Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.

Good 7.7
Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Good location very friendly owner great breakfast.
Cons: Shared bathroom, however not a problem
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Perfect locale in Winthrop - the airport was more scenic than intrusive, and the waterfront was just as close and lovely as we had hoped. We lounged on the front porch for a while, soaking in the view and the sea air. Comfortable bed, nice (shared) bathroom, and quiet - only when I went into the hallway did I hear my neighbors snoring.
Cons: Breakfast was nice (fresh muffins), but eggs and meat (bacon, sausage, etc) would have been better. Limited indoor common-room seating - I'm glad the place was nearly empty while we were there, we would have had to fight for a chair.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was in Boston for a downtown conference and conference hotels are sterile and it's hard to find anything resembling quiet and calm. Harrington House is a 25 minute drive from down town, a short drive (and $5 parking) to the T - which is 10 minutes to downtown and 20 to the Hines Convention Center. The room was perfect, the shared bathroom immaculate and the continental breakfast great - do have the home made granola (if you tolerate gluten and nuts) with the yogurt and fresh fruit. There are gluten free cereals and fruits - as well as homemade muffins and cookies, as well. It was simply icing on a fabulous cake that the owners were welcoming, engaging, and a joy to talk with... though it may have helped that when I was very young I live in the Cambridge neighborhood Joey - a professional comedian - grew up in and, in my teens, lived in the NJ town next to the one where Maggie's lived, we even graduated from neighboring high schools in the same year.

Good 7.1
Cons: The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
Cons: I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No heat
Excellent 9.0
Pros: View and free shuttle to downtown
Excellent 10.0
Pros: "Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Excellent 8.8
Cons: I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Newly renovated ... fantastic bathroom and shower
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Cons: Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
Cons: We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.

Pros: Close to the Garden and the North End. New, clean, and everyone was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped, not crowded on a Sunday morning..
Cons: We were on the Zakim bridge side and could hear traffic below, but it wasn't too bad. We were on the 9th floor, and it might be louder on lower floors. Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast was OK, not great.

Cons: Not having free parking

Excellent 9.7
Pros: The food at the bar was outstanding
Cons: Only one place to get food. Fortunately, it was very good.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Facilities, staff
Cons: location not the greatest
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel was clean, modern and appeared to be very new. They had a lobby bar, on-site parking, and the rooms were very nice. My room had a very comfortable king size bed, desk, kitchenette with full size refrigerator. I had an early morning flight and travel from hotel to my gate was less than 25 minutes, including rental car return and airport security. They offer a shuttle service as well. It was perfect for me as a business traveler.
Cons: The street noise very loud. The hotel is on a corner and trucks were going by all night long. I didn't get the best night's sleep.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: It was easy to drive to Boston attractions. Very inexpensive to Uber to Boston attractions. Beautiful rooms. Saved hundreds of dollars staying here for three days and still enjoyed all of Boston attractions
Okay 5.7
Pros: I liked the room and all the included amenities in there.
Cons: Breakfast was not good at all. Cold eggs and potatoes. Eggs were watery and bagels were tiny. Bar is in an odd location and too many bright lights. Needs casual lighting not the bright spotlights that it has.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I loved it, it was convenient to the T and airport especially given the free shuttle, the room was fantastic, very clean, very modern, nice decor. Excellent quality bed, complimentary breakfast, lots of amenities, and a solid, helpful staff.
Cons: Not much... If I had to knit pick, the location, while convenient to the airport and a nice T stop is essentially in an industrial area which looks a bit run down, but that is a fairly minor concern.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver personally guided me back to the highway. All the staff were very helpful. The suite was beautiful and very clean.
Cons: Our room was overlooking a busy street corner so next time I will ask for a room in the back or away from the street.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The iron holder in the closet was broken. Everything else was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service was efficient and friendly. The facility and rooms were very clean, great breakfast. The maid made the extra effort to run down to the lobby to catch me and return my cell phone power cord that I had left in the room. Totally unexpected, above and beyond the call of duty and totally appreciated.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was new and clean, the buffet breakfast was good, and the airport/airport train station shuttle was excellent for accessing transportation. However, what made the difference was the incredibly helpful and upbeat staff. From the front desk, to the shuttle driver, to the bartender, to the cleaning staff, everyone we interacted with was helpful and had a great attitude. One staff member said it was a great company that treated employees well. Good for them - and it clearly pays off in customer service.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport. Right across the street from the pre-flight off site parking lot
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I never write reviews for hotels. Ever. But our experience at the TownePlace Suites was so good, I really wanted to share. First of all, the place appears to be brand spanking new, and everything is immaculate, modern, and comfortable. We had a kitchen with sink and full-size fridge, and the bathroom did away with a tub (which -- let's face it -- who actually takes a bath at a hotel) and instead has a beautiful big shower with a cool sliding glass door. Maybe best of all, the Internet access is blazing fast, which NEVER happens at a hotel. Nerd info: 48Mbps both up and down with 3ms ping. Amazing!
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom is very bright. Would be nice if it was a bit dimmer so you don't feel like you're under a spotlight.

