Friendly staff, great and inexpensive breakfast, and the beds and linen were very comfortable.
They didn't have a shuttle
EVERYTHING was wonderful except for the breakfast...
The breakfast offered at this hotel was NOT cheap ... It would have been $9.95 + tax if we would have chosen to eat there. We did not, and went into the shops in downtown Fort Collins for breakfast every day.
The beds are terrible. Sleep number system does not work. Beds need to be replaced.
No extra pillows available. Rude staff. Rock hard mattress. Faulty microwave. No one would answer when trying to confirm late arrival; I let it ring for 10 minutes. Over priced buffet with no protien.
The room was not clean
entrance was very inviting
for the price there could have been a continental type breakfast
Very clean, friendly staff, walking distance to restaurants and quite
The bed was rock hard. There are kids running up and down the hall almost all night long.
Every interaction with the staff was outstanding and professional. Coffee, tea, and lite snack in the lobby was also a nice touch. 2 of party also really enjoyed the hot tub and pool.
The phones in the room did not connect to the front desk or any of the hotels service lines. Then was charged for a local call when we tried to call the front desk. Sarah at the front desk removed the charge as other guest had the same experience.
Price was great. Nice room
Continental breakfast was not free
Wonderful public areas to sit around, including the outdoor firepit. Loved the free beverage and cookies.
Did not like being near the pool, too noisy especially at night.
We were given a suite with two rooms (one bedroom, one living area). The room was very clean, and the staff helpful. The location is near the freeway, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance.
The visit to this hotel was overall lovely. Clean rooms, clean lobby, clean pool and spa area, even clean elevators. Lovely decor in rooms and throughout the building. Quiet setting. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Within 15 minutes of check- in we had a replacement microwave, another luggage rack and instructions on using the heat. Each day our room was cleaned and freshened up nicely. The Wi- fi was great! The HD TV was nice too. The smoking gazebo was a positive feature as it rained almost every day we were there. The location was close to I 25, shopping and some good places to eat. And, it didn't flood there. Would give 4 stars but the food from room service and the breakfast was not good. Poor in taste, cold in temperature and simply unappealing. How nice it would be to bring the kitchen at the Hilton up to the standards of the rest of the business. The plus is that there are tons of great places to eat in Fort Collins. Would return for a stay and eat elsewhere.
It was a very nice room and the rate was very good.
No continental breakfast
The fine touches in the room (e.g., in the bathroom, cubbyholes in which to put toiletries) and the decor were nice.
Room service took 45 minutes to deliver dinner for two people; far too long.
They provided free coffee & cookies in the evenings. The spa & pool were nice.
The room was dusty, the linen was stained & found spiders in the room. My husband forgot shaving cream; the packet the hotel provided was old & dried out already.
The room was very clean and a good size. There were lots of amenities in the room itself.
The first person we encountered working the front desk was polite but not really friendly. Later I had to ask her where the pool was even though we were obviously looking for it.
Pool and exercise room
Beds were to hard and the pillows were to soft
The beds were terrible. more comfortable on the floor.
Clean, and lots of ammenities.
The reservation done through Priceline, said a free full buffet breakfast was included. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that was incorrect and needed to pay $8 apiece for breakfast. Very misleading.
We traveled from Danville, Kentucky to tour Colorado and Wyoming and this was our first stop. It was our only night to sleep late the next morning, as we would drive 1672 miles in 8 days on our trip. We were assigned Room 110. Very nice room, but our plan to sleep until 10 am was shortened by what sounded like a train at 6:10 am. Room 110 was adjacent to their exercise room, and worse, all the equipment - bicycles, etc.- was lined up on the wall that backed up to our wall with our headboard. Several enthusiastic excercisers up and at it early. No way to recover sleep. Nice hotel, but that one experience put a cloud on our stay. Did not know of their satisfaction policy, and left without saying anything to a very nice front office staff. Don't allow yourselves to be placed into Room 100!
This hotel was centrqlly locqted to ahopping malls places to ea and not far from the university. It was very clean and comfortable. Will stay again on next trip.
I stay at HGIs frequently (was at a different one the night prior) and like the value, cleanliness and style. This Inn is brand new and has several frustrating quirks. Do NOT stay on the first floor. These room are down the open hall from the elevators and all the sound travels there. Also, the doors for the rooms SLAM shut (was hearing that all night). Speaking of doors, you can slide the Sunday Times under them because there is such a gap. This lets even more noise in your room.
