10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay here has absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff here went above and beyond. First off, the location is perfect, especially if you are coming or going with a Supratours bus. The breakfast was great and they offered us a tea when we got there and when we were leaving. They had no problem holding our bags for us and even printing out our boarding passes. Currently, we are writing this review from a "resort" in Marrakech, & just wishing we spent another night there instead. Wifi worked great in all parts of the riad, security cameras are outside of the riad in the alleyway and they'll even meet you at the door at night. It is completely safe walking to and from the riad at night. The bed was comfortable as well. We had trouble contacting our next accommodation due to unanswered emails and they even called them for us. This riad is a 10+.
7.0 Good
Pros: Helpful staff and free laundry) also nice breakfast. Good value for its price.
Cons: Location near gulls nests - they are Very noisy all day and all night. And very low height ceilings and doors. Its okay if you are kid, but I always had to walk bended in the room and bathroom to avoid crushing head.

Cons: No problems at all.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Riad is beautiful and stylishly decorated and the hosts are loverly and very accommodating. Breakfast was also great and plenty. I would not hesitate to recommend this property if you want to stay in a gorgeous traditional Riad.
Cons: Next to a Mosque which was noisy because of Ramadan in the early hours. But fine another time of year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the facilities were super clean and well maintained. The owner went way beyond our expectations of hospitality with great recommendations and he even took us to a local hammam by his car. And I can’t forget about the breakfast, one of the best we had in Morocco.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A very nice house, designed by the owner with a refined artistic taste in decoration and details. A great Moroccan experience. The owner manger Nadia was wonderful.
Cons: The room was a bit small but it did not bother us much.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, facilities clean, nice breakfast!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nadia upgraded our room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole riad is beautifully decorated. The breakfast is also great! Nadia also gave clear instruction, direction and recommendation for restaurants. This is the best (no "one of") place we have stayed throughout our 12 days in Morocco.
Cons: Beware if you're taking taxi back, the fee should be a fixed price something like 6.5 before 20:00 and 8 after 20:00. I took a taxi and gave 10 already but the driver asked for 20, saying that he has 5 kids and asked for 10 extra as a gift blah blah blah.

Cons: It took about 15mins each way to and from the centre of town, which was an extra cost, but not a big problem
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is very beautiful with palms, trees, bougainvillea and flowers. There are two heated swimming pools, one adult only. The staff is very friendly. The food in the hotel is delicious and fresh. It is so good that you always want to stay there. Our room was upgraded by the hotel which was a positive surprise. The view from our beautiful room was amazing and you could enjoy the hills with argan trees and a unique sunset.
Cons: All was excellent. My only suggestion is to add a fridge in the room.
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool area was in a lovely garden setting with beautiful flowers and plants. The sounds of the bull frogs st night and the clarity of the night skies were fabulous.
Cons: The property could do with a refurb in places. Our bathroom while clean enough was tired. The room was quite small so as the door opened the bed was right there! Also, there was no chair in the room, although we did have a small balcony with chairs and table.