Good 7.7
Pros: Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Good 6.2
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Cons: Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location.
Cons: No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The room and service were good in general.
Cons: No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
Cons: The price
Excellent 8.8
Pros: location close to airport and good view of harbor. Staff.
Cons: Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Good 7.4
Pros: Outstanding views of Boston.
Cons: Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great views of city and harbor. At the airport.
Cons: Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: clean hotel
Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.

Excellent 8.5
Pros: Room was very nice, beautiful artwork and room decour. Shower was absolutely great and loved the view of Boston from the front of the building
Cons: Small, no mini fridge for food inside room and constant noise of planes taking off (not bad but if you're a light sleeper it would be an easy problem)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very updated and romantic.( We stayes in 214) The balcony was one of the waterfront rooms and was such a gorgeous view. My boyfriend and I are both military and travel a lot and we agreed this place had the cleanest bathrooms we have ever seen. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and it was a very stay. Overall this is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in.
Cons: The bed was unbalanced but we fixed it by putting a pillow under the side closest to the door.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Cost for the room
Cons: Elevator
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful and the view was gorgeous.
Cons: The room was smaller than expected but I still thought it was a good value.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was friendly; the beds were very comfortable; being right on the harbor was nice; the Inn is close to Boston, but quieter, and it was pretty fast and easy to get into the city by car; the room was clean and the kitchen was fine for basic cooking, had we wanted to do that. We really only wanted a "home base" while in the area for college visits, we didn't plan on staying too much in/around our hotel and exploring from there. I would stay here again, but I would like to try the main building next time (I assume the room views are better there), we were in the Annex building, next to the office. I would also work out the best way to get to the T next time, I prefer that to driving when possible. There is a small neighborhood park/playground across the street, which is good for families with small children (and it seems like there are pickup basketball games there often).
Cons: The room felt a bit cramped; the TV was on the wall above one of the beds, so we had to watch it from the table and chairs or sitting on the foot of the bed; the thermostat for our room was in the office; and the neighborhood doesn't have much in the way of restaurants.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The inn was very clean. The bathrooms were nice. The innkeeper was very friendly. The common kitchen is very useful to have. I made coffee in the morning and if we'd stayed longer we would have utilized it more
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the airport Easy to find Nice layout of the room Attached kitchen Expected nice view but too foggy to tell
Cons: Tight parking lot Small, awkward bathroom layout Key return reportedly in multiple places but could only find one Stairs, no elevator
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful view
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was nice and cozy. The view was great. I loved watching the planes taking off and landing at the airport from my room. Id stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We booked late same day and were delighted with cleanliness and amenities, friendliness of staff despite late night check-in.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great value, huge clean and comfy rooms.
Cons: Honestly no complaints, totally loved it.

Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The hotel is located in my hometown of East Boston.. It's beautiful with a great staff and perfectly located for all my Boston needs.. if they can keep their rates affordable, I will make this place my home when I visit a few times a year.
Cons: N/A
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Room wa freezing when we arrived; turned up heat but wasn't getting warm so had to jack it up to 73 degrees before it started to feel warm. Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power button on for it to work. Ran out of time and wound up going downstairs to buy coffee instead. Toilet paper wasn't folded into points in the bathroom so concerned that the cleaning was either overlooked or not done thoroughly. Also, have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have some sort of breakfast available. Very disappointing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!
Cons: Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.

Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy access to airport and metro. About a 5 minute walk to metro thru a sports complex park. Downtown Boston 2 stops away. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of items.
Cons: Can't find anything to say.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Cons: Price was high
Okay 5.7
Pros: location convenient shuttle to/from airport
Cons: roach on bathroom wall
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nearly everything; Especially the breakfast!
Cons: There was one shuttle driver who got into a shouting/honking match with a person directlng traffic at the airport. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. But that was just one driver. Others were fine.
Good 7.7
Pros: Nice suite rooms. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with omelets made to order. Their free shuttles are a great advantage also.
Cons: The location is literally across the street from the airport, but far from everything else. There is a close subway station and downtown is only a few stops away. The workout, pool/hot tub facilities are clean but outdated. They look like something you would find at a cheap gym. Also, i HATE that hotels still charge for WIFI, especially crappy WIFI. Are you joking? This place as two internet options, $14.99/day for slow and $9.99/day for really slow. It really is a joke.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: this hotel is somewhat close to the airport...
Cons: I found the hotel a bit dated and not in line with other Embassy Suites hotels we have stayed at
Good 6.2
Cons: I checked in at 2am and the fire alarm went off on my floor at 5 and lasted until about 6am and I had to leave at 8am. Not much sleep but did move my room after I requested it and discounted my 2nd night
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy King suite, great breakfast including the made-to-order omelets! The staff was very helpful. When my son knocked over his root beer and my beer, they replaced both free of charge. The chicken finger basket appetizer had a great pile of chicken - more than the two of us could eat, and our salads were big and delicious.
Cons: Bathroom light didn't light the shower area well. The dining area was a bit drafty. The chill could not have been too much air conditioning since it was December.
Good 7.7
Pros: Very close to T
Cons: Little decorations. Construction in dining area
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Embassy Suites at Logan was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendlyg and accomodating. Breakfast was very good and the airport shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. We arrived late after a long flight from Europe and the front desk was able to accomodate my request to switch from a king room to one with two beds which better suited our family. I would stay here again and thought it was an excellent value.
Okay 4.2
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: One shuttle? Really? As expensive as this hotel is and with its position at Logan it should have two shuttles running simultaneously. Beware if you are a business traveler and have an early flight: it could be faster to walk to Terminal A. And don't ask the snarky guy at the front desk where the shuttle is. He'll just shrug his shoulders and offer to call you a cab. Waited 30 mins yesterday and without Sky Priority and PreCheck I would have missed my flight.
Good 7.4
Pros: Like the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle
Cons: It's a bit overpriced, but hotels in Boston seem to be in general. Also it's not very convenient to the city center. About a 20 minute cab ride.

Pros: Lovely room, with a decent view if one leaned over just a bit. Very clean; the place felt brand-new. Enormous television, if that's your thing, and the beach is just a short walk away. The drive to Logan was approximately 15 minutes.
Cons: Not a lot happening in downtown Winthrop. Great hotel if you just need a place close to the airport. Perhaps a quirk of my room, but the large, half-round window didn't have any kind of shade or covering. Never bothered me, but the neighbors just a few feet away (admittedly below me) might've been surprised they could see me any time they liked.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I enjoyed the spacious room with 2 large TVs, a full kitchen, and clean bathroom. The kitchen downstairs had drinks available 24 hours a day.
Cons: Parking was difficult.

