We had a gorgeous, gorgeous time here over three nights. We stayed in the Pasha, on the terrace, and every morning opened the shutters directly to the sky and the sea. The ginormous bathtub was a real treat, too. Breakfast served on the terrace was a delight -- we had a hard time tearing ourselves away to go explore the medina. Christine and her team are warm and welcoming, were always on hand to give directions and make restaurant reservations, and I'm sure if we had more demands they would have done their best to help. As it was, we were so blissed out we couldn't ask for more!
The location of the hotel could not be faulted.
I feel the place could do with an upgrade: it is living off its former glory. Breakfast on the terrace was spoilt by flies and wasps. The staff were (politely) in your face about booking restaurants (every time we saw them). The hotel was overpriced for its quality compared to a cheaper better riad we stayed in in Marrakech.
The room had nice decor, and the roof terrace had a good view.
There were extensive building works at the entrance, and audible most of the day. The room was very expensive for what it was. The hotel itself had a sterile feel to it.
Management and Staff were excellent and the views from the roof Terrace amazing.
Building work going on especially when communal staircase used. Rubble etc in the alley way.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was like staying in someones own home.
I am allergic to cats and they are roaming everwhere. Unfortunately, it is not just this hotel. It is the whole country. I should have known that.
Impressive location with extensive views over coast. Hotel was peaceful and attractively decorated and furnished. Staff were discreet and friendly. Special mention for manager Crystelle who was excellent - she was charming and always ready to advise and help.
