6.0 Good
Pros: Front desk staff were very friendly
Cons: There was only one elevator, & it was extremely slow. The air conditioning in the room was awful. It never cooled the room enough before it would automatically shut off. Not enough room to eat for breakfast on busy weekends. One of the maids stole my tablet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, which was much appreciated.
6.5 Good
Pros: The location was centeral to what we needed and we did not have to go into the casinos. The breakfast was ok but much like any other hotel we have stayed at.
Cons: The staff was not at the desk all the time and several times we wanted to ask a question or buy some snacks and no one was there nor could we get anyone to come out to help. The bathroom baseboards were real dirty, in fact they grossed me out. The bed was hard but the pillows were good. The TV was confusing as well. Could not find the shows I wanted because of switching from analog to digital. We left a day early and could not get them to credit us any money back on a prepaid room.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: friendly staff.
Cons: No bell carts available.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very Clean
Cons: Coffee was lukewarm

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Staff was not friendly. No hot water and over priced for what you get.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom wasn't very clean. They forgot to clean the toilet seat, so there was a few spotty surprises on the top seat waiting for ya. I was really impressed with how easy it was to book a room through Kayak and walk right in to the hotel. It was very quick and easy.

Staff was very nice and did what I asked them to. The place it's self was all new and very big. Good for family's ( no tub ) and I would stay there for business if I had any there. Over all for the price that I had paid it was well worth it
Cons: No tub No eating establishment open while I was there Pillows are hard Internet was slow- the whole town has service problems though

Pros: The staff was nice and check in was very quick. Parking is easy.
Cons: There weren’t any toiletries in the room. Couldn’t wash hands or shower. There was fecal matter on one of the towels and black marks on another towel. We found one towel that looked clean but felt everything was so unsanitary that we were very uncomfortable.

Cons: Not getting a refund when the hotel normally gives refunds!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The price was great. The room was really clean and good looking. It is right by the casino, even though I didn't play it was nice.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Cons: If you stay here and need internet access, ask for a room on the south side of the building - for some reason the WiFi is better. We had to ask them to change our room. Also, the pillows are rock hard. We encountered the same hard pillows in both rooms so it seems to be hotel wide issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean with helpful staff!
7.0 Good
Pros: hotel separate from the casino (unlike Virgin check-in across the street with casino literally next to check in desk). rooms/atmosphere nice, clean, comfortable with some style
Cons: worst part was the bed. Way too soft, kept sinking in, no support, hard to sleep.. shower spray.. back in the navy?!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful both times that I have stayed at the hotel.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great. Location was good and easy to find right off Interstate 15.
Cons: The beds were not that comfortable and "Lumpy". Had two bulbs that were burned out in the room's light fixtures that housekeeping should have replaced.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The employees were all very nice. The cafe has great food. There is an ice cream shop. Good location
Cons: "Resort Fees" Shower head is too short. I am only 5'6" and had to stoop over to wash and rinse my hair. Can not imagine what somebody taller would do, also the shampoo and conditioner provided were awful.
7.0 Good
Pros: Casino and restaurants in the same building. Right off the interstate. Free wifi
Cons: Public smoking in the casino. They put us in the farthest room so had to walk forever to get to the elevator.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: We liked our room. It had everything we needed and it was clean enough to fool us for the majority of our stay, and we operate a motel in another city. The staff was awesome and very helpful.
Cons: The only thing I would like for our next stay would be to have under the beds a little cleaner. My daughter dropped something under the bed and it was obvious that they hadn't vacuumed under there in a while, but hey, out of sight out of mind.
7.1 Good
Cons: Very smokey. Need new smoke eaters.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, pet friendly
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The Beds were comfortable ,food was good.Great value
Cons: Nothing
4.2 Okay
Pros: The fact that I was able to get a pet friendly room at short notice on a weekend.
Cons: The room was filthy. There was still dirty towels on the door in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed were clean, but the comforters on the bed were dirty and so was the blanket. The lamp shade above the table was covered in some kind of brown substance. Beds are worn out and need replaced. You are able to hear every noise outside the room, and I am a heavy sleeper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room met our qualifications; comfortable bed, quiet, and at a reasonable price. We will stay here again next time we travel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The overall experience was GREAT!!
Cons: That we couldn't stay longer
7.7 Good
Cons: T v too small ,no shampoo etc no extras coffee pot. ELVATOR BROKEN
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and very spacious. Air conditioning worked awesome. The pools are nice and there's several places to eat open all night.
Cons: Staff was ok, not super friendly but they were efficient.
6.2 Good
Pros: Price, staff friendliness
Cons: Rooms were tired and worn.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The price can't be beat. We had a small dog and were put in a pet friendly room. The room had a hard surface floor, not a carpet. This was a great idea. The room didn't have a pet odor. The location rt off the freeway on I-15 is a plus for travelers using it for a long distance drive.
Cons: Not being a cigarette smoker, checking in in the casino which smells like a over used ash tray was tough. The restaurant was closed for remodeling so we could only eat at the buffet. Having been in the restaurant business for a long time, I realized that 99% of the food was just heated up and served. The prime rib was good except they only had med and med well pieces.
6.8 Good
Pros: I love the price , also love that the rooms are accessed from outside right by the parking lots and there is 24 hour security.
Cons: I booked and paid for 3 rooms for my whole family who was traveling with me . Everything under my name but when I went to check in late at night when everyone was tired the staff had to have each adult from the other rooms come in and sign and show ID even though I was paying . They said it was because I booked thru kayak. On my return trip I just called the hotel directly and booked 3 rooms and didn't have the same problem ..

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Because this was my first time in a Casino, I found it to be very pleasant and comfortable. I especially liked the cost of our meal (don't remember the name of the place inside the Casino). It was not the Buffet. My husband and I do NOT gamble therefore, it was nice to just walk around the Casino. We were on our way to LA, therefore, it was a 5+ hour from Salt Lake City to get to your facility and we found it to be very nice, clean and affordable.
Cons: The ice machine on our floor was inoperable. This is the only compliant I have because my husband and I are in our 80's and having to walk more than we needed to, was not a pleasant thing to do, therefore, we just went without ice. I think you should have more than ONE location for each floor (seeing as the floors contain many, many, many, many rooms.
