Pros:Jenn at the front desk was VERY friendly and accommodating. She even called once I was in my room to make sure that everything was in order.
Cons:I arrived with my service dog and was told by the manager that I was required to stay in one of the pet rooms, which had hardwood floors instead of carpet. I kindly explained that I was afraid my golden retriever would have trouble with traction getting on and off the bed (because of his fuzzy paws) and didn’t want him to hurt himself. I was told that because of potential dog allergies other guests may have and law suits that could occur, that we were not allowed in a non pet room. I again tried to explain that he’s not considered a pet but is a service animal and therefore does not have the same restrictions as someone traveling with a pet. The receptionist was great and called to confirm with the manager, whom said a pet room was my only option. Jenn was very kind and offered blankets for the floor (which helped tremendously), to alleviate my concerns but I would advise that the management of this facility become more well versed on the ADA rules.
Pros:Clean affordable free breakfast all things I like!
Cons:Walked in the office the woman at the desk looked annoyed from the start. I asked for a late checkout. Right off she said no. I explained that I have two young children and a 7 mo pregnant gf. She said no it to much a hassle for maid service to skip the room and come back. Asked to ask them she said she would call the room in 5. Of course no. I don't think she even asked!!!
