Location was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping came each day and cleaned bathroom and took trash but never vacuumed. Beautiful resort.

Pros (+) On the beach, nice tennis courts and pool. Beautiful floors in the hotel lobby.
Cons (-) Very rude customer service. Rooms were not near as nice as shown in pictures. Very weird layout. There is a separate building they originally put us in. It was called a 2 bdrn suite but the bdrm had one small window that looked straight at the wall of the parking garage. The room also had a motel style exterior entrance. We requested a new room and got one in the main building, that was better but...

Pros (+) This is my 2nd time staying here. Me and my family enjoyed our stay so much last year, that we decided to stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. We had the poolside room where you can see the beach, palm trees and pool. It was wonderful waking up every morning and sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and just relax. We will definitely be staying again...
