OK though. For family themed visits with plans to spend time at the Polynesian center, this a good choice,
Cons: Looking at the proximity to the beach, thought there would be a private beach, but was really let down when the beach was across the road and the approach through a narrow pass that had to be searched for, the beach was not so good either. The proximity to the Polynesian cultural center would have been the motive for this hotel but we having arrived in the weekend had a hard time finding a dinner on Sunday!! All nearby establishments were closed maybe to the influence of the Mormon presence. So if your like the occasional drinks, this is not the place for you
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location for my task was excellent and right across from the ocean to swim. Also access to the Cultural Center and the restaurants.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was lovely, my whole family would have enjoyed it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice property- clean, looks new. Nice pool area and rooms are spacious.
Cons: The location - apparently it’s in a religious town that does not permit alcohol so there is no bar/alcohol in the hotel or any of the nearby restaurants. Would have been nice to know that before booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We went for our honeymoon and loved the service and friendliness of the stay as well as the beautiful pool. The hotel is next door to the Polynesian cultural center if you want to visit there. It is also walking distance from a few small and cozy beaches. It is about 20 minutes from other more popular beaches on the north shore. It has a small town feel and was very nice and romantic for my wife and I.
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice calm location on Oahu, far from maddening Honolulu more pertinent for a vacation, brand new facilities and very clean
Cons: Across a busy road from the beach so even preteen children cannot cross unsupervised. Beach was mediocre. Some of the personnel weren't quite sure what were they doing there anyway
4.0 Okay
Cons: The webpage neglected to mention the "poolside lounge" didn't serve alcohol. This is a dry community! The hotel was nice, and adjacent to the Polynesian Cultural Center, but far from the nearest bar. Turtle Bay Resort is the closest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service from all the employee's was outstanding...especially the front desk lady names Briar, she went above and beyond. Everything in the hotel was very and new and modern. The beach being just across the street was fantastic as well. We would for sure stay there again.