Pros: baasma welcomed us with a huge smile and hosted us better than we expected or imagined it was my best stay in all Morroco the staff is amazing and the villa is facinating
Cons: not all rooms have a bath tub, we booked the last room so the bathroom did not include a tub
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was very close to the beach and easy to reach it.
Cons: We had to leave before breakfast started and did not make it available for us. They gave us a breakfast to go, but contained food that needed spoons but there were none, and fruit that would be messy to eat on the road. Toiletries in bathroom only the most basic, like soap.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The tradition of morroco Calm place
Cons: No elevator
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Although a good 25 min walk to the Médina, the location was great as it was close to the beach and quiet. Unique experience.
Cons: I guess I was expecting a little more for the premium price paid. I came to realise that expectations when visiting Morocco need to be adjusted a little compared to western countries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is very near the main street and on the promenade from the beach. We were really great welcomed by the hotel staff and get directly a tea and cakes for the welcome. The hotel is very beautiful from the inside and everything is beautiful to look at. In every Etage the floors are in a other way decorated and you can sit there and enjoy the talk and relax there. On the roof is a terrace and from there you have a really beautiful view to the sea and beach. Even when the sun is going down, you can look it from this spot perfectly. Inside and outside from the hotel its very silently and beautiful. The garden itself is nicely decorated and its perfectly to rest there and read a book in silent. The swimming pool is not the biggest, but its enough to cool down and to swim a small distance. The staff on this hotel is very friendly and active with their service. It was the first hotel in Morocco that they this kind of great and friendly staff that i visit, where you dont need to run after everything. We had at our time there many people from the USA and Great Britain there. Even a family with children, but it surprised how well mannered there were and silently at night and daytime. We never get a feeling of uneasiness because of this. We enjoyed the time perfectly and could really rest there very well. In the night, even the main street is very silently and we could fall asleep without any problems. In the morning you have a very tasty breakfast. You dont have there the biggest selection but its highly quality. Quality before quantity. Its a hotel which i will visit in the future very often, when i will go to visit Essaouira. Its the perfect place for people who want to relax and love to have it silently.
Cons: They needed a little bit time to prepare our rooms. We even arrived 1 hour later as the normal Check In time, but they even needed mostly 1 hour until our rooms were completely prepared for us. When we was waiting in the hotel in the main hall we was listen to a beautiful guitar music, from the sound it was perfectly and relaxing, but it would be better to have a big list of playlists that they would play, because sitting there and listen the same guitar again and again is making someone feeling more unwell and stressed , when it comes to a hour or more. The light above the mirror in the bathroom didnt was so suitable for the rest of the decoration of the rooms. It destroyed a little bit the great view, feeling from the beautiful decorations that are in the living / bedroom.
6.3 Good
Pros: The bathroom was spotless, very clean. The breakfast was very good!
Cons: The hotel decoration is tacky. The extra bed was really uncomfortable and there were mosquitos.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: what a lovely place and beautiful interior. Close to the beach, cosy garden, excellent breakfast and my compliments for the staff. Without even having to ask, we were offered the opportunity to change clothes and grab a quick shower even after check out. This hotel is one of the few places left where personnel service is up to high standards. Chapeau!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful team, who gave great advice about placed to eat and who arranged a good value car transfer direct to Marrakech Airport. A relaxed atmosphere despite an exceedingly stylish decor - it's certainly offers an amazing setting for breakfast. Essouira Medina is a 20-25 minute walk or short 10dh taxi ride away. A pleasant beech restaurant and bar within a few minutes walk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor, furniture and appointments were very luxurious. The staff is very friendly. Great location, right across from the "action" end of the beach. The pool is wonderful. If you stay here, you must try out the pink bean bag in the pool - very relaxing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a beautiful place to stay in Essaouria the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - gave us bottle of wine on arrival and upgraded us to a suite because our room was not ready, Could not fault this villa in any way it was extremely clean, very friendly staff and exceptionally good standards. We enjoyed our stay here of 4 nights and wish we had stayed longer.
Cons: Loved the location, the decor was amazing, staff very helpful and friendly, pool area and gardens very relaxing all in all a magnificent place to stay and would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Essaouria.

