The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and very clean. Parking was extra at £10 for 24hrs, which on the face of it may seem a bit rich, but this hotel is in the city centre where parking is at a premium. That there is parking at all is a bonus and £10 per day was cheaper than the local car parks. But it is a first come first served basis.
So a few very minor points here. No long life soya milk available in the rooms for tea and coffee. This should be available on request for those with an intolerance. Paying £5 extra day to use a gym when it should be included.
Receptionist rude Bed not clean confiette still in it Mouldy bath No tea in room
Bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were still crumbs on the bedside table from a previous guest. Some of the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Breakfast is poor for the price.
Very central & friendly staff.
Great location and decent hotel
