Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of things for young children to do. Water parks seemed clean- no floating band aids or litter.

Our room was located right next to the elevators and we could here every time someone got on or off the elevator- not good when you have two young children. We requested a crib and were told there would be one in the room but there was not. Also, why do you have employees keeping the doors open to the water parks? It is warm inside the water parks but very cool in the hallways. This causes the warm air to rush out and cool air to come in and hit you, especially if you are playing on the edges of the water park. As we have two young children, we were always at the edge, otherwise it would be to deep for them. The cool air rushing in and hitting their wet skin made them quite cold and we were not able to spend as much time in the water parks as we would have liked to.

Honestly worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My bed was broken, the toilet was clogged when we arrived, the water to shower was freezing, and the area the hotel is placed did not make me feel comfortable at all. I would not recommend this hotel because it looks nothing like the pictures. Also the staff told us when we arrived that you may have to turn on the refrigerator, it almost felt like they did not know we were coming at all.

Most comfortable beds ever. Good bar area. Best place with the limited invatory in the area.

The front desk staff were all great and extremely helpful. When our planned über car was delayed they arranged a free hotel shuttle to and from our event. It worked out wonderfully.

Great breakfast buffet/friendly staff

I asked a night front desk employee where the nearest pharmacy and/or grocery store might be and she said she didn't know. Seemed a little odd that she didn't know.

My needs were simple - a cheap room with good AC in a location that didn't feel like someone might break in and rob me. All these were met. I brought some food so didn't check out the free breakfast, but everything about the stay was fine for me.

Internet was a little slow but I survived

Beds are absolutely positively horrible. They are supposedly adjustable but it's the cheapest version of adjustability available. It really sucks because the hotel is really nice in every other aspect but when you can't sleep comfortably it kills all the other good feelings you have about the place. I think you should invest in a better adjustable bed or go to a regular mattress because what you have now is just horrible. I stayed for an overnight getaway with my wife for our anniversary and it makes it horrible when the most important thing is extremely uncomfortable.

The friendliness of ALL the staff. Everyone greeted us from the lowest worker to the highest. That was most notable. clean and well maintained hotel. Meals from the dining room was excellent, beautiful decor.l

It was cheap.

There were holes in the bathroom wall, the ceiling in above the shower was collapsing, and the whole place was moldy.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, especially helpful on the phone prior to my visit.

Bathroom and shower was not clean at all, funky smell in room.

Absolutely nothing!

This was the worst experience ever! The first room that they put us in, the bathroom was very dirty and there were needles with use toilet paper above the sink.

They fought with me on getting a new room so I asked them to come clean it and I asked them for fresh bedding. They'd rather find us a room than change the bedding. The new room was disgusting the bed had food all under it, and all under the dresser, there was a cockroach dead behind the nightstand the back of the toilet was not on, there was soap scum all over the shower none of us would use it. the toilet was so gross my kids didn't want to use it.

Didn't get much sleep due to loud music from a car in the parking lot.