Pros: A wondeful riad set a 20-minute drive from Sidi Kaouki, Dar Essaada sits within a Argan forest. Essaouira habour is just a 15-minute drive away(€10) Where do I start..... we loved it so much after 1 weeks stay we returned for a few more nights prior to flying home. Françoise & Bruno are the most amazing hosts.. we felt so at home. Faboulous fresh food cooked to order at a time that fits into your schedule by Françoise... fresh vegetables from Brunos garden, a super selection of wine on tap... they both will go out of their way to accommodate any of your needs. Bedrooms are all lovely and unique in their own style. We stayed in room Ait Said, a large ground floor room with huge comfy bed, large bathroom & terrace which was the perfect sun trap. Huge pool, beautiful grounds with the most amazing views. Excursions, visits, quad tours, camel rides and other activities can be organised, with an additional cost through Françoise. We visited an amazing spa called AZur Art & Spa enjoying a traditional hamman & Aroma Tonic massage, a 2 hour quad trip in the dunes and the most amazing camel ride through the desert . All highly recommended. I can't reconmend this riad enough... pure paradise ... perfect place to relax & forget about the stresses of everyday life
Cons: Nothing everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a lovely riad and how lovely are the owners! The French couple Francoise and Bruno will make your stay as comfortable as possible with great service and breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. We absolutely enjoyed the beautifully decorated house and spacious clean rooms, the large swimmingpool and the delicious cooking of the owners. The riad is situated about 15 minutes outside of Essaouira and the location is really nice with a big garden. A taxi will cost 100 dirham per one way to the city but for almost the same price you have a rental car for a whole day.
Cons: The Wifi could be a little better but we didn’t miss it at all because it’s a totally zenn place to be and we can highly recommend this place to everybody!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the riad it self is very nice the hosts were very hospitable. I recommend this riad for all type of travelers.
Cons: The weather was too hot the time I stayed and there was no air conditioner in the room. I suggest to add AC and small refrigerator in the rooms.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely stay, wonderful owners and facilities of the space. You can relax in the beautiful indoor and outdoor terraces, play pool or swim in one and enjoy the piano or watching movies. The staff will jump of their way to accommodate your needs. Place for everyone.
Cons: I loved everything about the place. It does get a bit warm so AC would be a nice improvement.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place to relax, I enjoyed my time there. Will definitely come back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: what a peaceful and stylish mansion with a funny and charming hostess called Francoise, a tortoise in the garden, jugs of orange juice for breakfast and huge tagines and fine wines for dinner. we were looked after very well and unobstrusively, voyaging forth to see argan oil being made and camels on the beach in Sidi Kaouki. Unhurried, luxurious and relaxing Dar Essada has a very cold pool and a very warm welcome.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Francoise was fantastic, going beyond the call of duty, to stay up and give us breakfast when we had to leave for the airport in the middle of the night. She also gave great recommendations for things to do and had excellent contacts for car hire, taxis, quad biking and horse riding. The house is beautiful. Our teenagers enjoyed playing pool.
Cons: Nothing

If you have a car then it is very easy to go to Essaouira, only a 15 minute drive.

Pros: The room and courtyard were beautiful, especially the shower/bathtub. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful especially the bathroom with the sunken bath.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Great staff.
Cons: Was there during ramadan so restaurant facilities weren't fully functioning. Very limited menu. Wanted to order a light dinner in the room and wasn't able to. I was told I had to go to the restaurant to order anything other than a snack, however, when I got to the restaurant, there was pretty much nothing on the menu that I could order so settled for a snack that I could have had in my room. I daresay that outside of ramadan the hotel restaurant has more to offer.

Pros: We LOVED the riad and our experience there. The room was incredibly beautiful, charming, and unique; and overall the riad was a great place to hang around. Special mention goes to one staff member — Gregi (likely we’re misspelling his name). He gave us a passionate introduction to the city that allowed us to discover every corner of it, and he had a contagious joie de vivre. He accommodated all of our requests, and set up an amazing dinner for us in the last second (best food we had in morocco). In short, great hotel and even better staff!

