Pros (+) Jenn at the front desk was VERY friendly and accommodating. She even called once I was in my room to make sure that everything was in order.
Cons (-) I arrived with my service dog and was told by the manager that I was required to stay in one of the pet rooms, which had hardwood floors instead of carpet. I kindly explained that I was afraid my golden retriever would have trouble with traction getting on and off the bed (because of his fuzzy paws) and didn’t want him to hurt himself.
