Breakfast was lovely
Very good breakfast, well cooked and presented. Location is really good - just a short (10 minute) walk into the city centre. A walk along the river is less than five minutes away and can take you to the historic Quay area.
Only parking for four vehicles at the property - however a public/paying car park is five minutes walk away.
Good food - home made hash browns! Big room.
Car park was very tight
The staff were helpful to us throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good and efficiently served. Parking is excellent and its location, on a busy road, makes for easy onward travel. Our room was comfortable but certainly not ostentatious! The property was clean.
The property coud do with a coat of paint and some attention given to the carpets. Our room, which was at the front of the property, would benefit from the addition of ‘blackout curtains’ or a suitable roller blind as there is a street light opposite, which shone all night and so the room never really became dark.
It was clean and tidy and staff was very helpful
The bathroom door stuck abit