Cons: Flies
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the roof each morning was really nice. Location is brill - in the middle of the Medina.
Cons: There's loads of noise coming from the side street in the night. Sometimes it was ridiculous - groups of youths walking round and shouting at like 3am, which was strange because the hotel is down a dead-end alley :/. We know this is part of being in a Medina, but just be aware that lack of aircon means you'll need the window open, and nobody goes out to ask the people shouting to be quiet.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very accommodating, we needed to stick around after check out time and they were more than willing to let us hang out in the lobby or on the rooftop. They allowed us to have a late breakfast, which was appropriated. The room was beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable. Located right in the medina, everything was in close walking distance. The rooftop was very relaxing.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit musty and had mold in the shower. I know it's common in the area, but it made the bathroom feel grimmy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great location!
Cons: The alleyway, should have kept it cleaner, but I think that's a general problem in the city.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is quite easy to find, the staff is friendly and the rooms are really clean and nicely decorated. It has a shared bathroom on each floor but we didn't mind as it was well located and didn't bother any other tourists. The brakfast was really tasty and nicely served. We were very satisfied with this place. Greetings!
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean, nice rooms
Cons: Was not greeted on arrival by mateo who was fully aware that we had just arrived, however he felt that a white Person behind us in the queue was more important than us. We did however not take it to heart but in the morning we requested a coffee and was told that they would bring it to our room. This simply did not happen and they acted like we were invisible. Overall we were made to feel totally unwelcome. We were again ignored by mateo when checking out. The Moroccan guy working there was polite. Mateo is the owner and host but felt that other people were more first class citizens and we were just second class. It’s a shame because when people are travelling they go to enjoy themselves and not be surrounded by such negative energy. Will not stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really clean and beautifully decorated rooms with nutritious and tasty breakfast for a decent price. Located in the centre of essaouira, just 5 minutes from bus station.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice building, comfortable rooms, excellent location. Good value for money :)
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean and serviced double bedroom. Good size. Clean towels provided. Bedroom had large window for ventilation making it airy and nice to hear the seagulls. Handy little wardrobe and space for bags and things.
Cons: Good location, but the alley ouside the hotel does smell really bad and lots of rubbish. Luckily we stayed in a double bedroom on the 3rd floor. The hotel should remove the door in the hallway to make the shared bathroom feel more accessible to both rooms. Should put shower head up on bracket as it is currently hand held. On the plus side the bathroom was clean and only shared with one other bedroom.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful french bed and romantic room, ideal for couples. We were really satisfied with everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Only there for the night. The city was amazing(dont understand why game of thrones isnt mentioned anywhere) the host was friendly, beds were comfortable. Breakfast incredible. It says somewhere there isnt a sign due to getting permission. There is now. Look out for Bob's music that's your turning. Thanks.
Cons: Little tricky to find if you a dumba$$ like me
6.7 Good
Pros: A little gem. Excellent location, right in the heart of the medina but on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect base for exploring beautiful Essaouira. Rooms are large and comfortable with lovely oriental touches. The landlady is lovely and helpful. No hesitation booking it again when I go back.
Cons: No problems. It is not a luxurious hotel with all the services, but one comes to Essaouira for the city not for all-in-package sea side resort. My bathroom was outside the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: we had an amazing stay in dar latigeo. adeline was extremely friendly and was very helpfull with any questions we had. the rooms are nice and the (shared) bathroom is very clean. beisdes that, essaouira is a lovely city and dar latigeo is right in the middle of it.
7.0 Good
Pros: The french lady whom i can´t remember the name is such a good hostess!! Really cool ambient , even that by the door you can´t have the real idea of the neat ambient you are gonna find inside. Usual in marroquian lodgements.Really worthless!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful bedroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, friendly welcome to a fine, small, boutique hotel by new owner Adeline - nothing was too much trouble. Hotel very central, so better than two other hotels I have stayed in in Essaouira before and extremely good value indeed. Copious, varied breakfast - open to suggestions/ requests. Own keys so free to come and go. Could not fault the hotel or any aspect of its running at all and I shall certainly come agazin whenever I come here again, and, as it is a favopurite spot, that may be in a couple of months. Highly recommended. Thanks to Booking.com for finding it for me.
Cons: Everything was absolutely fine. No possible reason to dislike anything, let alone complain.
8.0 Excellent

Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous, quiet, airy, the breakfast delicious and we really were made to feel welcome. They made our stay special.
Cons: They could have given us a key for the outside door so that they didn't have to open it for us each time we returned to the hotel.

Pros: Great hospitality, lovely and peaceful domain. Latifa and Thierry went out of their way to make it a memorable stay! Moon (their dog) was awesome too!
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Amazing place, the house is new and wonderful, the swimming pool is great and there are also a lot of games for the guests, animals closed to the tourists (hens and a donkey and tartues), that is very nice. The annoying experience is that the donkey literally bother the tourists but even worst eats the seats around the garden... ir's a relly pity to see all that wonderful stuff getting ruined.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this property was excellent. We loved every minute of our stay. It was the quiet get away we needed for a few days rest.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we didn’t stay long enough.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at Parfums d'Etoiles was fantastic. The riad is beautiful--a great combo of traditional and modern design--and the rooms were very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and offer a great place to relax after the crush of the medina. Best of all, we received a gracious welcome from Latifa and Theirry, who greeted us with a delicious, multi-course meal that brought guests together in a convivial, relaxing atmosphere. We loved it so much we added another night!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved location, accomodation, our hosts Latifa and Thierry, their friendly staff, puppy Moon, small donkey Clyde, rooster Balthazar .... . Great food, very relaxing couple of days
Cons: That were unable to extend our stay due to travel arrangements.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best place we stayed at during our time in Morocco. The house is even more stunning in person and a quick ride from the city. It was a great escape to relax and the hosts were warm and friendly. Definitely recommend the stay!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place, very relaxing atmosphere and great host. I would go back in the summer when the weather is warmer and I could use the pool.
Cons: The pool isn't heated, though there is mention of it. We found the food lovely, though a bit overpriced for the standard prices in Essaouira.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is a little paradise in Morroco. The hosts were lovely and so welcoming. We were sad that we had to leave!