Okay 5.7
Pros: Food and bartender in Publik's was good.
Cons: The TV channels offered should be embarrassing to the Hilton chain. Basic channels and for the ALCS, you do not even carry baseball channels. I stayed here specifically to watch the series and to find that "no, we don't have that, just a few channels" was just aggravating. The front desk also told me you also have no movies in the room, "we have HBO but we can't tell you what is on it" and to have absolutely NO TV program guide, either in the room or at the desk is indefensible. I have had better at Red Roof Inn and Super 8's on the road. I urge others to find another hotel, despite the convenience...which is suspect as well. The shuttle took almost 30 minutes to get to the airport folks, due to traffic.
Okay 5.4
Pros: I liked the bed. over priced for the room i recieved but i wqs flad to have somewhere to lay my head
Cons: the bathroom
Good 6.2
Pros: Locatin.
Cons: They had difficulty finding my reservation. I waited for almost an hour for them to figure it out. No offer of assistance with luggage. No ice or tea supplies in room. Bathroom corners dirty. Some furnishings a bit shabby. Some wallpaper peeling. Needs renovating for charging such a high price.
Good 7.7
Pros: The only hotel that is truly connected to (physically within) Logan Airport. The ability to walk from the hotel directly into Terminal A, which is primarily for Delta (or E, which is for international flights) is exceptional. Less than 10 minutes without having to go outside. Easy access via Uber to excellent local restaurants. Hotel shuttle to the T’s Blue Line for easy subway access into Boston downtown.
Cons: The hotel rooms are getting a bit tired. Attention to detail could be better. We were on Floor 6. Ice machine did not work on Floors 6 or 5. Not inexpensive, but then again that can be said for Boston hotels generally.
Good 7.7
Pros: Accesible from airport terminal and shuttle facilities
Cons: No closet in my bedroom
Good 6.5
Pros: Beds are comfortable. There is a chaise lounge that our 4yo likes to sleep on. They provide a crib.
Cons: The room was dirty. Visible stains on upholstery and carpet. It gets worse every time. Last time there was hair in the shower and on the toilet. Still, the convenience keeps us coming back.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Airport location
Cons: Food prices. Internal restraunts are very proud of their menus.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The people of the Logan Airport Hilton were excellent! The valets were very helpful as were The front desk people. Very clean room which is key!
Cons: Bed wasn’t comfortable and the room service meal was not worth the spend.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great front desk help, convenient right to the airport and great restaurant
Cons: Shower drain was awfully slow it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time
Excellent 9.4
Pros: convenience, access to terminals, nice and very comfortable room
Cons: expensive
Okay 4.2
Cons: Restaurant and café staff Very long wait for check in at 7 pm
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Only had decaf coffee pacs in the room. Bummer.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room reservation was awesome to be able to specify floor/view.
Cons: No breakfast included
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The comfort correspondence to a price. Advantage was a shuttle and free WiFi. Easy communications with staff.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: convenient to airport restaurant was good /open reasonable hours shuttle to airport was invaluable / individual who drove was efficient and helpful
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Close to the airport for an early flight. Convenient parking.
Cons: No problems
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although it would be convenient if the hotel provided more towels, soaps and shampoos. The staff was nice. We only stayed two nights. The hotel is a bit far from the city but near the airport. You need to take a taxi to move around. I recommend Ubers because yellow taxis are more expensive. Way too expensive for what the hotel is, but it was a last resort booking. This is a low four star hotel.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great friendly staff. For example, they actually gave us milk for our child when our child was crying (most hotels make a fuss about this.) They even had a microwave to heat the milk, which many five star hotels lack!
Good 6.8
Pros: Good location, shuttle from airport, good rooms, good restaurant
Cons: The wireless was SO bad it was completely unusable. Got NO work done. For a hotel that caters to the business traveler, that's a show-stopper.
Good 6.2
Pros: Staff were great, although seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes. shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean. well appointed laundry room. Nice lobby.
Cons: The restaurant is way overpriced and service was soooo slow. Rooms ac system was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Option for coffee outside the morning time did not exist.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: I had and emergency and couldn’t go and they charged me they shouldn’t have charge me I didn’t use it
