Pros (+) Nice inexpensive hotel for a weekend trip to Eugene to watch the football game. Nothing fancy about the place, but it was clean, quiet, and well maintained.
Cons (-) Parking lot is on the small side.
Pros (+) Had room with single king that was clean and spacious. Woman that checked us in very pleasant and helpful with directions. I would stay here again.
Cons (-) next to noisy street but does quiet down late evening. Bed was a bit hard for my taste.