Pros: Loved the food, swimming pool, the rooms and specially the hosts, Thierry, Latifa ans Moon

Pros: The staff was very nice and gave us a lot of tips! The breakfast was very good and the position was really peaceful. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous.
Cons: The room was a bit small, which isn’t really the issue. The room had a strong smell of moisture. I understand this is not unusual given the old structure and the proximity to the ocean but given the small size of the room it really made it unpleasant. Maybe a dehumidifier or a treatment to the walls could solve the issue.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This a very pleasant Riad - the highlights are very friendly staff (the owner and all his staff are always helpful and speak English great) and an awesome roof with sunbeds, awesome place to chill. The owner has welcomed us after our arrival, gave us a map of Essaouira and showed all the points of interest. The place is easy to find, Essaouira's old town is overall not too big so it is easy to navigate there. Rooms are traditionally equipped and everything is super-clean. For example my mother had at her disposal a beautiful bathroom with an awesome big bath from 16. century - I have never seen anything like that before, it was great! The breakfast was also very tasty. There was a kettle in the room and tea+coffee - nice details, this was appreciated. I definitely recommend staying in Essaouira as such, it is very pleasant and much more chill than Marrakech, and also has better prices.
Cons: The Riad has basically no soundproofing, but this was the case in all the Riads where we have stayed in Morocco. I guess that is normal as the buildings are old. In the building it is also cold, this was the case in Riad Gloria as well. The only thing we really minded was that the window insulation was not good and there was a strong draft through it at night. Essaouira is a windy place and as a result of this, my husband got sick (as he slept next to the window) and later I got sick as well. This of course somewhat spoiled the end of our holiday. I would recommend fixing the insulation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was patientlly waiting for us until late hours to greet uswhich I really appreciate. The room looked clean and even had a hairdryer which is good for this cold city. The breakfast was amazing with pancakes and spreadings that are usual for brakfast, anything you ask for they will help you with. The location is inside the city walls and around 5mins from the big public parking lot which you pay 20dirhams for a night.
Cons: I didn't like the humidity in the room that I felt, but I can't for sure blame the riad for this, it might be that the whole city is humid because of the weather in Essaouira.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Most polite owner that I've ever met.
Cons: Just a little bit noisy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room, adored our big tiled bathtub. Nice cool building. Had a nice hamam booked for us.
Cons: Would have preferred a double bed. But maybe this was my booking mistake.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The riad is very beautiful and it really offers you a wonderful experience, especially considering the price. It is very clean, the rooms are nice and bathrooms just lovely. They serve a delicious breakfast and the staff is amazing. They will provide you will any information you might need and help you out with your questions. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and a perfect spot to chill after a day exploring the town.
Cons: Everything was great!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly manager, clean room. In the room was teepot and coffee, tee and sugar, so it was very nice that we can make some coffee when we wish. Very good location
Cons: It was a high humidity in room (like in all ESSAOUIRA), and breakfast was the same all free mornings
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Luigi was so lovely
Cons: Location was a bit hard to find
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Riad Gloria is a 10 out of 10 for me. The property owners are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to assist you and point out all the best places to visit and see in Essaouira. The room was lovely and so was the bathroom, the rooftop terrace was nice in the evening to catch a few sun rays. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Pros: From the moment we arrived the experience was off to a great start. The staff were superb. We adored Wilfred, he was so friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful at all points throughout our stay. Breakfast was also super, setting us up for the day.
Cons: There is nothing I could include here.

Pros: Great location! It was so easy to find & centered in the heart of old Medina. Tons of shops & restaurants nearby. VERY helpful & accommodating staff members. Great attitude! Check in was accompanied with biscuits & tea too. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated & the balcony was great. Spacious bathroom. Enjoyable breakfast. Efficient service. I have nothing to complain about this riad! Will stay here again during my next visit for sure.
Cons: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

Cons: 3rd floor without elevator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, beautiful, kind staffs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Soo clean, all new, superbe place, breath taking, lovely staff and well place inside the medina
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The road is perfectly located in the middle of the medina, yet off the main road so it is relatively quiet in the evening. We had already booked a hammam elsewhere, however the riad also offers spa treatments at fair prices. The rooms and common spaces are tastefully decorated with charming lounge areas and two cute kittens running around the lobby. We would definitely stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The riad was beyond beautiful, the staff super welcoming, friendly and accommodating and the location was great. We loved our stay.
Cons: The temperature was pretty cold in the riad but the staff tried hard to keep us comfortable
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The attention to detail os great. The owners put a lot of thought into this place. Its very clean and nicely designed. The staff were super nice. We prolonged our stay one night and that was no problem at all. I would definitely stay there again. The location is good and the price is definitely fair. The bathrooms are really pretty.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike really. The only thing i would mention - and that goes for all hotels and riads in Morocco- that the towels are sometimes stained from sunoil and the beach. But thats really a minor thing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The design of the Riad is outstanding, the rooms are designed in modernized way with peaceful colors big closets, the location is perfect , the service is personalized, big thank you to Aziz always smiling, and the food is so delicious.
Cons: The only down side is that you don't have a parking, and the room is little bit small, no fridge, no iron.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The design of the Riad is very nice and unique. Good location inside the Médina. Just have to park your car outside and inform the hotel and they will send someone to pick you up.
Cons: Nothing.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Sun lounger
Cons: The hotel is very basic and felt ‘soul-less’. Rooms are old and in need of renovation. Disappointed I chose this hotel
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property was the nicest in the area. The staff were so helpful and the service was great especially at the front desk from Kanima and Nezha. The private beach was beautiful and also had great staff.
7.5 Good
Pros: The place was very safe, conveniently located adjacent to the beach and the medina. Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained
Cons: Check in was terribly slow. Front desk staff not the most friendly. Breakfast buffet could be amazing, however the staff at breakfast is extremely inefficient and ensuring the items are properly maintained, or even serving customers (we had no coffee cups, napkins or silverware for about 20 min, even if we asked multiple times). The staff around the pool area is also very inefficient and the pool is typically left without pool towels for hours. On 2 occasions we asked for pool towels and never got them. Rooms are well serviced, however we had an instance where the maid just simply barged in the room without knocking, and it happened to be a time we were changing into dinner and were not yet appropriately dressed. Overall for the supposed level of this property we were disappointed with the service we got.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff were slow in restaurants - otherwise efficient and pleasant.
7.5 Good
Pros: The property is definitely passable - but tired. If you are willing to have an OK resort for a discount price - this is for you. The staff is as helpful as can be, and this counts for sure. Also, location cannot be better.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect staff , very helpful
Cons: Nothing , the pool was a bit cold due to weather and the access to the heated pool is very limited
7.0 Good
Pros: Thé size of the room Thé big terrasse Very close to the center Bed are very confortable Breakfast was good and was served close to the swimming pool
Cons: The heated swimming pool Hotel is a little bit old No real place to have a proper drink
7.0 Good
Pros: The personnel is very friendly and they welcome you with a big smile. The pool area is nice although they put a lot of chemicals in the water. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is really elaborate.
Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated as many other guests already mentioned. Prices of the restaurant are high. As well charging 30 dirham for Nescafé instant coffee and tea is just too much in the room is not very 5 star hotelish. Coffee and tea should be included in the room. In the end it’s a nice hotel for a few days but it doesn’t have the quality of a 5 star hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. Probably the best in Essaouira! The staff tried to meet us with roses on the bed. Also the private beach is great!
Cons: The fact that is not renovated (the furniture is old) but most important is that it was not so clean. Also the breakfast was poor and did not worth 15 euro\person.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Air conditioning in the room did not work, nor did the computer at check out. Also we were never greeted in the restaurant
